Hotel Center

The location of the hotel is good. The staff are also good and friendly. The rooms are super hot and we traveled in December. The windows open to the backyard and there’s no outside air as well. Rooms get smelly when we wanted to keep the temperature down.
Breakfast everyday was just the same and no change in menu. We stayed for four days and because of the heat, our family members health were affected. We travelled with families and all of us came from scandic countries. It was a very bad experience in general.
The staff were very helpful. They booked us a trip to Montserrat. We got a fan but the room temperature was always above 30C. Hard to stay at the hotel.

So a bit of a mixed review here, firstly the service here is exceptional, the staff were professional and friendly without exception. The location is good, access to the beautiful city. The rooftop is spectacular. However the hotel itself seems a bit dated, for instance in our room the doors were all scuffed, there were cracked bathroom tiles, and everything seemed very worn. Also in our room facing the main road there were no curtains across the whole window and the noise from outside kept me awake a lot of the night. Also found that no light above the shower and a very narrow bath meant showering was not easy. There is a minibar that is reasonably priced, albeit at this price point you might expect not to have to pay for water. Also hot drinks in room very basic, no coffee machine, no biscuits, only Nescafé and teabags. Breakfast again was nice but nothing superb and maybe overpriced. With a bit of love and few improvements this could be an amazing place to stay, until these changes I'm sorry I won't be coming back.
