One issue I had was with the bathtub in my room: the water wouldn’t drain properly. Apparently there is a way to make it work, but it wasn’t explained, so the water stayed there until housekeeping came the next morning.
The mattress and especially the pillows could use a refresh, as the pillows felt quite worn.
At breakfast, the staff wasn’t very welcoming, and on both mornings there were no tables available because they hadn’t been cleared.
Overall, I like the hotel and would stay again, especially because it’s close to my office, but I’d skip breakfast next time.
The sauna area didn't seem usable or welcoming, and the gym was lack-luster, but I made the few weights work for me.
Breakfast was lite and slow to restock after it got very busy. Overall, the service and convenience won me over, all is was just extra if it worked out.
I liked my stay.
It was so bad that we left immediately in the morning! Very uncomfortable mattress (hard and you could feel the springs) and the room was unclean, and literally was in dire need of repair! It looked NOTHING like the room on my reservation confirmation!
The management did not respond after 24 hours with our concerns. I emailed them immediately with photos. The receptionist did offer to change our room but I didn’t believe it would be any better.
