The location is perfect and the service is professional. However the facility is a little bit old. The bed is also not so comfortable enough for a 4-star hotel.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. Very nice room, the bed was comfy and a wonderful view of the sea. We couldn’t fault anything and would definitely stay at a Melia hotel again.

The price for the hotel is absolutely too high for this standard of hotel. The rooms have a minimalist finish, no carpets or rugs. There was a stench from the sewage in the bathroom, and every time we drained the water on the upper floors, the water in our toilet bowl would belch. At the pool, wine is served in glasses (no glasses?). Apart from the location, nothing is worth the price here.

We had a lovely big room overlooking the Marina. Amazing views! Bed was very comfortable,and slept really well. Great Rainshower with constant hot water. The only negative was the food in the restaurant,very disappointing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at AC Hotel Alicante. The staff was kind and gave good recommendations. We loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a great place to hang out and meet people from other places. The pool and bar is only open until 8, it would be nice if it would stay open a little later.

Stayed for a night with friends before flying out the next day. It’s a decent walk to get to the center. It’s near the station, and they can call a taxi for you as well. I just wish they made the parking complimentary when you’re checking in. Parking has a tight space, so if you’re driving an SUV, I’d double check with them first.

Very friendly staff. We needed utensils for some food we had delivered and they were very accommodating. From check in to departure everyone was so kind. The housekeepers were also incredibly friendly. Walking distance to the waterfront and most of the sites in Alicante. Would stay here again.

The hotel is not in the center but very well connected. Te staff is very kind and the rooms were clean. They provide many amenities as well as a kettle, a clothes iron with board and hair dryer. There is a nice rooftop pool/terrace and a small fitness room with a jacuzzi and steam bath open from aprox. 7 to 22h.

I stayed at Port Alicante City & Beach for a week with my family and we really enjoyed it. The hotel was very clean, the staff were always friendly, and the location is perfect, just a short walk to one of the best beaches. It made our stay easy and relaxing. We’d definitely come back again.

Lovely hotel. Some mix up with rooms when we arrived but got sorted quickly. No issues with food whatever good choices. Only negative was that the bar on the roof top doesnt open until 12.30pm but everything else was great, friendly staff and very clean.

The room had everything I needed and was comfortable. This is a good quality place to stay.

Everything was well, but the TV couldn’t connect to the WiFi. So we wasn’t able to watch Netflix

We stayed 2 nights and had a good time. The hotel is well located. The breakfast was excellent. The gym is useful, but difficult to use if there are more than 4 people. There is also a sauna available.

The room is in a good location, very convenient to the seaside avenue and the castle, within walking distance. Opposite is the vegetable market, where you can learn about local vegetable prices and food, and better integrate into the local environment. The hotel front desk can speak English, can provide kettles, and has an airport bus, 3-4 euros per person.

Always use this hotel when doing a short break in our favourite Spanish secret Alicante. It's a short walk away from everything you need to visit, which means it retains it's spanishness but is a little bit calmer than other's. Love it!

Reception staff was very friendly. We had a double connecting room which was huge for our family. Lovely clean comfortable room. We did not use other facilities but they looked OK. Would well recommend paying the extra for a room with a view as the square and castle at night where well worth the extra €20 or so. The balcony was very small but is what it is.

The hotel is well located, clean and with comfortable amenities. I give a 4 star rating because of the fact that they advertise private parking which is actually a public parking some 10 minutes walk away. Moreover, they make you pay a deposit of 10 euro which you only get back upon returning the badge (same badge like the room card). Chain hotels have their service standards. Nothing to complain about the room cleanliness and services. Location is indeed good. Literally a stone throw to the pier and airport bus station. BUT the room windows are not sound-proof so dont expect no noise before 1am each night.

Only con is the size of the rooms. They lack places to hang clothing out of to keep a bottle... The breakfast is really good and so is the location. If you have a car you need to park at the port parking 25$ a night. Ahhh, my room has a transparent glass from the bathroom (all of it) to the bed, so you need to be prepared for this level of intimacy.

The hotel and staff wer lovely the room was bit small for a weeks stay for 2 people. There was no room for to store clothes for 2 people. We got a upgrade to balcony which was a bonus.

We found a good deal for a three bedroom apartment and were very happy with our stay. The proximity next to Alicante airport makes it very convenient. It is close to the airport but you don’t hear the planes! It is also close to Alicante if you want to visit the city. We stayed on two occasions and at first we enjoyed the pool area as it is excellent for small children. It is also not too busy or crowded...

If you don't pursue living by the sea, but care more about living comfort, quality and cost-effectiveness, especially for self-driving families with children, I highly recommend staying here. The breakfast staff were pleasant. I complained about the lack of vegetables for breakfast, and they stepped up their game the next day with a vegetable dish. Hands down the most relaxing hotel you can book for Alicante! It is a 20-25min walk to the city center but the was is well lit and safe. You are close to the port and running trails. The gym, sauna, and jacuzzi is create for relaxing during the day when it’s too hot out. The safe is great and they accept luggage hold when you check out of the hotel.

Lovely hotel it was in a great place , no where to chill downstairs and a few things wrong with room shower door was not shutting properly and the terrace door was sticking and making a noise but they were very good and sent someone although the terrace door wasn’t fixed . Also no British TV . Aircon was great ! But overall good stay and I would stay again

Really nice hotel in the heart of Alicante, close to beach and restaurants, shops, buses. There is a parking if you bring the car, wich will have a discount. The rooms were modern, huge, mattress was very comfortable. The toilet was big and modern with all the necessary toiletries. The breakfast was tasty with healthy options.
