This hotel has every thing you want for a good holiday. Good clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, pool, good food and drinks. Great location on the marina, and a good clean and maintained beach a short walk away. The airport bus stops a short walk down the marina and the whole of the city on your door step. City has travel links to let you explore the whole area you do not need a car.

Lovely hotel to stay in. Ideal location, very close to the town, beach and harbour. We had access to the Level which made the stay even better. Drinks are included in the Level throughout the day but you are limited to drinking these at the Level bar and pool - you cannot take drinks up to your room. The food selections were great. My wife & I have visited this Hotel over the last 10 years on an annual basis. Most recently for the festival of San Juan. It remains one of our favourite hotels, with quality rooms, a great location for beach or city, but most importantly fantastic staff, especially those in the Level. A special mention to Silvia, Daniel, Rocio and Gloria who always go the extra mile to make guests feel very welcome

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Literally punching way above it's weight!! The 'Level' is a five star experience and well worth the upgrade. Superb location, genuinely attentive and engaged staff. Even though we only live a half hour drive away we will be back to stay here regularly.

A large hotel with a very good location. the staff was friendly. The rooms and the hotel as a whole were clean, but untidy - there are quite a few small defects everywhere, which make an unpleasant impression on the guests. The food was delicious and overall I'm happy with my stay.

It's an OK hotell. Rom is clean, and have daily cleaning.. good aircondtion. not the best minibar. The hotel is close to everything.. old city, city center, taxi, tram, ect.. 15 min walk to the beach..

Nicely located in the old town just across the street from the beautiful food market. Rooms are good, but the lift is absolutely horrible (very slow and unresponsive). Decent continental breakfast, and no disturbances from traffic. Parking garage is a 7 min walk from the hotel, but not to much of an issue.

Great central location with cheap underground parking right outside. Small rooms with no tea or coffee facilities, not even complimentary water in the room. Expected more for the money paid but nevertheless it's reasonably comfortable place. I just think they could do more with subtle low cost touches

The hotel was fantastic. Location in the very center next to the main market and close to restaurants and bars. Across the street from the hotel is the bus stop for the C6 bus that goes to the airport. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Thank you for the coffee in the room.

Not a hotel I would recommend. Staff very nice but food not great. The dinner buffet at 24 euros per person was more expensive than restaurants outside and food substandard. The only food that was good was fries. Sun loungers could use a good power wash. Rooms were clean although didn't top up hand soap. Ours had absolutely zero in it by second last day of our stay

Hotel Maya Alikante is OK. It's not the best 3 stars hotel, but it's also not the worse. The stuff was really nice and helpful. And the best part of the hotel: it's location. Some aspects need to be improved, first of all: breakfast. There is a small gym in the hotel, but it needs some cleaning and may be renovation.

This is a nice hotel that is a short walk from the centre of Alicante and the beach. We stayed for 5 nights on a room only basis. The room was nice and just the right size for myself and my children, though the sofa bed was a little to uncomfortable for myself so one of my children got relegated to that.... Met friends for lunch. The food was good but the service not. The poor waiter was rushed off his feet with little help from the manager. We celebrated a professional event here, with a buffet lunch served at the Terraza Mirador, and it was fantastic! The staff is so nice and helpful they made the whole experience a success. The decoration and surroundings are idylic and the food was also great! I would highly recommend this place!

Nice hotel, very close to the Alicante golf, beach 800 m, Alicante city can be reached with tram, line very close. Friendly staff in reception and restaurant. Parking is also easy and free of charge.

Could be 5 stars easily but small things drag it down like leaking shower, mold in the bathroom, damaged floor strips. But I still recommend it, just I'm disappointed in wasted potential.

We loved our stay at AC Hotel Alicante. The staff was kind and gave good recommendations. We loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a great place to hang out and meet people from other places. The pool and bar is only open until 8, it would be nice if it would stay open a little later.

Stayed for a night with friends before flying out the next day. It’s a decent walk to get to the center. It’s near the station, and they can call a taxi for you as well. I just wish they made the parking complimentary when you’re checking in. Parking has a tight space, so if you’re driving an SUV, I’d double check with them first.

Very friendly staff. We needed utensils for some food we had delivered and they were very accommodating. From check in to departure everyone was so kind. The housekeepers were also incredibly friendly. Walking distance to the waterfront and most of the sites in Alicante. Would stay here again.

The hotel is not in the center but very well connected. Te staff is very kind and the rooms were clean. They provide many amenities as well as a kettle, a clothes iron with board and hair dryer. There is a nice rooftop pool/terrace and a small fitness room with a jacuzzi and steam bath open from aprox. 7 to 22h.

The breakfast staff were pleasant. I complained about the lack of vegetables for breakfast, and they stepped up their game the next day with a vegetable dish. Otherwise, the room is OK, and breakfast is quite OK for short stays but thends to be repeatable. The room cleaning service is not that good. Hands down the most relaxing hotel you can book for Alicante! It is a 20-25min walk to the city center but the was is well lit and safe. You are close to the port and running trails. The gym, sauna, and jacuzzi is create for relaxing during the day when it’s too hot out. The safe is great and they accept luggage hold when you check out of the hotel.

NH quality always means the same standards. Clean, luxury and great hotel pretty close to downtown. 25min walking distance. For doing business is very convenient because the highway is right beside it. It has an amazing rooftop pool with stunning views. Every time I come to Alicante for business I repeat the hotel. We live not far from the Porta Mari Suites, hence have not used the hotel suites or rooms, only the restaurant and bar cafetería. We have always found the staff extremely pleasant and helpful and we enjoy the comfort along with the splendid location and view.

