We really enjoyed our stay here! We decided not to pay for breakfast, going out instead. This is in a great location, can hop on the train almost anywhere, with a little supermarket just down the road. It was really lovely coming back from a tired and hot day to beautifully freshly made beds and air con! Staff really friendly, everything clean and modern. Would book again!

A very pleasant stay and a wonderful staff. Except for the size of the room and the price being on the higher side, everything else (including the breakfast) was nice.

We rented a 100 square metre flat for three days. We were given one lozenge for the dishwasher. At reception we were told to buy more at shop if we need ;) The rooms need refreshing, quite clean.

Terrible service. I booked 14 days and I only requested a double bed as I will expend 2 weeks!!! There are not double bed for my typology of room, so they offer rooms that are even exist. They provide single beds. They should be sure to offer the needs of passengers who will stay long periods.

I was on holiday for a week with my brother and my wife. We chose the three-bed room and found it very nice and comfortable. The air conditioning didn't work on two days, otherwise the room service was good and thorough. Carlos made the best impression. He was very committed and incredibly friendly. He deserves a big pay rise. The hotel is in a good location and easy to get to. I would come back again whenever I'm in Barcelona.

At the last day of our holiday at this hotel we’ve been into really sad situation. When we went back to our room, after cleaning by the maid it turned out that from one of our suitcases, 300€ and scan of the ID went missing. After really deep searching our room and reporting the situation to the reception we’ve been informed that the hotel is not responsible for lost property which were out of safe even if the situation was pretty clear. The personel hasn’t gave us a lot of support to handle this situation. They also don’t have any access to security cameras and we were told to get to the closest police station to check on them. To sum up the policy of hotel allows the personel to steal the property of the guests if they items are out of safe, but robbery is still a robbery.

Really lovely hotel. Close to square with lots of nice restaurants and convenient three minute walk from well connected La Sagrera metro. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, especially the tortilla de patatas! Facilities are modest but set up works very well. Will definitely come again! Good value overall.

We have booked an apartment and when we arrived we thought that we are in the hotel building but it appears that they have another building in front of the hotel for the apartments.. You need to use 3-4 keys to get in the apartment. We paid for the parking and you need to take the parking key from the reception and give it back after you open it for your car each time you leave and come back!!

The apartment it totally different than the photos, it was not cleaned well and the furniture was old and filthy

No amenities what so ever like water, tea, sugar and even if you want a hair dryer you need to take it from the reception

Finally they will let you sign a contract that you need to clean before you leave and put all of your trash together.. You pay around €300 and you clean!! I will never come back again to this weird hotel.

Checked in without a hitch, location is a little out of the way from the main tourist locations, however they are all easily accessible via the Metro which was only a short walk away.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, completely hassle free experience.

Room we stayed at was clean and tidy no complaints.
