Reviews
Our room was always kept clean, even when we returned late. We were also allowed to change our clothes at the reception and store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The reception area even had convenient facilities to freshen up and organize our belongings (put our luggage etc.).
Location of the hotel is also very good. It is very close to the tram, making it easy to reach the old town. You can also walk to the beach and feel the best places in the city.
Overall, I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent value for money.
The biggest issue was that we chose this hotel as it has an elevator. The problem is that there is a set of stairs to get to the lift and the lift stops between each floor so you have to take a staircase either up or down to get to your room from the lift. It totally defeats the purpose of selecting this hotel for the ease of accessing your room.
Also, please note that there was mold in every single room we stayed in (that’s 5 rooms!). I do not recommend this hotel!

The positive things: staff are friendly and helpful. They keep changing during the day. The reception desk is small. So we see a different staff every few hours.
Location is OK. First day I thought it very far from Old Town. But then I got used to it. It takes 10 min or a bit more, but I needed to rest on the way. It has some convenient stores like fruit shops and Carrefour.
Negative things: cleanliness is not high standard. I was doing foot massage using a tennis ball near the wall mirror . Then I saw the ball full of hair!! It was from previous customers. They should vacuum better. Also no electric kettle or fridge in the room. Carpet is very old. Needs changing.
