Quality service impeccably high level of attentio. It was truly wonderful the hotel and its staff are nothing short of perfect. Attention to every detail excellent.
Our favorite hotel in Europe. Great ambiance and a wonderful staff (always eager to help) in a unique hotel - oldest in Madrid - all combine to make for a wonderful experience.
Great hotel within walking distance of plenty of attractions. Didn’t have to use transportation during entire stay, except for coming in from airport. Concierge and other staff very friendly and helpful.
Amazong Hotel & service outstanding Our stay was perfect, Prince was very welcoming & the whole staff couldn't do more for us - booking restaurants, organising trips, catering to all our needs - I didnt think Hotels existed like these any more but they do! Restaurant food outstanding & reasonably priced.
Lovely, comfortable, friendly, helpful hotel. Very quiet room (double-paned glass) for great sleeping. Location makes walking to museums and many neighborhoods and restaurants easy. On a narrow side street so mainly pedestrian traffic. lnteresting neighborhood with nice shops and tapas bars.
Gran Hotel Inglés is incredible cozy, quiet, "home like", very suitable for sole work or small meetings, or for a luxury low key experience in the center. The team at the hotel are respectably silent, extremely professional, and make you feel at home. They love working, are very loyal to the owners and this is reflected in their care at work. It is very suitable for a quite stay for work, for quite...

For the first time in Madrid I have to say this boutique hotel is a great place to stay. Beautiful building and the staff were extremely professional and accommodating per our requests. We had an issue with the booking due to our own error from a third party and they honored everything in advance so the stay was seemless and kept there word. The staff were so nice and offered info about the area of...
My stay at this Madrid hotel was exceptional, earning a well-deserved 5 stars! Housed in a unique, historic building, the hotel has been impeccably remodeled, blending old-world charm with modern elegance. The design is stunning—bright, stylish, and thoughtfully curated, creating a warm yet sophisticated atmosphere. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully appointed, with a fantastic...
Amazing location directly at the Puerta de Alcalá next to posh restaurants like Aardor, Ramses or Capuccino, where beautiful people like to sit and be seen. There is always something going on around there. Even though it is a 5 star hotel, the setting and decorations and finishes are not of the quality of others in a similar price category like Bless, Meliá Palacio de Los Duques or Principal. Also...
Room is big and clean. Pillows are difficult to support my head & neck. Breakfast menu is average not impressed. Dinner for half-board is limited. Restaurant manage Mr Wong helps to get better selection the second day. He is super busy and friendly. Location is great. Near two landmarks. From airport to hotel: 5 euro by bus (crowded), Uber overcharged me by 20 euro (price on the app is not the same...
Good value for money, very considerate service, early check-in arrangement was very good, thanks to the front desk staff
The entire hotel staff were very helpful, very friendly, very congenial, and very knowledgeable, I would especially thank Manuel, Daniel, and Ilia for their enthusiasm and assistance with anything we needed or wanted. Also, the ladies who waited on us for breakfast were outstanding. Everyone was fantastic.

The room was clean and relatively uncrowded (considering that most hotels in Spain have small indoor areas). The key is that the location is excellent, more than 200 meters away from Museo del Prado. It is only 500 meters away from Reina Sofia Museum, both within walking distance. On Sunday mornings, the road next to the Prado Museum is only for pedestrians, and vehicles are restricted. The tree-lined...
Very convenient location, very quiet at night. Breakfast was pretty good, the staff were very helpful
A pleasant stay with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Best location in downtown Madrid and good value based on comparable hotels in the area. Close to many museums, the train station, a variety of restaurants, shopping, etc. Great overall.
Thank You for the Great Service! I truly appreciate your warm welcome and excellent service during my stay at Radisson Madrid. The hotel was outstanding—comfortable rooms, great facilities, and a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable!
Very convenient, just near the Prado Museum.
The room is clean and the service is good. Very good. Recommended

Amazing place with the perfect location you could ask for.. assistance available via WhatsApp, will definitely come back again
Good location. Very clean. The kitchen was a proper kitchen, I was impressed. Getting checked in was a bit complicating as you have to do it online but we got things sorted.
The room was large and clean. The location was good, and it was nice that I could store my luggage on the first floor. There was an incident when I checked in because the self-check-in email didn't arrive.
The hotel's location is ideal, close to the center with access to most activities, even on foot. The hotel entrance isn't well signposted. Access via email is a bit complicated. The room is spacious. The soundproofing isn't great, and there's a lot of street noise, including passersby, trash cans, and more. Breakfast is good, but could be a little better in terms of the quantity and quality of the...
Everything was great!! We booked a family room (duplex) and it was spacious, bright, and cozy. Plus, the location couldn't be better. We'll definitely be back!
Disappointed. Has a rubbish collection point just outside our window, where at 12:00 night there are lots of noise generated by truck collecting the rubbish. The air conditioner is not clean for a long time, could see quite lots of dirt inside. No service at all. You need to use whatsapp to contact service or make complaints. We lived for 5days and need to deal with rubbish by ourselves. No laundry...

Better value impossible Great staff too Position position Position
Paid 25 euros for the night for a single person. The room was windowless but it was quite and the bed was very comfy. Nothing beats the location of the hostel which is ultra-centre. All in all, excellent stay for the price.
Nice beds, clean bathrooms, kind service, good location. I don't know what else you would need in a hostel.
Great location, next to mercado de San Miguel and close to plaza mayor. Close to metro station as well. Good bathrooms, they were very clean. Good WiFi. Good beds. Cons: since it is close to the Mercado there is too much noise. No air conditioning but they have fans.
The hotel location is good and I stayed 1night bcause my departure from Madrid so I selected to stay this place. But they don’t provide much facilities since I have selected economic room. If you are staying this hotel you need to pay 1 euro and get towel as well. They don’t provide free of charge
Very good place to spend some days in Madrid. It is cheap, well centrly located, clean and comfortable. The mattress and pillows are very good. Something that matters to me. Just to say an inconvenient, it is very close to San Miguel market. That means early in the morning there is noise from the workers at the market.

Lets start from the good part, the location was good, if you like to be in the middle of restaurants and bars and pubs! The room itself was bad, why? There was not first light I mean window, for me it does not count as proper bedroom. The walls were so soundproof that you can hear everything. Id you wonna sleep, not for you, cause you will here everything how the service cleans other rooms. No AC...

This hotel is functional. My room was so small that when I opened my suitcase on the floor, I couldn't open the door. Check in was by code and they provided everything ahead of time. The room was clean.
Pro: Located in a beautiful neighborhood and plenty of things to see and do around. Easy checkin and checkout, all done online Cons: The room had a bad smell lingering in the air, airing out the room didnt help either. The body lotion in the shower was empty and wasnt refilled by housekeeping. Walls are thin and on both nights there was a lot of noise from inside the hotel until well after midnight
Very nice place. Easy access, clear info's and easy check in and out. Wi fi is good and the only thing is that it's a little bit away from the metro station. But we visited Madrid to walk and sightseeing so it did not mind us.
Hands down, great place to stay in Madrid. It's my first time visiting Madrid and I was highly impressed by this hostel or a hotel, whichever way you call this place. This hotel is located in a busy area. Certainly, if you open your window you'll hear a lot of people down below in the street. Windows are practically sound proof. Me and my guest, we were able to sleep without any issues. I stayed in...
