Ilunion Malaga

Good breakfast. Nice outdoor seating. To be a great breakfast you would need: A few more juice choices, pancakes, waffles.

Location was nice related to the bus station. Pool was in shadow which was great for really sunny days. A 15-20 min. walk to SoHo and the old town.

Missing showers by the pool/spa area.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. The room was very well taken care of. The hotel stay were very helpful and friendly with us. Break was GREAT with a lot of options. I plan on coming back to Malaga again next year and will be staying here again.

the rooms were good size and nice, however we found hair in the bath tub and the cups were dirty. the breakfast was super good however food didn’t taste very pleasing. the ambience and location is top and it’s fair for the price.

We stayed at the Ilunion Hotel in Malaga for two nights. Generally, the hotel was excellent with a fantastic location. It's within walking distance of all major attractions, shops, and the beach. However, due to the port location, the sea water cleanliness could be better. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean, though a bit dated. Overall, we were very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel.

Possibly the best accommodation in terms of services and personnel. From the great reception staff to the always kind housekeeping ladies, everyone was willing to help on any kind of request or question. The social character behind the hotel and the all-people accessibility measures taken from braille inscriptions in all needed areas, from the ramps and the spacious elevators to the very spacious and spotless rooms, makes everyone feel so welcomed and cared for. I must highlight the exceptional Felix from the front desk that helped us so much during both our stays and is also a live example of humane and professional behavior at the same time. Excellent value for money at all possible ways. I highly recommend it for everyone visiting Malaga.

Excellent room and great location. Breakfast was marvellous.
The one and only negative thing to mention, there was only one soup available with a pre-purchased dinner. Maybe not the hotels fault but at least one alternative would have been great.
In general, nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Stayed here from 15th march to 19th, myself and my husband,
From when we arrive we were dealt with so professionally by all staff, and as there was a conference on as we arrive, the staff at the front desk were dealing with alot, but still so good , a very nice girl took our cases and told us she would ring us when our room was ready as we were very early arriving,
On our return, our room was ready, and was superb, the rooms are very big, with everything you need, very large comfortable bed, we were very happy with the situation also, beach less then 10min out and app 8 mim in to the centre of the city , leisure centre have so nice with fantastic services in it, all your staff were so happy and friendly all the time, and this is so nice to see and added to a great trip.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is located at 15 mins walk from the train/ metro station. The rooms are quite big. We got a harbor view room and the views were splendid. The cleaning service was commendable. There is a restaurant in the hotel which serves limited number of items. The buffet breakfast had a lot of options but they served the same items everyday. Though it is not located in the center of the city (there are few restaurants around), it is just a 10 mins (by bus) from the center.
Also, it is pet-friendly!
