Loved the atmosphere of the hotel, staff was extremely friendly and made sure that I was accommodated to the best of their ability. Whatever your reason for going to Madrid is, if you can afford this hotel, I highly recommend it. My only complaint is that parts of the room could use some floor carpets in order to avoid the metal separating the wooden floor with the marble flooring, but very comfortable beds, bathroom was excellent, perfect for both business and pleasure.

Perfect hotel, absolutely patiente staff, nice room and good price. The metro is 2,5 bus stop or 850 m walk. There are shops supermarket and buffets.

Comfortable room with friendly staff. About a 25 minute journey to the centre of Madrid. Didn't like the frosted wall for the bathroom. Not great when sharing a room for business

Had a very short stay at the hotel arrival in the evening and depart early morning. The Hotel is modern and comfortable. Reception was very polite. Overall a good and nice hotel.

A very beautiful inside hotel. But a few things could be improved: there is no a single bottle of drinkable water in the room on arrival. The bed was pretty small. Also, the breakfast is pretty simple: a fresh juice, eggs or an engine, a croissant, a pack of jam and tea/coffee.
