The hotel is located just a few metres from the beach in the town of Lloret de Mar on this the most famous resort in Catalonia.

Several outdoor pools, a games room, TV room, daily entertainment programme for all ages, live music and dancing every day (evening and night). Has excellent infrastructure and great service, which allows guests to spend a luxurious vacation on the Mediterranean sea, enjoying the comfort and loads of fun.

Location: in Lloret de Mar, 150 m from the resort centre of Lloret de Mar, 100 km from Barcelona airport.

Consists of a 6-storey building.

The hotel has 315 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach, 300 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free. Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade.

Staff at reception and cleaning staff were very polite and not aggressive so that's 5 stars for service. Our shower drain wasn't working properly, the water was flooding, so we left a note while we were away and they fixed it.

Rooms were difficult to find at first. But the restaurant and reception are very easy to locate thanks to pointers and signs with arrows on the floor.

I haven't tried the pool, it was crowded most of the time.

I never recommend this hotel, the bartenders are racist and don't serve beer, they answer badly. you can't sleep in the rooms because everyone comes drunk in the morning at 3 4 and you can't sleep. they don't have any entertainment for children, it's the worst hotel I've seen so far

awful hotel, awful staff, awful food and awful rooms. they dont clean the rooms at all, stained bed sheets and dirty towels. the locks dont work and people can get into your room by hopping over the balcony, its very unsafe. dont waste your money on this hotel!

Half of the hotel rooms are unsafe and dirty, literelly someone can walk on to your balcony and OPEN your balcony door due to their locks not working. There is no good place to store your belongings for safety because the safe itself is just a dumb toy box with no key. The pool is filled with bugs, dont recommend swimming in it at all. The food is half mid, espicily the deserts.

It is an understatement to say that this hotel does not deserve four stars. As the rooms were dirty, it was not safe to leave anything of value in plain sight. Cleaners and security guards search and steal personal items. The cleaners enter the rooms unannounced and do not do their job properly. They do not change towels regularly and do not clean thoroughly. With all of the above, it can be concluded that the hotel is not safe to stay in and that the staff is rather rude.

Do NOT come to this hotel. My room smells like stink bugs, the staff is rude and they serve raw chicken. You get 1 keycard per room without which you can't turn on the lights, so if there are more people per room you have to always stay together or awake to open the door for others.

The Check in System is way to slow before we could check in we needed to wait additional 30min to get our keys furthermore were our bedrooms nothing like the pictures on the Internet and had more vibes of an old lady’s children’s room with many issues like the wood quality and the funktionality of the bathroom. Not to recommend I will never book a second room in that Hotel.

The worst experience ever if u want a stress free vacation i recommend you to stay in a next hotel. So much to say about this place words can’t describe enough. I wouldn’t even allow my dog to stay here. The people are so rude and arrogant. I pay for all inclusive and when I go to the bar for my free drinks I was denied even water and I was wearing my band the food was disgusting and the plates were dirty and not to forget there were long waiting periods and I took my son on vacation and the woman there didn’t even have a heart to see a child there she was so cruel I hate that service so inhuman to even my little child who was tired. This place don’t deserve even one star . When I finally got a room no electricity ⚡️I was running like a chicken without head no one help me only the maid she was very nice and she fix the problem after 2 hours of waiting time my phone battery 🪫 had died . But other staff members were unprofessional and rude people I’m never saving money to spend it there again them don’t deserve my money never again 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 run 🏃‍♀️ run run away fast from this hotel there is a next door hotel take that I’m sure it’s better and cheaper

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Check the other reviews, this place is a nightmare. The rooms are terrible, there are bedbugs everywhere. The food is horrendous. There are Italian kids running wild (not play-wild) and throwing objects everywhere.
