Hotels with pool and beach in Benidorm

Traditional furniture doesn't bother us and it made a nice change from the clinical look you normally get in a hotel. We were bed and breakfast, it was superb, everything you could think of and Cava if you wanted it

Close to all shops, restaurants, dedicated pedestrian beach walk to Altea. We recommend and would return!

You can't get nicer staff than here at the Kaktus Hotel. We were badly let down on an apartment and we called in to see if they had any vacancies

A really friendly man on reception found us a fabulous room, with a fantastic sea view. The room was really large and although older furnishings as others have said, it was spotless

Our group of 15 cyclists enjoyed the service and the excellent staff. The food ranged from good to very good. The mattresses, in particular, are in dire need of replacing

The hotel's location close to the beach and at the quieter end of Benidorm is fantastic - nice and peaceful but not very far and a pleasant walk or cycle ride to the bustling centre and nightlife

The best hotel in benidorm It is the second time i come at Bali Hotel. My little daughter loves Bianca from the animation team. A lovely place and a a great spirit from all the people there

Excellent holiday rooms really clean the most beautiful view of sea and pools from our balcony ❤️ the staff from reception dining pool bars housekeepers so lovely and friendly will def go back loved it x restaurant food was excellent so much choice also love the room card payments

Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Gran Bali I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed

I asked for a room with a sea view, and they kindly upgraded me to a room on the 35th floor with a stunning panoramic view of both the sea and the entire city

Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full

My review is mostly for the animation staff who did great for my 3 years son, especially Paula who went above and beyond to keep him entertained, allowing mum and dad some precious relaxing time by the pool

Stayed here with a group of male friends. The property did everything we needed it to do for us and the pool area and public areas were good

Small single room, more than adequate for short stay in Benidorm. Lifts slow & some of the time inoperative. Great access to the night life, beach. Hotel pools lovely, breakfast good standard

The front of house lady at lunch was very kind by punctually pointing out the desserts suitable for my late pregnancy. Pool area is very nice, lot of space where you can relax

The pool was excellent and plenty of beds, entertainment staff very friendly. I know some points may feel trivial, but collectively can have an overhaul impact on your stay

Ten mins & 10 euros to old town in a cab, worth a visit

There is a Spa, but we didn’t use it, but will on our return. I’m not sure if it’s a ‘season’ thing but the food selection wasn’t massive. However, there was something for everyone both at breakfast and evening

Sadly, no food plate but we were too exhausted anyway, so not worth a moan. Surroundings of pool and inside the hotel was so clean and the chilled music by the pool was relaxing

We have stayed at this hotel a few times when we have been to Benidorm and we are very comfortable there the staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice we choose to have bed and breakfast and the food at breakfast is quality and a lovely selection for everyone for everyone we will definitely stay there again

This hotel was great and the staff were amazing, especially the restaurant staff, they do not stop! I had emailed some questions a few times and there was no delay in a reply which was much appreciated

Our flight was going to arrive after 10pm and they offered a plate of cold food left in our room as we had booked half board, unfortunately we ended up diverted and arrived much later and the receptionist on arrival (Mon 27th) was so lovely

It should be noted that we went in winter and the heated pool was a big part of the reason why we decided to go to that hotel, and the fact that it is not in optimal condition lowers our overall score a little

From my room, I had the most beautiful blue sea views, and with so many swimming pools scattered across the resort, there was always a new spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine

Whether it was at reception, in the restaurants, or by the pool, every detail was taken care of to make the experience memorable

The hotel itself is breathtaking – designed in the style of a traditional Spanish village with charming architecture, cobbled-style streets, and colourful facades that make every corner picture-perfect

The design and atmosphere create a true Mediterranean escape – elegant yet so inviting. The service was outstanding throughout my stay – warm, professional, and always with a smile

And newly built complex, that has look like it has stood here a century or more. All this in quite large territory

We walked into Benidorm that took about an hour with wide and safe footpaths. We had a half-board package and this was definitely a great option as breakfast had so much choice with fresh produce and an egg station

Asked twice for drinking water to swallow medication with (I have kidney disease) not going to pay €3. No water arrived until I got in touch with Tui but this only happened for two days, no water arrived yesterday

