Great location, very clean and staff friendly. Enjoyed their breakfast - great options. Have stayed three times and would certainly return if I find myself in Helsinki again.

Great location near shopping, restaurants, and the city center. Staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of great choices and regional specialties. The hotel itself is a bit of a maze.

Beautiful, chic hotel in a perfect location. The barman, Jordan, was friendly and kind, but he also had tips for fun, innovative places to visit and hidden gems in the neighborhood. Order the mezcal espresso martini. It will change your life.

Great place with spacious rooms which is always expected in any European country.
They don’t have the parking which is a bummer but gives 20% discounts on the amino parking lots. The parking lot would charge 36 euro/day.
They have a very good breakfast for 25$ which is worth it with the options that they give.

The receptionists are amazing - I had trouble with my bag and they are helping me get it back. The location is beautiful, the restaurant breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are cool. Only thing that could be better is better cleaning services - there was still garbage in the room after cleaning.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. The hotel loses a star from me for having big windows with curtains which don't block the light out, so if you like to sleep in a dark room you're better off going somewhere else. However, if that doesn't bother you then I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. Clean, warm, well-maintained rooms. Modern decor with an appealing, sleek Art Deco aesthetic. Very comfortable bed, which is a must for me. The front desk staff was attentive and helpful. I would rate this as a 4-star hotel. Definitely not on par with 5-star hotels we've stayed in. Sorry, but I'm being honest.
So why two stars? The room service person presented the check for me to sign and directly pointed out there was a place to add a gratuity. Coming from the USA, which has a generous tipping culture, I find tip grubbing quite rude and off-putting. And as a very well-seasoned international traveler, I was shocked to find this at Lilla Roberts in Helsinki. To be honest, direct tip grubbing is very rare and that's good because it's insulting. Does Lilla Roberts encourage tip grubbing? What is going on here? Then there was the breakfast/brunch at the restaurant. Nice display, but there were no eggs when I went through the buffet, the cut fruit was not ripe at all... not even close, the bacon had a heavily porky flavor and I know this isn't the case throughout Helsinki b/c the lovely hotel we had just stayed in prior to Lilla Roberts served quality bacon and ripe fruit. And when I asked for water at the table I got a pot of hot water. Just hot water. I tried to get attention to politely explain to the wait person what I had asked for, but it was too busy. Sadly, I didn't expect to have negative experiences at Lilla Roberts based on the reviews. It was disappointing and I would not stay here again. There are lots of other options.

Location is great as its a 10 minute walk to most tourist attractions. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful giving us tips of where to go for dinner and what to do in town.
The rooms are huge and have a very specific design. Very comfortable beds, duvets have a strange consistency but didn't affect my sleep.
Only one elevator, but didn't add too much waiting time.

Hotel Lilla Roberts skillfully merges style with history, situated conveniently between Helsinki's dynamic business district and an esteemed residential area. This location ensures a peaceful yet easily accessible stay, just a short distance from top-tier restaurants and bars. Unfortunately, the hotel does lack amenities like a swimming pool and sauna, making it particularly suited for business and leisure travelers in the warmer seasons. Nonetheless, during Helsinki's chillier months, guests might find the room temperature, which rarely exceeds 20°C, a bit uncomfortable, especially when outside temperatures plummet to -20°C.
Additionally, despite its 5-star rating, the hotel does not offer concierge services. Moreover, the level of hospitality at the reception could be enhanced to better reflect the hotel's prestigious status.

Unfortunately when you return from a walking tour at 15.00 and your room is not made up ,one does get annoyed, then you ring reception and 30 min later they have still not made it up...I am upset!
Then the bar that should be open at 15.00 is not open till 17.00 I am getting v upset , nowhere to turn...actually there is nowhere to turn because the room is so small, I believe we made an error in staying here ...do not make our mistake!
Advise to go elsewhere!
