We had an unforgettable stay at L'Hôtel du Collectionneur Paris – the perfect choice for a city trip! The location is fantastic, with everything you need just a short walk away. Our room offered a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, which made the experience even more special.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection that left nothing to be desired.

During my stay at the Hotel, I had the pleasure of experiencing truly outstanding service. Among the staff, Fariba stood out as an exceptional professional who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.
Fariba was attentive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. She anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and handled every request with genuine warmth and efficiency. I researched for months to try and find a place to stay for our Paris trip. We need two beds enough for 3 people and that's hard to get guaranteed in Paris. Also wanted to make sure they have air conditioning in case it was warm. We didn't really need the AC but the beds were comfortable and the hotel is very nice. The concierge was absolutely wonderful. We were so lost and they helped us out many times. It's a short walk to the arc and also champs Elyse. Room was quiet and cleaned daily. It was a good experience and I would recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Location was great. All the staff were kind and polite. We are delighted to meet Fariba a multi language lady that helped us during our stay. .also thanks to Wendy for her professionalism and her smile. Highly recommended

When I first met Fariba and Spa stuff I was a bit skeptical mostly because I was fatigued from a very long overnight flight. I scheduled a massage for myself and my wife 90 minute each We showed up early and enjoyed The Spa, but the treatment itself was completely amazing Everyone was professional they put up with me being grumpy, but when I left, I was completely satisfied Again, the staff is amazing and they take care of every aspect enjoy!!! Wonderful place to stay during our vacation. Everyone was very kind. The hotel rooms were clean and breakfast was fantastic. Also, the location makes it easy to visit major Paris sites.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend if you’re coming to Paris. Extra thank you to Halim for the wonderful hospitality and care. Extra extra thank you to Olivier for being so kind at the door every time. Great service. Can’t wait to be back! The sauna and steam rooms were the perfect addition to a great hotel. The jacuzzi was out of service at this time to be fixed for the Olympics.

This is the most disappointing 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in. I don't know how this hotel was rated as a 5 star hotel.
What surprised me the most, disappointed me, and infuriated me was actually when I went to the bathroom at night, there were two huge cockroaches sprawled on the toilet, and I'm not exaggerating in any way, close to the size of the palm of my hand.
So I would like to ask how the hotel is sanitized and disinfected? This is a huge hygiene hazard for customers! I myself am very sensitive to bacteria as well as viruses, and the cockroaches were even likely to have crawled through the cups we used to brush our teeth and drink water. I can't believe this is a 5-star hotel with great reviews!
For service wise, there was nothing very amazing about it. The concierge, front desk, and room service were all what a 5 star hotel should be. So I don't think there is anything commendable in terms of service
On top of that, the amenities in the hotel room were poorly maintained, the plumbing on the side of the toilet was exposed and you could even see the siding! I seriously doubt that cockroaches are following these pipe cracks into my restroom. The bathroom was poorly designed, the rosette head was old as well as not being able to easily adjust the direction, there was very little water flow, and the bathtub was stained and cracked. I think taller people would have a tough time taking a shower.
Other than that, I would like to say that I did not accept any compensation and or anything of value from the hotel. My intention in posting the review was to let everyone know the terrible state of this hotel. I am not trying to get anything from the hotel!
