Hotel Mariner in Lloret de Mar

Awesome location! The hotel is just 100m from the beach. The room is cozy and it was very clean. It was cleaned and our towels were changed everyday. There were plenty variety of food and fresh juices for breakfast and dinner too. The staff was kind and friendly. We have spent a lovely time there.

Clean rooms, cleaned daily. Good but monotonous breakfasts. The location is a big plus. The downside was that we wanted to extend our hotel stay until 4 p.m. due to a late transfer to the airport. We came to ask about it a day earlier and were told to come back on the day of departure. On the day of departure, it turned out that this was not possible and we had to leave the room by 11 a.m., even though the hotel was definitely not fully booked during the off-season. Despite the overall good rating, this left a bad impression.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the hotel – the services, cleanliness, food, and location were all excellent. Everything exceeded our expectations.

A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Mohamed El Barkani, who was exceptionally professional, attentive, and kind throughout our dinners. He truly made us feel welcome and valued. Also, great appreciation to the tanned young waiter with the mustache and beard (apologies for not knowing his name, If you could help me with his first and last name so I know who he is, I’d be happy) – his positive attitude and dedication added so much warmth to our experience. Both of them are an absolute credit to the hotel and deserve the highest praise.

However, I must point out that our experience with Ms. Juani, who welcomed guests at the entrance of the restaurant, was disappointing. She had an arrogant attitude and, even worse, as the restaurant manager she did not speak English at all (only Spanish), which made communication very difficult. The same goes for the waitress with the piercing, with purple hair, whose behavior was also arrogant and unprofessional.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is fantastic – just a short walk from a beautiful beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sea every day without any hassle.

The rooms were modern, comfortable, and very well-maintained. They were cleaned daily, which really made a difference and added to the overall comfort of the stay.

One of the highlights for me was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and well-organized. It really felt like they cared about making sure guests had a good experience.

The food at the hotel was another pleasant surprise. Every meal offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything I tried was fresh and perfectly prepared. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was always something delicious to choose from.

All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay close to the beach, with great service and excellent food.

This is our fifth day here, awesome, great experience so far. The room has a nice view of the pool from the second floor. Housekeeping comes every day, the room is always clean ( switching towels, bed sheets, swipe the floor etc.) Food is the best! Really fresh, tasty, buffet table-paradise for foodies! 😊 The staff is professional, very friendly and helpful. The prices of drinks and food on the pool bar are very affordable. The pool itself is a nice refreshment after the beach (especially for my kid🙃). Hotel is close to the beach and city center! 👌👌👌 All recommendations, we will always come back here🫶

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms. The cleaning lady changes your sheet every day. The food was nice, we paid for breakfast and dinner. There is a pool in the hotel that is clean and a bar that closes at 11pm. Check in was at 2pm but they let us in one hour earlier. It’s very close to the city beach. I’ve never slept better in my life😂. I would highly recomend this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 days, our room was on the first floor, but it was clean, the maids listened regularly, all the staff were kind and pleasant to the guests, what impressed me the most was the food and the buffet. There was plenty of food to suit everyone's taste. The hotel is close to the promenade and the beach and for every recommendation.
