We just completed a wonderful four night stay here. The location was great. The room and ambience was terrific… But, best of all, was the staff and service. The concierge was amazing with plans and reservations. The front desk and bell men could not have been more helpful. We recommend this hotel for a fabulous Parisian experience.

I loved this hotel for the location and the excellent service from all staff. We had a lovely view (rm 403). The cleaning staff left my room spotless everyday and I appreciated the coffee replenishment and cookies left daily. Also, the front desk staff sent the cutest boxes of more cookies and chocolates.

Absolutely great hotel and location. Hotel staff is amazing and speak English. Easy access to Orsay and Louvre. Close to public transportation. Easy walking about anywhere. Grocery, restaurants and wine close by. We loved our Eiffel Tower view. Highly recommend.

We spent our honeymoon in an upstairs room with a wonderful view of the Sacre-Coeur and the Eiffel Tower. Upon arrival, champagne, flower petals, balloons, scented candles and a very nice message were waiting for us, wishing us a pleasant stay, which made us very happy. The staff is incredibly professional, our room was spotlessly clean, and despite the heat outside, we were greeted with a pleasant cool temperature upon arrival, the staff took care of the air conditioning.
The hotel is perfectly located, everything is nearby, we arrived with our own car, we parked in the underground garage under the hotel.
Thank you for everything, we had a wonderful honeymoon!

Nice stay - good location
I read so many reviews before picking Pont Royal primarily due to the fact that room and bathroom size would be comfortable for 2 people. As I'm sure you've read, rooms in Paris tend to be small. The size of the bathroom was good, room was small-ish but not tiny. The front desk was fine at check-in and they did continually check to see how the stay was going.
We had to ask for additional coffee pods but not a big deal. I would say, the hotel does need to solve to having water in glass bottles available. I had to purchase water from the bar every night.
Location is good/decent - short walk to the Seine and 15 min to the Louvre. There are probably more lively areas to stay in St Germain however we did appreciate that the hotel was quiet and we slept well.

Hotel Pont Royal is an excellent property. Exceptional service from staff and housekeeping. Conveniently located in the 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank, I would highly recommend this hotel. A surprise addition for our stay was a jazz session with Sofie Sorman in the Lounge on Saturday night. Delightful!

this is not a 5 Star hotel. not even close. and the internet was out for 2 days. disappointing to say the least.
