Best Western Premier Kapital Opera

Even though the room is relatively small, you can’t beat the price and the view in 8th district like this hotel! The bed is extremely comfortable, we actually rank the bed 5/5 compared to all of other hotels. The staff is okay but the services they provide are standard so nothing to complain about.

NIce rooms with beautiful French balcony, great location with 5 minutes walk to the metro. The receptionists, kitchen staff and housekeepers are so friendly and professional, I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Paris, and we would absolutely come back again!

This is a great hotel, the staff couldn't have done more for us. They gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant. Also, when I left my jacket behind in the room, the arranged to have it posted back to me in Ireland! Top marks!

The hotel was nice and clean. We had a beautifull view from our balcony. The staff was really kind and attentive too. I really loved that they surprised my friend with a small gesture at her birthday. They have an eye for details. It's the little things that count.

This is our second stay here. They had our room ready early and let us check in right away. The personnel are very friendly and it’s well located by the Opera Garnier and Sacre Coeur.

Loved this hotel. This was my first time traveling to Paris and I researched multiple hotels before settling on the BW. In the US, BW is a lesser brand, but this hotel in Paris was great and met my expectations. We arrived early so the hot held our bags until we could check-in. Then we explored the city. The hotel is very close to numerous bakeries, restaurants, and anything else you'd need. The pharmacy where we got our health pass from was a 6 min walk away. The area around the hotel is less touristy and it felt safe and I felt we experienced Paris as a quasi local. The hotel room is very spacious for European standards and the bathroom was huge. There were usb ports on both sides of the bed and the TV was the appropriate size for the room. There weren't many English channels available, but I'm not going to be that American that complains about channels in English. The hotel staff was very accommodating and they went the extra mile to help us get to the train station during an unexpected protest. I can't comment on the breakfast because we didn't indulge, but it looked nice from a far. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers. No complaints or regrets.
