Hotels with pool on first line in Altea

There were plenty of seating areas around the hotel. Designated smoking areas which I loved for a none smoker. The rooms were very spacious, plenty of space in the wardrobes to store your clothes etc

Pool area stunning and lots of seating areas both in and out. Food surpassed by far that of other recent experiences. Our package also included wine and water at the table

Altea is about a 10 -15 minute walk which we did everyday as myself anf husband like walking, you can even walk along the beach, just bare in mind it's very pebly and will require appropriate shoes

Great selection of food for the breakfast buffet something everyone would like. Entertainment was good every night. The beach infront of it is rocky so bring rock shoes

The hotel it's self are gorgeous everything about it the entrance the surroundings, gorgeous water feature in the lobby. We used the gym a few times and had everything you need

Food was amazing, something different everyday, was always something to enjoy. The pool was extremely clean and we're plenty of sunbeds throughout the day. The beach is just a few foot steps away from the pool area

The hotel environment and location are great! It is close to the seaside and has beautiful scenery; the hotel is first-rate in hygiene and has rich breakfast and dinner; the hotel staff are friendly and provide enthusiastic service

Spa was fantastic. We walked in as outside guests. Receptionist was super helpful. It was heaven. We went for lunch after at one of the hotel restaurants which was exceptional. Staff are so friendly in the reception too.

Fabulous hotel with great pool area, lovely public areas and great air con. Pool area great for adults and children. Breakfast at hotel had good variety and staff lovely and helpful

The room is spacious and bright, elegantly decorated and fully equipped. It is the best choice for watching the sunrise over the sea

I do want to thank one of the staff Jose who’s working in the reception, such a good service! Exceptional really! He helped us with everything, explained everything very good and made us feel very welcomed

He also helped us extend our stay with one more night, everything was in order and he arranged all of it super fast for us

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. The room was good with a large bathroom and balcony (sea view). The hotel is located at the beach and only a short walk from the old town. We have had a wonderfull stay.

Wonderful apartment and the view oooh my god I can’t describe how was beautiful , the place very quite just you can hear the voice of sea and birds …. the stuff was very kind, helpful and respectable

Maison Condesa is an amazing place! We rented the 2 rooms appartment and stayed there a couple of days. The hotel was absolutely terrific with its panoramic windows and its gorgeous views on the sea

The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference

Very impressed with the kitchen equipment. Beach and mountain views from each spacious terraces that have outside tables and chairs. Professional friendly service from Hannah the receptionist

Fantastic terace with nice view, small but nice pool

Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine

A hairdryer was available in our bathroom

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room. I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

Had a really lovely short break here. Fabulous location and amazing sea views from the terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Debbie and Marco. Will definitely be returning.

Just perfect. We booked 3 rooms as a family with amazing views. Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast service and food selection plenty. We have stayed in Albir now over 20 years and this was our best stay/holiday

The only areas of improvement would be maintenance of the rooms (which are a bit dated) and more comfortable beds, but I assume the hotel is aware of it and has renovated the upper floor

Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that

Great location! Only a few minutes from the beach but still quiet. Nice to be able to cook meals and the balcony was nice. Would have been 5 stars for the price level but the internet and TV was useless.

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm

There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable

Drinks at the bar were amazing, really varied options included in the All Inclusive, really happy with everything. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach too

Pools were really nice, the bottom pool is shaded by the hotel next door at times but was significantly quieter! Room cleanliness was unparalleled

Booked 1 night as a base for a night out in Benidorm Palace. Nice clean hotel with large room, central for old town, beach and Palace. Rooms have a separate shower and bath. Friendly and courteous staff

Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us

Stayed here tonight, great room with very comfy beds, huge tv that connects to phone (very good for non Spanish speaking person) was able to check out a little later free of charge (woke up late) free underground safe parking… had to pay extra to use indoor jacuzzi and spa facilities was not working but apart from that highly recommended

Lovely hotel. Has everything you need. The only thing that would have made it would be a kettle. The breakfast was very nice and the drinks were good value. Comfy beds and powerful shower. Highly recommend

Nice hotel in a good location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Food was nice, standard buffet type deal but everything fresh and hot. Entertainment is very good, especially for children

I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent

We did have a great time there, and made some new friends. ( if we couldn’t get anything closer to the beach ). We did enjoy ourselves there

Nothing could be further from the truth Chef and catering staff were excellent in supplying fantastic meals. Animation Team were very good

The pool was lovely, just the right temperature and was again spotlessly clean. We always managed to get a lounger when we wanted one. A minor observation is the number of parasols, especially in the peak season

The pool bar drinks and food were exceptional and wow do the staff work hard. They always have a smile, can't fault them at all. The food is stunning, always hot and plenty of choice

Staff are very friendly and helpful, giving good measures of alcohol. The pool is a little cold and could be heated to help. Rooms are a good size with lovely bathrooms but don't have coffee or tea bags.

