Very firm beds and expect to hear outside noise at night. Weak air conditioning. Spotlessly clean. There is a kettle in the room although no English breakfast tea. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Also hand wash and hand/body cream. 24 hour front desk. Luggage storage service. Front desk will arrange airport taxis for those early flights. We didn't have breakfast here as there are plenty...
My room had a window in the bathroom facing the plaza, which is lit all night long. Not a problem in the room itself, since it has heavy curtains, but there is an opaque glass door between the bathroom and the room itself, so the light from the plaza was coming through, quite brightly. For people who need total darkness to sleep well this is a problem. Other than that - love this hotel! (not all rooms...
A good hotel for a week stay. Breakfast was fresh however mostly the same every day - mainly continental choices. Staff were friendly. Location of hotel is perfect, very close to the castle and Santa Maria Basílica. Room was hard to get to the right temperature - it was either too cold or too hot. View from the terrace of the hotel is perfect and all in all it was a comfortable stay. Just be aware...
Very central in the town hall square so easy to find restaurants nearby and central for museums and the marina. Easy to reach from the airport on the C6 bus then a couple of minutes walk.
Nice little Hotel centrally located with a roof terras which I believe is only open in the summer! Small but nice breakfast buffet for an extra cost. No onsite parking!
Beautiful hotel in a perfect location 🏨 The room was really clean, spacious and with nice interior, just like the hotel itself. Besides, I guess we had one of the most beautiful views on Alicante from our balcony (see the pic attached). The location of this hotel is also a big advantage. Nevertheless, there are also a few cons to improve: - I've been to a decent number of countries, and it was the...

We had a fantastic time in this hotel. So clean. Lovely and friendly staff 👏🥰the hotel is not in the centre of Alicante ( even better ), which was quiet. To get to the centre you need to catch the bus number 22. It's about a 20-minute ride. The hotel is close to the beach ⛱️ the food was very nice and a large selection for breakfast 👌 I strongly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed.
One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in on this trip to Spain. Room was lovely, setting was lovely, swimming pool and bar. Requested an iron to get the wrinkles out of some clothes and they lent us one straight away.
Nice hotel, tastefully refurbished and branded as boutique. We stayed just the one night bed and breakfast. The positives were that the room was modern, clean and comfortable and had a balcony. There was a mini fridge and a safe and everything was in good working order. It's also a pet friendly hotel so we were able to take our dog with us...but at an extra cost of 15 euros which is not only excessive...
Cute hotel with everything a guest can expect. Clean, well located, close to the beach. The staff is very attentive.
Very interesting architecture. Great welcome at reception from Alexandria. Very friendly. Enthusiastic and set the tone for our visit. Lovely clean room with TV. Swimming pool looked very inviting. Great value recommend a visit.
We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I struggled to sleep well due to noise coming from the other rooms and the main road near our bedroom door. Food was expensive also and we were charged for things like bottled water etc. We did enjoy our stay but it could have been better.

The very great hotel, and there is a strong feeling that management is working to make it even better. Would recommend room with a balcony (without may be also OK but all 1-star rewiews are about the part of hotel without balcony, which is older). Our room was spotless and with a nice smell (without tobacco, as this is a common problem for this region), cleaning services very nice - washed floors every...
We stayed for 14 nights and the hotel was fantastic. The rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. The roof top pool and bar is exceptional and was the main reason for booking the hotel as we just wanted to relax and chill. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety which changes slightly each day. We only ate once in the hotel at the buffet dinner, which was...
Beautiful hotel. This hotel is very modern with beautiful terraced rooms overlooking onto the pool. Plenty of sun beds in the pool area and gorgeous roof top bar. The hotel feels luxurious. Buffet also exceeded my expectations. They change it up on a daily basis and the quality of the food is high.
Lovely hotel with really great staff. Breakfast is a wonderful experience with an abundance of choice of hot/cold sweet/savoury dishes. Beds really comfortable and a nice sized room.Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Very quiet when we stayed but it was early march. The pools are beautiful but a bit chilly for me in march🤭
I recently stayed at the hotel in Alicante and it was a fantastic experience! The breakfast was top-notch, offering a delightful variety of sweet and savory options. The dinners were equally tasty, complemented by a good selection of drinks. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with very cozy beds and a pleasant balcony view from the high floor. Very nice reception staff who welcomed us into their property. Room was big , bright and with the golf course view. We had a nice round of golf as well. Beautiful environment, very pleasant stay.
Nice hotel, very close to the Alicante golf, beach 800 m, Alicante city can be reached with tram, line very close. Friendly staff in reception and restaurant. Parking is also easy and free of charge.
This resort is excellent! Furthermore Ideal for a work event. The meeting rooms were spacious, the food was amazing and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were comfortable with beautiful views. Inma the Business Manager was lovely and organised our event very well in July. I would highly recommend.
Stayed here in July while having treatment at a local clinic. Thought we were treated very well and had a lovely room with a view over the golf course. Felt this hotel had a touch of luxury and was very relaxing. Had a spa massage with a brilliant lady called Gural who tailored my massage to take great care during my medical treatment she listened very carefully and took everything into account. There...
Hotel is clean and quiet, the pool area is not huge but the palm trees makes it very cozy and comfortable. By the pool there’s a lovely cocktail bar where PACO makes the best drinks in Alicante! Great hotel and facilities. This is my second time here and I will definitely come back next summer.
A good facility and a really nice place to stay. My only negative comment is that there are no English channels on tv. Surely a very big proportion of the visitors is not Spanish. This is somewhat unsatisfactory with long stays.

