Crystal Hotel

One of the worst experience ever. The atmosphere of this hotel is truly dreadful, very bad energy overall. The manager as the staff act like a hostile host. They even came to insult me.
I couldn’t sleep in the room, which smelled of damp and mold. I had to find another hotel. The room overlooked a shabby, disgraceful inner courtyard. the pictures instead depicted nice windows and sunshine through them.
The whole place is outdated and turns your trip to Paris into a horrible experience.
I strongly advise against staying here. Of course, they refused to refund me, even though I had made the reservation just a few hours earlier and the room was totally different from the booking pictures.
I almost never write reviews, but I felt it was important to let people know about this place.
It should be absolutely avoided.

I would never stay in this hotel again. The elevator was broken and the staircase is very narrow and it was difficult to move our luggage upstairs. Further, upon checking in to our room, there was a giant wet spot in the middle of the bed. The hotel did nothing! Before we left we were charged 2 Euros to exit the hotel. NEVER AGAIN! The area was very noisy until after midnight!
