Doisy Etoile - Orso Hotels

My husband and I checked in a Thursday night for 4 nights.
We had two issues with our stay and then the service that came with it caused a third .
First - room size. Nothing like the pictures, total disappointment. They also by error set the room for 3 people and not a couple, so we ended up in a tiny room with 3 single beds. It ws impossible to move, we had to step into the hallways every time we wanted to move something or open a suitcase.

Second - room smell. Very strong moist smell that caused coughing from the first night, asthma attacks and coughing on the second to a point we had to visit a dr and get inhalation, and we had to leave in the middle of the third night.

Service - during our stay, inexistent, 0 care or accommodation to both issues we raised again and again, post our stay - very unpleasant.

To summarize, we arrived to Paris for a wedding and had commitment and events all day and evenings from Thursday to Monday morning. We didn't spend time in the room, we literally needed it to sleep and get ready. It was impossible to do any of it.
The staff said again and again they'll look into swapping our room (there were available room to purchase a new reservation) but never did. When after the second night of coughing and inhalation, we said we had to move to a different or we'll leave they said they will find a solution - they didn't and we ended up leaving in the middle of the night to another hotel.
They offered breakfast, we didn't take because we already had other engagement and because we really didn't want to spend time in the hotel.
The sofa bed was finally closed after we repetitively asked and, here again, we were first told its not possible and only later it became possible.
We checkedout as we were promised a refund, and today I'm still arguing for my refund amount, process, 'city fee' that can't be refundable etc.
There are better options all over Paris, it's not worth it to suffer
