The rooms are decent and clean. The pool area needs a little more care, and the opening hours could be longer. Recommended value for money, although the bar is very expensive. We asked for a coffee maker since our room didn't have one, and there was no problem.
I didn't like the fact that I had two rooms booked since October 2024, and my roommates were given a room with a double bed (requested on the day of the reservation), with a coffee maker, bathrobe, and slippers. While I was given a room with two beds, without all of the above. When I went to request it at reception, they unsympathetic, telling me that the bathrobe and slippers are for superior rooms...
The hotel left mixed impressions. On the plus side, I can note the cleanliness of the room, pleasant service, the presence of an outdoor pool and the proximity of the Carrefour store - very convenient. The staff is very polite and responsive: at my request, they quickly brought an iron, the water in the room was constantly replenished. However, there are also significant minuses. The main one is the...
Wonderful experience, incredible services and 10/10 facilities. Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, very pleasant and quiet, I highly recommend it. It is located in a very convenient area for getting to any point of interest.
The hotel is beautiful, very spacious and clean, I was very comfortable
Good for room, breakfast and pool. Gym is a treadmill/cycle and some free weights in small room. Location is good locality outside centre. Value for money: 4/5.

I stayed at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid for two nights in September through the Fans of M.O. friends & family program. The package included complimentary breakfast, early check-in and late check-out until 6 PM, and a $200 hotel credit. Although the hotel usually doesn’t upgrade beyond the booked category, I received a beautiful room with a terrace and an incredible view. There was a small issue...
Stunning European jewel next to El Prado museum and Parque El Retiro. You can appreciate the level of attention that it’s provided by the staff. From the welcoming to the departure, excellent service. The room clean, fresh, pristine. Warm towels provided along with a very good amenity kit. The courtyard restaurant is very accessible and a great place to catch some tea and a snack. They also offer full...
We spent a weekend at this wonderful hotel to celebrate a special occasion, and everything was simply perfect. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with great attention to detail and a truly relaxing atmosphere. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the staff — their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care went beyond the expected to make sure we had an amazing time. Every interaction...
I stayed at the Ritz in Madrid some time ago for business, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with impeccable attention to detail and warmth. Overall beautiful hotel... wonderful and pituresque in a perfect location. We had a beautiful deluxe room, and the quality and service was outstanding. The food and drinks were also fantastic, and John at the lobby Bar was the star of the stay. We did have one issue with the outdoor patio, with ZERO service after ~25 from being seated. - even AFTER asking for assistance ~15 into our wait.. The team...
It was amazing to be back, fantastic rooms and location! Much appreciated for personal welcome by Hotel Manager 🙂 Food and service at garden restaurant was fantastic! And the most exciting surprise was during the check out, when I met Bruno, who was exceptional during my stay in Milan. Meeting people that you know always makes you very comfortable, like at home! Very nice, clean and modern hotel with a perfect central location! Also a plus is the amazing rooftop bar with a view over Madrid! The staff is kindly and helpful.
Very nice hotel. The room was very modern. We liked our room at the 4th floor a lot. The staff is very friendly. We would go there definetely again.
Superb location. Beautiful rooftop. Accept pets and cars : perfect
We enjoyed our stay here, with literally nothing negative to say. They let us check in early after an overnight flight from NY & the staff was friendly throughout our whole stay. Rooftop is beautiful & hotel guests get priority. We got the room with a balcony, which I would suggest- as the standard rooms would probably be a lot more dark without the light from the balcony. Great location, we walked...
Beautiful building and great location. Friendly service and quick cheap-in. Lovely reception area. Rooms are modern but small. get a room with an outward view and not internal yard. Nice rooftop

Wonderful hotel in the best area of Madrid, next to the main shops and restaurants. The team is kind and friendly with impeccable facilities and structure. The room is luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast is incredible and very well served. The best option in Madrid.
My husband and I spent four nights at the Rosewood Villa Magna over the Christmas holidays. It was okay, but not great. Our suite seemed due for an update, and the concierge service fell short of expectations. On the positive side, the location was excellent.
The best thing about the Rosewood in Madrid is undoubtedly the location, right in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood, one of the most elegant and walkable areas in the city. It’s perfect for exploring boutiques, cafes, and charming streets on foot. Unfortunately, that’s where the highlights end. The hotel lacks a real lobby, it’s essentially part of a collection of restaurants and lounges, which...
This was our second visit to the property and it keeps on creating new special experiences. Every Rosewood hotel works so hard to create a special local experience wishing to position their properties as distinct by creating a personal attachment to the location and history whilst owning flagship properties. Whilst in Madrid there are “palace” hotels which are grand and opulent, the Rosewood blends...
You must visit the Rosewood Villa Magna to meet Lulu, the hotel’s beloved dog. She’s incredibly friendly and roams the hotel freely, adored by everyone. One of our group members caught an upper respiratory infection, and we’re grateful to the hotel for arranging a doctor within an hour. The reception and concierge were extremely helpful. The rooms are lovely, the food is excellent, and the service...

