Loved my stay, the location is perfect and the reception staff is so lovely, made me feel comfortable safe and welcome.
The hotel is across the street from the train station, about a 7 minute walk from the conference center and 10minutes from the beach. It’s in the lively area of Cannes with lots to do, but no clubs/restaurants that operate late on the street meaning there’s no noise at night. Yet it’s central enough to be minutes away from the action and make the walk to the hotel feel safe.
Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Cannes.

Rat in my room
While I was sitting on the bed, a rat jumped out of the bathroom and started bumping into the walls, eventually leaving under the rooms door.
When I went to the receptionist that had the shift he laughed and sarcastically repeated many times that the incident „wasn’t something very important or urgent“ and that „he couldn’t do anything about it“. Next day when I said I won’t spent the night there as I had paid for it they said nothing about giving me money back or offering my any alternatives.
It wasn’t just the incident itself but also the management of the situation totally unprofessional.

Perfect location. Train station and the sea are close. Beautiful rooftop terrace with breakfast. Personnel is friendly.I would recommend this place to economy class tourists. Everyone will stay satisfied.

The hotel is located very well, just opposite the train station. Many restaurants and cafes are nearby. Beach is just 5-7 min walk. Good area close to everything you need. The room was very clean and was cleaning and changing towels daily. It was spacious. It also was very calm to sleep, which is not that often for the hotels in France. The staff was very polite and friendly. Reception works 24 hours. I liked everything. Definitely will come back.