We arrived late and was quickly checked in by the friendly reception staff. We upgraded to the Select package, which I highly recommend! The rooms were spotlessly clean and were cleaned every day of our stay

If you listen to what the reception staff say, you wont have an issue. Most of the problems are user error. This hotel is fantastic and I can't wait to return. My first trip to benidorm and it didn't disappoint

Cocktails are made in front of you, not pre made. It's a 10-15 min walk to strip and beach

The Pool - 9am open Nice little pool well kept and cleaned and the area was well maintained. Never had a problem getting a sun bed as there was always plenty all day regardless of time, along with tables and chairs

There was a small play area which seemed rather poor and in the sun most of the time with no shade and what seemed like a pool table but we never saw these in use

My father stayed here last week to visit me as I have only just moved to Spain and he has only previously visited benidorm for a few days when I got married

The English speaking lady on reception was fantastic and made sure my father received the parcel I d left for him

The bathroom was a little awkward due to the position of the sink which was as u opened the door but was fine as you just had to open the door wide to get past The shower was amazing 🤩 so much pressure

The location is great ( that's why I booked it for him) close enough to some bars and restaurants and great for the beach and bus services

Breakfast was good - typical continental. Evening meal repetitive with limited selection. The maid service first class they clean well, very nice heated outside swimming pool with very friendly staff at the pool bar

Another great stay girl on check in was lovely gave us same room we stayed in at Easter , bar staff as friendly as ever a big smile when we entered bar the food is good quality and something for everyone the breakfast is proper English sausage back bacon fried bread ash browns the staff in the dinning room a couple were new from last time but really nice and even spoke outside the hotel we’ve already...

Possibly one of the nicest short stops I’ve ever done, A homely experience from start to finish, Absolutely seamless in checking in, Rooms very clean and tidy, Temperature in the room was excellent, Would thoroughly recommend visiting the restaurant, Every meal I’ve had, Was absolutely first class

This hotel is in an excellent location 2 blocks back from the sea, although it is a long walk to the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and reasonably well equipped

Great hotel everything about was brilliant except you had to move sunbeds about 8 times to catch the sun but that wasn't hotels fault it was the tall building beside it

Food and drinks is gorgeous and you can have all the cocktails you want. Definitely return and it was adults only which was lovely too

That wasn’t for trying because we did try but it’s all cold not even lukewarm. Wrong food signs on most things. The sauce bottles most were out of date

Definitely not the holiday or hotel we were expecting. The pool area at the main bar is dirty. Reception gives everyone one token each for a drink which you get back when you return your cup

The pool area was nice and picturesque. The breakfast was terrible would not recommend- book hotel only

But you must go to the new burrito shop on Av. Del Mediterraneo the guy's in there are brilliant, friendly, and chatty and make you feel like a friend. The burritos are definitely tasty and made fresh

The one woman at the reception didn’t acknowledge issues with the pool and faeces being smudged all over the pool and walls. Did not care and acted as though it was completely normal

Ideal for a short break in Benidorm, 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 to the town. The room was basic but clean with views over all the other hotels

The lifts could take some time on occasion but that’s life. Tip - don’t wait at -1 for the lift. Go up one floor as they seemed to stop there more often. Great location and we will be revisiting next year

We are enjoying our week here. Read various reviews so thought I would add mine. Key question - Would I come back ? YES I would. The rooms are very much as per the online photos

Lifts are a nightmare but I do think they need to be priority for people with prams and wheel chairs as some was left waiting so long. Kids pool is fantastic water slides are fun and well monitored

Just come back from a weeks family holiday and after reading some reviews we was slightly worried however we were pleasantly surprised the hotel was great, food was nice, entertainment was great especially the entertainment team Athena we thought she was excellent and really interacted well with the kids

The pool area was clean and the children's play area was excellent. Overall I would recommend and would use the hotel again and entertainment by the pool in the day time and the evening was good

The big pool is a lot more relaxed and a lot warmer. Haven’t had any problems getting sun beds

Upgraded to full board but after one visit to the restaurant never returned. The local restaurants are good and also very good value. Sunbeds need replacing but there are plenty, you can always get a bed which is good