Good modern clean room. Great views. Good food and service ok..
The lobby and dining room are very tasteful in terms of decor and comfort. However, the corridor to the room appeared tired and tatty. The staff at the hotel in reception and also in the dining room (with the exception of the morning shift) were rude and arrogant. The half board choices were very limited and...

Helpful front desk. Great location. Nice view of the marina from the upper floors. Bed was hard and I could feel the springs in my back. Very noisy mechanical noises all night I presume from the lift as we were right next to it. Very thin walls as heard the couple next door come in at 01:00 and talk all night. Bathroom needs a renovation.
Very good hotel in the centre of Alicante. Situated 10 minutes (max) from the bus (C6) stop from the airport. Very efficient and friendly check-in from the reception staff. Fantastic hotel perfect situated. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Only problem that the restaurant was closed and we had our first dinner with Restaurant Terre which was a negative surprise. Anyhow I am sure we will visit the hotel some other time.👍😎

My wife & I have visited this Hotel over the last 10 years on an annual basis. Most recently for the festival of San Juan. It remains one of our favourite hotels, with quality rooms, a great location for beach or city, but most importantly fantastic staff, especially those in the Level. A special mention to Silvia, Daniel, Rocio and Gloria who always go the extra mile to make guests feel very welcome
Absolutely fantastic hotel! Literally punching way above it's weight!! The 'Level' is a five star experience and well worth the upgrade. Superb location, genuinely attentive and engaged staff. Even though we only live a half hour drive away we will be back to stay here regularly.
We were in town for a conference in El Che and decided to stay near the sea with our kids. The hotel is on the coast and the rooms are quite nice. The availability of restaurants and a pool onsite were definitely nice. The check in process is obnoxiously long by any standards. Even with three people working the desk they seem to be understaffed even if friendly and mildly helpful. The glacial pace...

We visited this hotel recently. Nice clean rooms with nice views. We found the room doors were not well made and let all sounds in. IF YOU NEED AIR CONDITIONING TO SLEEP, THIS IS NOT THE BEST PLACE TO STAY. The room temperatures do not go below 22.5C (72.5F). I was told it is “impossible” to attain a lower temperature. Stayed for a night with friends before flying out the next day. It’s a decent walk to get to the center. It’s near the station, and they can call a taxi for you as well. I just wish they made the parking complimentary when you’re checking in. Parking has a tight space, so if you’re driving an SUV, I’d double check with them first.
Very friendly staff. We needed utensils for some food we had delivered and they were very accommodating. From check in to departure everyone was so kind. The housekeepers were also incredibly friendly. Walking distance to the waterfront and most of the sites in Alicante. Would stay here again.
The hotel is not in the center but very well connected. Te staff is very kind and the rooms were clean. They provide many amenities as well as a kettle, a clothes iron with board and hair dryer. There is a nice rooftop pool/terrace and a small fitness room with a jacuzzi and steam bath open from aprox. 7 to 22h.
Great for down town folks. Great value for money and the usual Marriott standard. We think the AC chain is underrated - it's consistently good whether Toulouse , Madrid, Toledo, Alicante or wherever.
Very good rooms, location and service. The hotel restaurant has a great menu for dinner with salads, salmon and dessert. Breakfast is very good but they need to offer tomatos, cucumbers and peppers. Lack of fresh salad was a problem.
Close to alicante train station and bus terminal, this hotel is modern and convenient to those who arrive by trains. Good breakfast although they could improve on food selections. Nicely located in the old town just across the street from the beautiful food market. Rooms are good, but the lift is absolutely horrible (very slow and unresponsive). Decent continental breakfast, and no disturbances from traffic. Parking garage is a 7 min walk from the hotel, but not to much of an issue.
Great central location with cheap underground parking right outside. Small rooms with no tea or coffee facilities, not even complimentary water in the room. Expected more for the money paid but nevertheless it's reasonably comfortable place. I just think they could do more with subtle low cost touches
The hotel was fantastic. Location in the very center next to the main market and close to restaurants and bars. Across the street from the hotel is the bus stop for the C6 bus that goes to the airport. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Thank you for the coffee in the room.
Practical hotel in a central location. Many restaurants and coffeeshops nearby, Postiguet beach within a 12 min walk. Stayed in a family room which was pretty small, but had many storage options. Great for a City Break. It's right in the heart of Alicante city. The staff are really friendly and happy to help plan trips and provide good advice on possible places to go for food and the sights (based on your interests). A great experience of Alicante.
We stayed two nights! We really love it! Perfect location! Really wonderful and helpful staff! Big room, kingsize bed! Breakfast is amazing here! 6 stars would describe it better!
Nice big room. We stayed for 4 nights. The location is perfect to explore Alicante. Very close to the central market and the old town. Extremely comfortable bed, superking size too. Very nice friendly welcome from the receptionist who provided information on nearby restaurants as well as a street map.
The location was good, but the hotel itself wasn’t that good. On the instruction, we have to wait an hour for AC to work, we waited, but it never cooled down the temperature in our room. I was sweating, it was uncomfortable. So I couldn’t sleep well :/ . The Receptionist is not there most of the time, but if you dial, they respond

Had a relaxing time... awesome customer service.... only thing I would say that would make it perfect just wish there had been some tea/coffee making facilities in the room ... 👍👍😎😎
Could be 5 stars easily but small things drag it down like leaking shower, mold in the bathroom, damaged floor strips. But I still recommend it, just I'm disappointed in wasted potential.
Perfectly acceptable hotel just a bit far out from centre
The place is very very pleasant and the staff are 100%+ but the beauty salon is a must Teresa was absolutely fabulous has hands of a goddess after a session I was ready to party and enjoy my holiday thank you all.. Tara I will be back
Hotel has good facilities. Staff are friendly and efficient. Only issue for us is the distance from city centre. Road is very busy and quite noisy