Wow. What a truly incredible stay! We booked a standard room but were appointed with a beautiful suite. The front desk staff was absolutely incredible - very kind, helpful and proactive. One of the nicest hotels we stayed in during our two weeks in Spain! I had a very good experience in this hotel one of the best in alicante , they gave me a very specious room after a little misunderstanding with the booking , it had a very beautiful view on the sea and also we paid for the breakfast which we didn’t regret doing that because they had a lot of choices of food . To get to the centre you need to catch the bus number 22. It's about a 20-minute ride. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in on this trip to Spain. Room was lovely, setting was lovely, swimming pool and bar. Requested an iron to get the wrinkles out of some clothes and they lent us one straight away.

Nice hotel, tastefully refurbished and branded as boutique. We stayed just the one night bed and breakfast. The positives were that the room was modern, clean and comfortable and had a balcony. There was a mini fridge and a safe and everything was in good working order. It's also a pet friendly hotel so we were able to take our dog with us...but at an extra cost of 15 euros which is not only excessive...

We found a good deal for a three bedroom apartment and were very happy with our stay. The proximity next to Alicante airport makes it very convenient. It is close to the airport but you don’t hear the planes! It is also close to Alicante if you want to visit the city. Been here a number of times you will not go far wrong if you are looking for a beautiful place and out of the way . This will be, I think, the place for you.

The hotel had a nice pool but the water was a bit too cold. The staff is very friendly. There is a beach nearby but you still have to walk about 10-15 minutes to get there. 10-15 minutes away by walk there is a tram station and you can take line 4 or 5 to get to Alicante city. The hotel also has beautiful interiors. We had a very nice stay and would come again.

OK, got there and was immediately impressed. Until we found that our room was in the older part of the hotel and had no A/C on this very hot Sept evening. We got their attention and they arranged for an upgraded balcony room overlooking the pool area. Nice change. Lesson Learned: be sure to book your room in the new section of the hotel.

Needs an updated, the beds were not very comfortable and moves alot. The air conditioning system in our room wasn't functioning so we were move to a different room. The channels and entertainment on the TV was only in Spanish. Aside that, it had a lovely swimming pool. Kudos to the handyman he keeps the area tidy and clean. Finally, its in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach.

No Frills hotel. We stayed for 7 nights with our kid. Communication with the hotel was not that great and we ended up paying 175 euros extra for the 5 y/o kid’s extra bed. If you just want a place to spend night, go for it, but if you need a resort feeling, it’s not the place for you. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent.

The staff are lovely & arranged to have someone come to our room to do the covid tests we need to fly to the UK, saving us the hassle of finding and travelling to a testing centre. Lovely clean comfortable room. We did not use other facilities but they looked OK. Would well recommend paying the extra for a room with a view as the square and castle at night where well worth the extra €20 or so. The balcony was very small but is what it is.

I give a 4 star rating because of the fact that they advertise private parking which is actually a public parking some 10 minutes walk away. Moreover, they make you pay a deposit of 10 euro which you only get back upon returning the badge (same badge like the room card). My room had a window in the bathroom facing the plaza, which is lit all night long. Not a problem in the room itself, since it has heavy curtains, but there is an opaque glass door between the bathroom and the room itself, so the light from the plaza was coming through, quite brightly. It is a small and clean hotel, small neat rooms, but the doors are terribly noisy. You could hear each door every time it opens, because their closing mechanism is troubled. No sound proofing.

Really good bed madrass for both me and my wife. Could have had a couple of degree lover temperatures in the room in the winter time. Ac is turned off during the winter season. Very clean and nice rooms, staff is helpful. Location is perfect, everything is around in a short walk. The room is a bit too noisy, I would like them to put sound insulated windows in the rooms on the main street side. Otherwise, recommended!

The hotel should seriously provide ear plugs. It is so noisy mainly in early hours when council spray wash the streets for over an hour every morning. Otherwise lovely Hotel but I need to get back home for a rest, which isn't what a holiday should be about

Contemporary and elegant hotel at the best possible location - overlooking one of main city squares and a stone's throw away from the beach. Helpful and flexible staff. Rather quiet at night despite some comments say otherwise. Not so much of the advertised "Miralta experience" at the lounge in the winter, will need to come back check that out again in the summer. Myself & my partner absolutely loved this hotel! It’s a great location, 5 minute walk to the beach, really lovely pool and the staff are very helpful & friendly. There’s nice restaurants near the hotel and the tram is 10 minute walk too which takes you directly into central Alicante. Would highly recommend Hotel Almirante...

very good hotel, nice rooms with big balconies and most of the rooms with pool view. rooms are cleaned every day. pool is very chilled, there is a bar. You can't bring your own drinks. San Juan beach (very clean and nice) is right across the road. 5 minutes walk. I stayed in August 2024. of the minuses I can note that breakfast is not included in the price. and the restaurant is a bit overpriced

We really love this hotel. Its is so relaxing and chilled. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and shades. Bar service from your sunbed too. The hotel is emaculately clean and smells lovely. The breakfast is fantastic, with so much choice. Its really close to the beach and Costa Blanca tram stop, so easy to explore the local area without a car. This was our 3rd visit and we will be back...

Loved this hotel!!, this shows as a 3 star but once you arrive it is like a 5 star. they take care of all of your needs. Everyone from the people at the desk to the people cleaning your rooms are top notch! the on site restaurant is superb as well. there are so many good things they cannot all be mentioned. if you are looking for the best hotel value for you money, look no further. this is the closest...

Although the outside looks a bit old, the hotel is really beautiful, clean and modern. The room was warm and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. The pool area was just beautiful and the lovely beach just a short walk away.