Fabulous resort just outside of Benidorm. We stayed at The Level and had a large room with terrace and access to the lounge for snacks and drinks including alcohol

We had an amazing view across the golf course and across to the sea and Benidorm in the distance. Food was lovely with freshly cooked fish and meats as well as other dishes and plenty of salads etc

Our bedroom included a seating area, a dressing area and robe and slippers with Rituals amenities in the bathroom. The complex was amazing included a spa / gym area and sits on a golf course

The food could have been hotter at times but it didn't stop us enjoying it and it was so nice to be able to eat breakfast outside overlooking the pool. Drinks were reasonably priced too

We stayed here as part of a large group of Brits celebrating a birthday. It was perfect for what we needed. The location is excellent for getting to the Old Town, The New Town and The Beach

Overall a nice budget friendly hotel with pros and cons, the pros are location, fantastically located giving you the option of both new town and old town in walking distance, the staff were brilliant putting in a lot of effort for entertainment and communication, the pool and breakfast were really nice and clean

Very clean Friendly helpful staff. Rooms are lovely with everything you need. Mini fridge, safe , hair dryer , shampoo , shower gel. 10 minute walk to the main strip. Fabulous , clean pool areas

Iactually staed at the POSEIDON PALACE as POSEIDON RESORT was full. Same company same quality.

A few cons are that the room could do with a update the walls had marks and other areas of the room could do with a freshen up (tv, balcony furniture , coffee making facilities etc) maybe look for beds that could be clasped together to avoid a gap down the middle when combining two singles) Unfortunately the room walls are very thin so from 7am you can here the other rooms leaving and their doors...

Have been to this hotel before, but was disappointed this time at the number of all male and female parties there

The location of the hotel is fantastic nearby shops, beach and market, the hotel itself is clean (apart from toilets in public areas there’s a constant smell), pool area is a fabulous size and we never struggled for a sunbed, good range of cocktails and drinks to be had

The pool area was good with plenty of beds despite people queuing then stampeding at stupid o'clock for the best spots. We would watch them every morning from our balcony at how stupid they all looked

The room was clean and spacious , we were round the back of the hotel I requested a low floor and we were on the 6th floor which I was happy with having a young son , there were building works going on for the hospital extension which you wouldn’t know was going off The noise was non existent in my opinion I will be going back for definite The pool was massive and it was crowded at times but we went...

The main concern being the food although it was good one one or two nights it’s pretty much the same options for lunch + dinner both always have some unseasoned roast meat and gravy with about 3 potato options, there’s also a man grilling meat this changes daily with the type of meat but is always unseasoned and oily

Hotel in hood location for beach bars etc, 2 nice pools, staff helpful. Breakfast mediocre, rooms very tired, not the cleanest. Not great value, but it is Benidorm and Ive stayed in worse.

My 4 night stay Room plus hotel very clean, pool area could do with a more regular sweeping I was put out that I could not get a kettle had to go out and buy one ( I needed hot water for my medication) other than that I was very impressed staff very good and helpful

The hotel has a great location. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Food choices for breakfast and evening meal are very varied and all taste great. The pool area is clean and well maintained

The hotel was alright, the pool is nice. The rooms smelt a bit odd, the room was extremely hot, and the food was average. That said the price is good.

Great stay and location Staff courteous and very happy. Always available if there was an issue. I had a problem with my safe but it was solved promptly and politely. Loved the overall feel Of the hotel and will be back

Didn't have very high expectations, but the Hotel turned out to be perfect for us. Location was excellent, food was great and the value for money. Couldn't fault the hotel and will be back whenever in Benidorm.

Great location near the strip and short walk to the beach. Pool area was excellent as was the restaurant and food. Rooms were very small and walls were very thin, no sound proofing at all

The meals were excellent good choices and suited me and the wife. Facities were great swimming pool sun loungers as well as a bar with entertainment. We were looked after very well staff were polite helpful and attentive

Came on the 21 December for a week over Christmas first time ive been back to the venus in 10 years fantastic stay great room even included a gala Christmas dinner which was first class and a great day and the bar staff where brilliant

Brilliant hotel, all staff very friendly and helpful. The room although not big was comfortable and constantly clean. The hotel is perfectly placed near the ***** but not too close to get the noise

Also the AC in the room worked great for those warm days! It kept the room cool enough throughout the night! 😌 About kids entertainment, besides the pool, they have an “entertainment crew” and every afternoon they would have a different activity for them, like volley, dancing, Zumba… so fun! Overall, amazing experience and all the people that crossed paths with us were super friendly! Always smiling...

