The hotel is absolutely stunning! What a magical experience they gave us and our son at Christmas time :-) we still remember it even In June! :-)) we have never seen such a real Santa before 😊staff is brilliant! Rooms are beautiful with so many things they give you sweets, really nice cosmetics, puzzle, crayons etc etc. so sweet! Restaurants are great too! When we come to Paris only to this amazing place! Thank you very much!

In the world of hotels Cheval Blanc Paris truly is flawless, intimate and unforgettable!
My husband and I stayed with our two Chihuahuas and were impressed by the hotel’s exceptional service and thoughtful pet-friendly touches. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views of the Seine and Eiffel Tower, and walking distance to Paris’ most iconic spots.
The rooms are elegant and serene, the dining at Plénitude was world-class, and views from Le Tout-Paris rooftop bar just magical!

Perfect amenities, interior design, Dior spa and location right next to the newest luxury department store and the famous river. Great food and amazing views of the restaurants. Very considerate housekeepers who cleaned my glasses as well.

An exceptional hotel in every single sense of the word. Highly recommend for a special and memorable stay. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious, the staff are attentive and intention and the food (particularly breakfast) is excellent

I went out tonight to have a drink before heading out to celebrate my birthday. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful — the atmosphere, the decor. However, my experience started off on the wrong foot because the bouncers at the entrance were unfortunately quite rude and unpleasant, which really set a bad tone. Thankfully, once I got to the rooftop, everything changed. The view was stunning, and the bar staff were kind and attentive. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Their warm service completely made up for the unpleasant interaction at the entrance. I’m very grateful to them for turning my night around.

I'm writing a review for the restaurant only, which was superb. We came for cocktails but stayed for dinner. Every detail is perfect, and the staff are consistently charming. We loved the Mad Men and French 75 cocktails especially. Book ahead.

The best hotel we have stayed at to date.
Stayed in CB last month and loved it so much we came back the following month with our family. At this price point there’s a lot of hotel groups in this category now - one might even say it’s a competitive market. You would expect the rooms to be generous, intuitive and comfortable - Cheval Blanc does not disappoint, nor does it miss an opportunity to impress.
Rooms.
You enter the room with small treats and surprises which go over and above any other hotel. I won’t spoil here because they are wonderful surprises upon entry. The hotel knew we were travelling with our son and so they gave us plush toys, crib, changing table, baby towels, bottle warmer, and balloons - which our son insisted we bring with us everywhere 😅😅. Beds are very comfortable and blackout blinds - we had no issues sleeping. Bathrooms are ample, Dyson blow dryer and steam showers along with enough creams to make an elephant’s skin smooth.
Food.
They have bakers coming in at 2am and 4am to make cakes, croissants and pastries for hotel breakfast that are at a level I haven’t seen in any other hotel. The breakfast menu is ample and staff attentive. Some standout dishes for us were the waffle which was ultra light and crispy. Only fault I could find is as a coffee lover, the coffee is typical hotel quality and would have been nicer to have barista-level cappuccino which you’re starting to see in hotels in Australia. Hopefully something adopted by leading hotels in the future 🤞🤞
In room dining food is at restaurant-level quality. Table is set for you and you have your very own private dining experience which is nicer than the usual fold-out cart table. In-room dining setting is same as the restaurant with Cristofle flatware. One of the best in-room dining experiences. Food comes in 25-30 minutes and not 60+ which makes a difference when you’re hungry and feeling lazy.
Hakuba - Japanese omakase - we didn’t dine here this time.
Langosteria - generous fine Italian seafood. Upbeat music and vibe that makes it a fun time. Wine list is great and Krug Grande Cuvée by the glass is considerably cheaper than by the bottle - so drink up.
Plentitude we dined at last time and this was as you would expect from a 3 Michelin restaurant - a hyper focus on service, produce and sauce. Wine list also very complete - praises to the Head Somm’s wine selection - while wine is certainly on the pricier side - it is served with Zalto and not a copy-cat glass at least.
Service.
Never in another hotel have I experienced such attention to service and hospitality from all the hotel staff. The front desk were a pleasure to converse with and always had an eye for small gestures which make the experience at the hotel personal. Concierge service is very thorough and provides printed agenda for the day - when you have a family like mine - where it’s easier to herd cats - this was incredibly helpful because everyone knew what was happening and when.
So for all the small aspects and the larger ones this hotel was unforgettable with unparalleled service. Cannot wait to come back.

I had an awesome time with my family including our young daughter. The staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful: they provided excellent recommendations, and went above and beyond to welcome us (and especially our daughter) to the hotel. The kids club is clean, really fun, and both attendants we met were responsible and trustworthy. The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed, and the amenities were some of the best I have ever seen. The concierge was super easy to communicate with and set up all of our plans and reservations seamlessly before arrival. Food options at the hotel are excellent as well - you can’t go wrong, and the view from the rooftop is incredible. Overall this ranks as the best hotel I’ve stayed at in recent memory. No surprise coming from the Cheval Blanc brand.

**Christophe Seganti - An Absolute Legend**
Our recent stay at Cheval Blanc was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Christophe Seganti. He went above and beyond to secure a leather appointment for my wife at an extremely high-end boutique. We ended up acquiring an incredibly rare purse, which truly made her day. I am still in awe that this was all arranged on such short notice.
My wife is an avid collector of Cheval Blanc memorabilia, particularly hats from each location. With the team’s assistance, we now proudly add to our collection and are eagerly planning our third Cheval Blanc trip to St. Barth.
The entire team was remarkable, ensuring that the house car was always available to take us wherever we needed to go.
Cheval Blanc continues to exceed our expectations with their impeccable service and attention to detail.
