This is a beautiful and unique hotel, right on the Bulevardi, one of the nicest streets in Helsinki. The decor was cozy and beautiful, the breakfast was excellent and traditional Finnish. The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommended!!!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! We stayed in five-star hotels and luxury villas throughout our trip to Estonia and Finland, and this hotel turned out to be our favorite!
The hotel is exceptionally warm and cozy, with fantastic attention to detail. The abundance of candles, traditional Finnish music, pine-scented bath products, and plush reindeer furs give the property a lot of character and really add to its cozy feel.
The staff could not be any nicer, and the lovely lady at the reception desk upgraded both myself and my friend to a bigger room with its own sauna, which we enjoyed so very much!
The hotel was also very clean, and the breakfast offerings were very diverse and delicious.
Would absolutely stay here again when we return to Helsinki!

We loved this place so much, the highlight being the sauna inside the room! Amazing breakfast and nice staff at reception. Nice art in the room and cozy atmosphere with the music, candles and decoration around the place. Just room service and the minibar seemed unnecessarily expensive so we didn’t use it

Absolutely love this hotel, I booked the room with a sauna and used it as much as possible. It’s a beautiful place to stay. The restaurant is unfortunately not up to the same level but would definitely stay here again !

Amazing rooms, super staff. Great location in Helsinki. Breakfast is ok, but not as good as you might expect from a hotel like this. Food in restaurant is recommended though!

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times since 2019 and will stay once before I leave for Australia.
Positives: I highly recommend the Sauna rooms, these are unique to Lapland hotel and are a lovely touch. This hotel is extremely clean and nicer than some other 5 star hotels in Helsinki. Showers are perfectly clean, with no signs of mould or grout discolouration - which is common even at 5 star hotels. Breakfast is suburb, with unique offerings. The whole hotel has a nice dark and moody feel, which I love, and I think the music they play throughout the hotel works well with this. The location on Bulevadi is wonderful and is my preferred location in Helsinki, close to the design district.
Negatives: Restaurant service has been poor on two occasions in that the kitchen was too busy to serve us and we couldn't eat at the hotel for dinner. This is because they were unexpectingly busy - I wasn't too bothered by this as there are plenty of other places to eat around the area, but just an observation.
The hotel gym isn't really a gym, but rather an exercise room with some basic equipment. There is a bench press, some kettlebells, some cardio equipment, and some odd machines that I feel weren't picked out by someone who actually trains. Gym's are important to me when travelling, so I would probably need to choose somewhere that has a proper gym if I was staying more than two nights.

This is a hotel that I will come back to if I am back in this wonderful city of Helsinki. The room I chose comfortably accommodated the travelling party, it comes with a sauna that you can soak in personal comfort. The property is nestled in a quiet Bulevardi neighbourhood where quaint and niche shops / restaurants on different streets await exploration, a really great alternative to the Central Area scene. And, the breakfast is the best I’ve had on this euro trip (barring the last hotel in Brussels), the quality of cooking was exceptional. Kiitos LHB.

Can’t fault this place, service room and atmosphere were awesome. One of the nicer hotels I have stayed. Price was expensive but well worth it. Breakfast included and the was super yummy. We also had a sauna in our room which we definitely used!

Simply wonderful hotel. Hotel feels like being in wonderland. Lots of thoughtful details. High quality fragrances in room. Room feels like a living art piece. The in room sauna is something else. Used every day of stay. Hotel staff were kind enough to turn on ahead of my arrival so it was ready soon as I arrived - thoughtful! I hope to be back!!
