We stayed here for the first weekend of the Olympics and it was fantastic. The people were so friendly (except just one check in guy who wasn’t rude just had no personality). The breakfast was amazing. And due to the rain, we stayed in for the opening ceremonies and watched the lights on the Tour Eiffel from our balcony. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It will definitely be on our Paris return list. They also did a great job with all the people coming in for the games including face painting, and a medal count map on the wall! So fun!

We had an amazing stay at this property. After a rocky start to our Paris vacation due to no air conditioning at our first hotel, we moved here and were so very glad we did. From the minute we exited the uber in front of the building until the time we left, the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
As for location, I am not sure you can do much better, especially if you are looking to do some high end shopping along the Champs Elysees! So many wonderful stores all within walking distance. There were several great dining options nearby (Be sure to try Brasserie La Lorraine for amazing seafood).
The daily breakfast was varied and plentiful with staff who were wonderful.
You really can't go wrong booking this hotel for your Paris vacation!

Service was great throughout. Everyone was very thoughtful and friendly.
Lavanya’s drinks at Solis Bar were a particular highlight. She made excellent alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. It is evident why her skills are highly regarded by guests and among her colleagues.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Paris and overall, I had a good experience. The hotel had a nice and friendly staff who were always willing to help. The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was super close to the Arc de Triomphe. This made it convenient for exploring the city.
The hotel had a restaurant in the lobby, and I also tried their room service. Both options were good and provided a satisfactory dining experience. Breakfast was great.
One of the highlights of my stay was the spacious room with a small patio. It was great to have some outdoor space to relax and have coffee. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained.
I would recommend this hotel for its nice staff, convenient location, and comfortable rooms with a small patio.

What a great experience. Everyone there was lovely. My friend twisted her ankle first day and they all were so attentive and generous, providing the best care and help with the situation. A bellman walked with me to find a boot and brought ice everyday. Amazing. Clean. Quite yet good location. Highly recommend.

Magnificent hotel, incredible service, will absolutely stay here every time we return to Paris. The location cannot be beat, 3 minute walk to Arc de Triomphe and metro stations.

Please shower Lavanya with gifts and money as she is truly an asset to your restaurant team at Solis. The difference in service that I experienced from my first night to my second was stark. Lavanya connects with guests instantaneously, predicts (correctly) their state of being and aims to serve. Ask for her!

Amazing stay. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was top notch. Easy walking to several Metro stations and several Paris attractions.

I'm a titanium member, have stayed in various marriot brands and hotels over the years, stayed in this hotel in Nov 2023.... It was one of the best stays that I have had, from the checkin experience, to having the staff to go beyond to meet my expectations.

I'm a Marriott titanium member, and have been platinum or titanium for the past 20 years. So it means alot when I say this is the WORST marriott I have ever stayed in, and at the time of my stay was probably the most expensive I had been at: around $600 a night! (Confirmation number of my stay of 3 nights = 99991321 in Aug 2018).
The family room was exteremely small, construction sound, bad view, and below standard in cleanliness compared to even old Fairfield Inns. It's not like I visited during an event to receive such poor value for money!
Some of the staff were RACIST bigots who I thought was just a thing about France after not encountering any on mulitiple visits.. until I stayed in this hotel.
The doormen, receptionists, restaurant staff, and even the Taxi they called for me on my last day ranged from mild to extremely rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic customer service skills. The Taxi driver who apparently regularly works with them was the most deceptive, and most terrible Taxi experience of my life and that's saying alot for someone who's been to Turkey, Egypt and Thailand!