Lovely hotel about 10-15 minutes to beach very friendly staff and the food is very good something for everyone Wouk go back again

There was also entertainment throughout the day however we never did any of these. The food was better than we had expected based on reviews and there was a theme (Mexican, Chinese, USA etc) every dinnertime

This hotel was truly excellent. My only complaint is that there were no parking spaces available at the hotel; we had to go quite far to find one! I also want to mention that the breakfast was fabulous.

The breakfast is very good and the space is very spacious, meaning there's no waiting around. The waitresses are super attentive, ordering, restocking, and clearing dishes from the tables for your convenience

There was also food available throughout the day with the snack bar (in the dining room) available outside meal times. The waitresses were brilliant with the children and kitchen staff were always refilling the food

The hotel is central in relation to the strip and only 5 minutes from the beach front so easy access to everything. The rooms are massive and cleaned thoroughly

Made use of the roof top bar & pool. The shower was great and powerful with an extremely comfy bed with a balcony & coffee pod machine

Apart from being such a friendly, calming presence, he made the nicest cocktails i ever had the pleasure of having and he made our night that extra special just with his wit and happiness- its contagious! Breakfast had a huge selection and was all quality food (including free champagne!) We loved it so much we booked to come back in 4 weeks time! Thanks to all the staff at Hotel Gold Arcos, youre the heart and soul of the hotel

We informed the lovely young waitress after the second round of undercooked burgers and she helped as much as she could but at this point we decided to eat dinner outside of the hotel

Its location and unique extior style made it easy to spot from strip and also the scencic cross viewpoint. Was a great play to stay with a complementary cocktail aswell

What an absolutely lovely hotel, atmosphere was so lively and the music was playing at the pool all day. The hotel was kept very clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and attentive

Restaurant was probably up there with the best !! Proper bacon excellent omelettes cooked by the chef to your liking The guy clearing the tables did it so well never seemed to get flustered made the experience great When we come to Benidorm in the future we shall be stopping here !! If you like it lively and fun this is the place to be. We went room only but there is also a restaurant and the white star pub is connected to the hotel with entertainment and live sports

Just returned from Benidorm stopping at the marina hotel with friends !!! Excellent location very organised loved it !!! Bar staff around the pool were excellent very friendly and laid back nothing was to much trouble so thanks for making are stay great ! Reception and security staff very good too very friendly and helpful We upgraded on the room which was worth it very clean and well maintained...

All they needed was some loving smiles and some happy faces and they really showed that they appreciated not only us but our happy vibes 10000000% come visit the marina hotel and also come say hello to the lovely julie and sarah at reception

The location is amazing for access into the old town, to the beach and a great location to watch the parade

There was a kettle and coffee pods and a fridge. Every day the fridge was refilled with cans of Pepsi, lemon, orange and a beer. Being so this gave us access to the “fast pass” and very little waiting in queues

This my second review having stayed last year. Again I have had a lovely holiday throughly enjoyed the drinks and food

The food was lukewarm which was a shame but there are microwaves. There is plenty of choice … but i get that it may not be food that those who like a simple diet of burgers and pizza may not enjoy

At one point a drunken woman accused me of pushing in so if others are not aware of this perk they will feel that people are pushing in. With the ultra we also had premium brand drinks

The desserts do have quite a synthetic taste The staff are all very friendly and deserve the odd euro tip for which they are appreciative

There was daily entertainment by the pool and evening shows at the front bar, which we really enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends—and we’d happily book here again!

