Great hotel within walking distance of plenty of attractions. Didn’t have to use transportation during entire stay, except for coming in from airport. Concierge and other staff very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was perfect, Prince was very welcoming & the whole staff couldn't do more for us - booking restaurants, organising trips, catering to all our needs - I didnt think Hotels existed like these any more but they do! Restaurant food outstanding & reasonably priced.

There are a lot of nice hotels out there that are well designed and feel luxurious. This is definitely one of those, the rooms are plush and spacious. Great design, comfy beds, huge bathtubs, amazing rain shower!!! However, what separates a good hotel from a great hotel, but most importantly a memorable hotel, is ALWAYS the staff! Every single one of the staff here was the absolute best!!! That is not an easy compliment! I don’t mean they were nice and professional, I mean they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. From ordering a motorbike and delivering it to the hotel, to helping me clear the mess when it broke down and being with me every step of the way until I got back to Madrid from Valencia (200+ miles), they sent me a Maybach to pick us up from the airport, they cooked dinner and a full in-room meal at 11pm. But overall they were genuinely nice people, interesting and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend you stay here, great staff, great location, beautiful rooms and a 2 star Michelin chef's menu! Seriously, for the price it's 100% a great stay!!!

Nice hotel, located in a perfect area of Madrid, close to all the attractions. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the room was very nice and clean. All good, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very quiet and nice atmosphere, you feel at home in them. The location is great, although it is very unnoticeable when walking along the street. You can stay or enjoy the luxury of a good breakfast, yes, it is expensive, but it is a 5 star hotel. The staff are on site, pleasant and attentive, but not intrusive. You can have a drink in the lobby, because on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays there is live music.

Lovely, comfortable, friendly, helpful hotel. Very quiet room (double-paned glass) for great sleeping. Location makes walking to museums and many neighborhoods and restaurants easy. On a narrow side street so mainly pedestrian traffic. lnteresting neighborhood with nice shops and tapas bars.

Gran Hotel Inglés is incredible cozy, quiet, "home like", very suitable for sole work or small meetings, or for a luxury low key experience in the center.

The team at the hotel are respectably silent, extremely professional, and make you feel at home. They love working, are very loyal to the owners and this is reflected in their care at work.

It is very suitable for a quite stay for work, for quite stay in Madrid, walk around the center or shopping.

I absolutely recommend for sole travels or people that like boutique experiences and quite luxury.

The Gran Hotel Inglés is a luxurious hotel located in the heart of Madrid. From the moment we arrived we were impressed by its classic and historical design and its service. The latter was clearly the highlight of our stay; the staff was super friendly and resourceful, making us feel welcome like super stars.

The bar at the hotel entrance is the perfect example of a well-preserved and elegant design. Our room was spacious, very clean and filled with details that made our stayed very pleasant. Special mention to the bath tub, which added an extra layer of comfort and luxury.

We didn't had dinner in the hotel, but we had breakfast, which featured an "eggs menu" among many other options. Food quality and taste were up to the level.

Overall, we had an amazing experience, led by its staff and its impeccable attention to details. 100% recommended!