So like I say a good holiday but I paid too much. There is a pool bar which serves snacks at lunchtime which is handy but €9. 50 for a sandwich and a few chips

The pool is clean and a wonderful temperature. On day one we were met with a Spanish pool rep who shouted through a speaker and played loud rock music

Second time we have been to the Flash, and all staff great & very helpful , it was my partners birthday & when we returned to our room , we had receivied champane & cake, with a lovely message , thank you so much,for making this experience so special

the restaurant is very clean and the wsiter are vey kind and helpful. krishna help us to choose the best wine. and i love the wine (his advice). thank you very much for such a brillient exprencince

We seriously thought about relocating but thankfully she didn't return for the rest of the week. I would return but only if I paid less than I did this time. It's in a good location and old town is €7 in a cab

Just back from staying 11nights in this hotel, staff were really friendly and helpful, food brilliant, plenty of choice, rooms very clean, always sunbeds available anytime of day. Will definitely be back

first stay here and will definitely be back. wasn’t sure what to expect with it being a 3* hotel, as we usually stay in 4*’s. pleasantly surprised throughout, spotlessly clean, cleaners do an amazing job throughout

balcony’s a decent size, even get a clothes rack! Super handy and a pleasant surprise Pool entertainment was great, with some light music throughout the day

We stayed here for a long weekend , spotlessly clean thru out , friendly , polite and professional staff , food was buffets , from breakfast to evening meals , with plenty of choice to cater for all tastes , rooms on the smallish side but saying that enough room to relax and get ready , beds really comfy and made up everyday with fresh n clean bedding ,

it’s the same everyday, but as to be expected with breakfast, not much more you can offer. pastries, cereal, hams, cheeses, breads and so on. and of course, the contents of a full English

No hash browns though! I’d like them to consider this for the future (lol) Beds are comfortable, air con is amazing and not noisy

Hotel as it normally is, clean, lovely staff, food etc. People queueing by the door to run for sunbeds that run along side the first floor rooms, as this gets the sun first

Went to celebrate a big birthday. It was an absolutely brilliant experience and the Riviera played a massive role in our enjoyment. It's not the poshest we've ever stayed in but it's one of the very best

Just returned from a 5 night stay in this fabulous hotel. From the minute we arrived the staff were helpful and courteous, and the waiting staff couldn’t do enough for you

We stayed in a ground floor room as requested; it was spotless, spacious and very quiet. Another real positive was the variety and standard of the food, some of, if not the best we’ve sampled

Disappointed that the Music Lounge was closed during our stay … we were informed 2 weeks before departure, but at least they told us. Only negative was the tiny claustrophobic lifts

All you need! The pool area had plenty of sunbeds and the staff are enthusiastic with activities for kids and big kids. Breakfast is a typical buffet. The only drawback was the availability of hot water

The machines are temperamental and when you need a gallon of tea on a morning, its a bit frustrating! The hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean throughout. You can not fault its hygiene, which is a huge selling point

It was my Daughters first holiday abroad & All the staff, from the Hotel Manager, the receptionists, the restaurant staff and cleaners couldn’t be anymore welcoming, friendly or helpful throughout our whole stay

Good points: Clean and resort-like hotel room, 5-minute walk to the ocean, trendy bathroom, free use of auxiliary facilities (table tennis, swimming pool), breakfast/dinner included, but there was a lot of food, so I was satisfied

This is, quite simply, a wonderful hotel which is professionally run with excellent staff. If you love food, then you must stay here

I adore fish and seafood and in 4 days of lunch and dinner, I have eaten sea bream, sea bass, John Dory, plaice, cod orly, flounder, big fat mussels and whole prawns

Wonderful chefs and hard working attentive restaurant staff make this a supremely satisfying culinary experience

Shampoo and body wash are provided, and there is a terrace, so it is good to sit there and relax

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay

The hotel is near to the beach, we had a Seaview and a lovely balcony. We also were brought a complimentary bottle of champagne for our honeymoon which was really nice

Couldn't fault it really breakfast wa ok only went b and b I would stay there again the lifts when you get to understand them at first I was going up and down then some one showed me how to use them lol 😆

Had a short break away, the Hotel is well located to the Beach and local night life. Hotel staff and rooms were excellent

We were on half board during our stay and restaurant is clean and spotless and the food is well presented and very tasty. Parking is available at a reasonable price

There is building work currently being done at this hotel, but although my room was directly above the work, I was not disturbed by any noise
