Hotel Trinite Haussmann

The staff is absolutely amazing. We met a fellow south African named Unathi who was so so kind and brilliant in her job and it was so amazing to speak our home language after 2 weeks of speaking English and broken European languages. We also met Bezebi that works in the canteen who was so nice and made delicious breakfast for us. Also the reception staff, especially the night shift receptionist was so helpful and funny. It was as if we were long lost friends. Would definitely recommend 👌🏿

The boutique hotel is very cute and romantic the location is nice and convenient to a metro station. I recommend staying at Montmartre region.
(breakfast not included but there are great pastry shops around)

Good location, modern, friendly staff. We really enjoyed the comfortable beds. We opted for the twin room so we could have a normal sized bed, a lot of hotels in Paris offer 140cm wide doubles. The rooms were small but clever design meant you had enough space. The kettle and tea were appreciated. Short walk from Montmartre. Also some great bakeries nearby and good restaurants and bars.
The downside of the bathroom is that the glass panel is about 50cm and all the water goes everywhere, no matter what you try. It shows on the door, which has a lot of moisture damage which makes it look less great. The bathroom was not super clean, it was obviously cleaned quickly with hairs still in the shower and anywhere above 1m80 was dusty on the walls, especially under the fan. But I have deep respect for housekeeping anywhere and know they are always pressured to work impossibly hard so I tend to blame the hotel for not allowing more time for housekeeping to turn rooms, not the staff themselves.
The reception area was a sauna, bit wasteful in terms of heating.
The third and last night we got woken up at 5 am by the laundry collection at the neighbouring hotel, separated by a small side alley. The driver tried to move his trolleys slow and quiet extending the noisy period, best to get it over with we thought.
The location of the room above that alley meant quiet sleeps the rest of the time.

Really lovely hotel, and very friendly, helpful staff. Great location, lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. But hotel location was very quiet and peaceful at night, meaning we always slept well, even over the weekend.
Beds were comfortable. Cleaning service everyday was great, the room was always immaculate when we got back.
Breakfast doesn’t feel like good value for money, it was expensive with limited options. But the area is surrounded by great boulangeries.
Would highly recommend this hotel, just get breakfast somewhere else.

The room was very clean, comfortable but it was also very small. The air conditioning was centralized so no way to change the temperature (in winter only).

The breakfast selection is limited and only pork meat is served, it would be great to have other choices of meat.

Located in a great area Moulin Rouge but at night it can get pretty crowded with the bars and clubs in the area.

My second time staying at Maison Pigalle, and for the location, cleanliness and decor it is the perfect place for a short stay. It has recently been redecorated since the last time I visited, and I have to say, it looks stunning! However, we found one of the ladies at the front desk (I didn’t catch her name) to be extremely rude and argumentative when we simply asked if our room was going to be the same as what we had booked online, as she suggested we go on the ground floor. She also spoilt a birthday surprise my friend had arranged for no reason other than she seemed to be in a very bad mood. We continued to be our happy smiley selves throughout our stay although we felt we had been treated unfairly. I would suggest being a bit more polite to valued paying customers as it doesn’t reflect very well on what is such a lovely hotel otherwise. Despite this, all of the other staff were very friendly therefore I look forward to returning when I’m next in Paris.

Nice hotel located in an old building. Due to this, the rooms are quite small but cozy. Tiny elevator, narrow corridors. There is a refrigerator, TV, free tea, coffee, water.

Had a very good stay. Rooms are nice and clean. Service is very good and kind. Open to help you where they can. Breakfast for additional 15€ okay.
Biggest plus is the location of the hotel. 5mins to Moulin Rouge, 15m to Sacre Coeur. The metro and bus is also easy to reach.
