It was a nice, quiet resting place for between activities. The receptionists were helpful and nice. The hotel was fairly clean, but aspects seemed to be the “landlord special” with a few coats of paint over older walls. Decent modern amenities. Great for one person.

A nice hotel but bit rough round the edges in the room couldn’t call it luxury had it been cheaper wouldn’t have minded. Needs some maintenance - mainly in the bathroom with grouting and paintwork etc. Staff friendly and good breakfast.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel during my honeymoon.
Before my stay, I transferred a deposit of €1,116, and I was told it was only to verify funds and would be refunded. When I arrived, the hotel still asked me to pay again for the booking and assured me that my deposit would be returned.
It has now been over five months, and I never got my money back. This was extremely embarrassing for me and my wife during our honeymoon. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Be careful if you plan to book here.

I would like to sincerely thank all the staff for making my stay so enjoyable. I came to Paris for both a conference and some leisure time, and stayed for 8 days. The hotel has a charming boutique style and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.
My room was always spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Whenever I needed assistance, they were always there for me. When I accidentally locked my suitcase key inside my luggage, the handyman quickly resolved the issue in just a few minutes.
I strongly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

This hotel is truly excellent. The staff are professional, and the reception team in particular is very understanding and helpful in every way. It’s clear that these people are truly dedicated to their work. Congratulations to everyone involved

Indeed a lovely stay at the Maison Pigalle. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We are quite fond of Bezebi, who greeted us so warmly every morning at breakfast. And since Paris was quite warm for three days of our stay, we were extremely grateful for air conditioning.

The staff are very welcoming and always there to help with any queries. My room was always spotless. The hotel is located in a vibrant area. The location is perfect and walking distance to most tourist sites that I wanted to visit, it also has good transport links. I always stay here when I visit Paris.

Not happy with my recent stay at all.
I had my door indicated DO NOT DISTURB during my entire 3 night stay. However, I noticed someone went into my room on my second day stay. The staff even opened my restroom door. Touched my belongings.
It broke my peace and my room arrangement. I quickly inform the front desk and told them that I was not happy that people came to my room.
The manager told me that they went to my room to fix something. Really? Why didn’t you call me to get my permission on enter ? What’s the integrity and respect for guest experience?
Just disrespectful.

Great Location, clean room, great staff and very local to bakeries and restaurants. Small elevator but worth the stay. We had a great vacation. The front desk lady very helpful. I would stay again. Okay breakfast

Very good hotel, I went this summer with my kids, the staff were very pleasant, room clean, hotel is located in a spot you can find a lot of restaurant and close to public transportation. I'll recommend this hotel 100% and if I need to go back I'll reserved in this hotel again.
