Great location (less than 2 minutes to the train station). Nice breakfast with a very beautiful view from the rooftop

We recommend this hotel especially for his location, being vise-a-vise of gare and near the city center.
The room was small, but it was exactly we needed for 2 nights. What we disliked at our room was the mold from bathroom and that the bathroom door did not close properly.
The staff is really friendly, we had a really fast check-in, the cleaning room was made every day.
The breakfast was good with a nice view. The restaurant is a roof-top with a really nice panorame above the city.
When you go out, you need to let the room key at the reception and you take it back at return, it is a policy for not losing it (less worries for you).
I find that there is a fair balance price/quality.

A lovely little room for those looking for a cheaper, cosy stay in an extremely convenient location, being right opposite the Cannes train station and only a 15 minute walk away from the beach. Staff were lovely and polite the whole stay. Bathroom facilities were convenient and uncomplicated, though the shower may be difficult for someone taller. Cleaning staff visited each day to siesta the room. Only thing different I would request is that the rooms be provided with some ceramic mugs and/or glasses as opposed to the cardboard cups provided.

Overall, an excellent stay and a beautiful stress-free experience that allowed me and my partner to get the most out of visiting wonderful Cannes.

I liked the hotel and especially its very convenient location. The room was nice. However, the amount of shower gel in the bathroom was only enough for 1 night, although we stayed 3 nights. When we asked to put more shower gel, they just removed the empty bottle that was there. Going to the reception didn't help - the concierge just told me that the shower gel was finished. The reception staff was generally very rude and condescending. There were always some suspicious-looking people hanging around in the reception area, seemingly friends of the receptionists. One man seemed to be drugged one night. However, when I was leaving the woman at the reception seemed very polite. I recommend the hotel but advise the management to change the reception staff.

Perfect balance between price and quality. View from terrace during breakfast really worth this money ( not dear ! ).