Excellent option for a short stay, close to everything, very nice hotel
Near Gran Via main street of Madrid. Large room. Clean, sufficient amenities. No windows. It was like a maze to find room. Breakfast was so-so. Booked a double room but got a twin room. Stayed in April 2023
The shower in room 230 was broken, and water would spray everywhere in the bathroom. The basic room was very small, and there was no 25 square meters as claimed, and the 30-inch suitcase could not be opened.
The location is excellent, but other than that there is nothing special about it. The hotel room is relatively small. It feels like it is almost impossible to check in with a 30-inch suitcase without 25 square meters.
The location of this hotel was very good and you are essentially just paying for that. Stayed here for two nights during off season. Paid $270 per night. For a 4 star hotel, I was disappointed with the instant coffee in the room. I also requested room cleaning at noon and when I returned at 6 p.m. it still was not complete. Also found a broken piece of glass in the bathroom, luckily no injuries. Overall...

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madrid!
I would stay here again mostly because of the staff who were great. Location was ok but loud being right on busy street. But the issue with this hotel is the details: 1. Wonderful stay at Hotel Vincci Vía 66! The location is perfect — right in the heart of Madrid, close to everything. The service was excellent, and the staff were warm and professional. The hotel has a stylish interior and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended for both holiday and business stays!
From the moment you step into the hotel, you are greeted with a warm smile. The location is excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is fairly sufficient; however, our only criticism is the lack of labels or descriptions under the food items. Thanks to the team.

The location is in the center but the area and the surrounding are not really nice. The service was good, few of the hostesses in the restaurant and the cleaners don't speak English. It's definitely one of the quietest hotels we've ever stayed in. A bit tight for our liking but hey, it's pristine clean and smells clean. There's only one hiccup though. We checked out early to catch our train and end up waiting for extra 20min+ just for the check out! Oh dear....good thing we didn't missed our train.
Excellent location and service. I’m very picky with cleanliness and this place was spotless. Breakfast is Good and fair price. I would highly recommend.
The hotel itself is nice but the owners have decided to close the bar for no reason as it was quite full when stayed over there 1st week-end of October. This kind of hotel needs some life in the lobby to be an hotel and I think this is a very short view to close the bar in order to save a bit of staff cost...

Great location and facilities. The restaurant seemed understaffed. The service was slow so si left. Other than that, great property and value.
Just stay a night for the early flight. The room is clean. But the staff was not very pleasant. Requested a quiet room away from the noise but they gave me the room on the first floor right in front of the road.
Airport Hotel with Shuttle Service approx. every 45 minutes and also vlose to a Metro Station into the City. Avoid rooms to the street, they are noisy. No Coffee or tea making Options in the room.
Perfect for a short stay if you have a following flight early in the morning. Free shuttle service from and to drom the airport is useful. Also from barajas metro station it is 10 euros with uber. Missing free water and coffee amentities but overall very good
Great location as it’s just a few minutes drive from the airport and they offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. Cosy and comfortable rooms albeit a bit small. Overall, convenient location and comfortable stay.

We were so tired after getting in at midnight. And a 2 and half hour delayed flight. The manager was amazing. He greeted us and already had our paperwork out ready to sign when he greeted us. Just amazing service.
In that area for me the best hotel. Prices are decent, rooms are very clean, reception very nice. Only many of them could use a little refurbishment in style. Breakfast is quite good with fresh fruits and a decent selection of cereals and bread. Getting a coffee is a little annoying as it basically a Nespresso machine for all the people staying in the hotel... might be worth an investment.
Lobby quite empty and not very warm. Some seats/tables would be nice. Rooms are good and clean. Good breakfast.

The staff, including Imane, Daniel, and Felix were attentive, genuine and took care of all of our needs. They provided prompt in room service, gave us great recommendations in the area...

Hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Great location close to great shopping and dinning. From arrival thru checkout all hotel staff was very attentive. Always using our names. Any special request was attended swiftly.
This is an elegant and cozy hotel with excellent service of the staff! Since the moment you get in you feel like a family! Elena and Paula were very helpful but also the whole team. This hotel is located in the best area of Madrid with lots of restaurants and beautiful shops. This is the fourth time I have been in this hotel and would definitely recommend and come back!
This is a great hotel. Terrific location, friendly/helpful staff with rooms that have obviously been renovated. The breakfast is excellent. The first day of our stay the hotel arranged for 90 minute TukTuk tour of the city. It was a great way to get a quick overview of the city. The hotel also suggested some great restaurants. Don't mis Casa Benigna.