The hotel is very central—within walking distance to the beach, the Old Town, and plenty of nightlife and entertainment

New year's eves gala dinner was amazing. Most definitely a hotel I would recommend. Tiny little pointer if you like quiet don't have a room on the front. We love it but it is a tad noisy

The staff were well-mannered and friendly, my friend has a fear of elevators which staff kindly changed the floor of our room so we were able to take the stairs. Housekeeping came daily with fresh towels, which was great

The room could do with being a bit larger but it wasn’t a problem- the ground floor rooms do not have the best ambience due to a prisoner cell gate to the balcony but I understand it assists with security

The open buffet is large with plenty of options, and the swimming pools are very clean. However, the rooms feel old and outdated and could use some renovation

The position of this hotel is great for both the new and old Benidorm. The pool area is nice but half is in the shade all day. The hotel would be fabulous but for the evening meals and hard beds

Lovely spotlessly clean and modern hotel. The staff are fabulous, very helpful and professional. We were on floor 7 and had a view of peoples laundry but also the sea and Benidorm island

Food is good value, we went half board and were very happy Rooms are spacious and clean we will request a balcony next time - the roof top bar is also really nice and adults only which we really appreciated

The hotel location is good for entertainment, 10 minute walk from Levante beach

The lifts are slightly better now than before the rebuild with the addition of another lift, but they're still pretty terrible. Good variety and reasonable quality. Recommend the solarium if you want a bit of peace

We had requested a low room for a disabled guest, we ended up on the 12th floor as far away from the lift/stairs as possible with no evacuated plan. Food wasn't the best, and was pretty bland

I wasn't impressed by the cockroach walking around one of the coffee machines (I told one of the staff who shrugged their shoulders) not the worst, but definitely not worth 4 stars

The rules about wearing a shirt in the internal public areas were not enforced leading to some unfortunate sights. The lifts were inadequate for the numbers trying to use them

The less good things were mainly about the other guests who were noisy in all public areas. The feral kids running riot in the restaurant were a liability

Absolutely brilliant hotel I’m lost for words, it’s run like clockwork, so clean and fresh , brilliant staff , nothing is too much trouble, the food is outstanding everything was superb, I even had a Sunday dinner today , the entertainment is good too , lovely pool area ,just fab ,will definitely be back

There must of been a conversation thereafter as they removed the parasol from blocking the view to the splashpad. Great week, great hotel, good location, short walk to the beach, fantastic staff

We didn't visit the indoor pool however loved the outdoor pool and the kids loved the slides and also the play area and the games room. Great location for both old and new town with everything in walking distance

We stayed half board which suited our needs - the buffet selection for breakfast and evening meal was first class!! The hotel was well placed for the ***** as well as the old town ( which is charming) There is also an excellent public transport system which enabled us to visit Altea & Denia which are both beautiful We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Benidorm !

Seen a few people who required first aid due to cuts, slips and falls, one parent had to go inside to get help from a staff member from the bar when there was a lifeguard present who should of seen the immediate need for help given the situation with the child

It is absolutely spotless, the cleaners and domestic teams need a fab mention as it really is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in on holiday. Food options were always plentiful and hot

The pools on the resort were freezing! It was more like an ice bath! As a family we were unable to use the pools for this reason

Great pools, Bars , drink choice amazing and good zoo was amazing as was water park Everything we could have wanted for a family holiday

Water Park is brilliant so glad this was included as the hotel pools arnt very big

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were especially impressed with the girls who ran the kids club who were so warm and friendly with the kids, always smiling and laughing and so patient with them

A lovely lady named Gianina gives absolutely wonderful customer service! She is so warm, welcoming, and always greets you with the kindest smile. She makes every visit feel special and enjoyable

Playing and speaking even when just passing. Really made the holiday so much more fun for Emily and Aria and us an hours timeout Thank you. Food was plentiful and choice was good

Great hotel. [ my thoughts] Room nice size, great views [ 12th floor] Staff always gave a smile. A lot of spanish staying so you know it's a good hotel. Only breakfast on my deal & very good. [ mostly spanish] choices.

Great property although the pool does not get sun all day and pool is cold

I expected better for a 4-star hotel. The room was cramped for us and our teenager. Full board included food that was more like a school cafeteria, with all the noise from the retirees talking very loudly during meals

When we arrived, we noticed the room had two single beds instead of a double — we mentioned it at reception, and they changed it immediately with no fuss

Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic delicious with plenty of fresh options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and elegant We had a wonderful time – and we will definitely return!
