I stayed as a solo traveler for 3 nights. Every consideration was given to me, and I was given a room overlooking the courtyard, so this was quiet. The communication from the hotel is first class. Swift, knowledgeable responses. The staff truly could not do enough for me. The room, well the entire hotel was spotless.
I was told Mercure were marvellous and I can only repeat that.

The team is what makes this place special. As someone who has stayed in 100+ hotels in Paris, I can tell few places have such a great customer service mindset - something especially rare in Paris. Special compliments to Luis and Philippine who have been absolutely above and beyond expectations, consistently at each of my stay.

The staff are super friendly & helpful. Rooms are cute. Small by American standards, but how much time do you spend in your room when you visit Paris? Beds are typical hard European mattresses, also challenging for American visitors.

AMAZING! We enjoyed the Parisian vibe as our first encounter with France. Magnificent! The charm of this hotel is in a class all its own and we want to keep it a secret for ourselves; yet, the experience cannot be contained. We love this place! It is not pretentious and it is we arranged with ingenuity perfected.

I always stay well at this hotel - excellent location, helpful staff and very clean. Excellent gym; excellent bed with fully blackout curtains which assisted to a deep night sleep.
The only minus for not giving it a 9 or 10 is that the bathroom was smelly (drainage) and on the first eve, I left the bathroom door open, which made my whole room smell.

Surprisingly quiet at night for city centre by train station.
Always clean and tidy but very tight small rooms.
Breakfast was good (eggs needed to be ordered separately)

Excellent customer service. Pleasant and happy staff. Welcoming environment. The breakfast was great with many healthy selections. I loved the idea of roast chicken . Good quality chicken 👍 , the omelette was really nice . Freshly squeezed orange 🍊 juice. High quality loose tea and freshly grounded coffee . The gym was great too 👍👍👍 thank you

The hotel is in a great spot and the staff work really fast. I did an online check-in, so I got to my room quickly. The room was a bit small for what I paid, but maybe that's because the hotel is in a good location. There was only one working elevator because the other one was broken, so I had to wait a bit to use it.
But the biggest problem was with the cleaning staff. I put a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on my door because I didn't want anyone coming into my room. But the maid ignored the sign and came in every day. This made me feel like the hotel isn't safe. I didn't like that at all.

Smooth check-in, comfortable beds, v small mini fridges in every room, great location near St. Lazare station, wonderful and easy walking to the main sites. Obv the rooms were small as it's Parisian hotels, and I was fine with that because I had stayed in other hotels before. Heating/AC worked fine and that was important for us. I would totally stay there again. They have a water-refill station which helped us loads to stay hydrated both during the day while sightseeing and at night coming back. Lots of amenities nearby (shopping centres, supermarkets, etc).

I loved staying here. The hotel rooms and bathrooms were really well done and clean. Breakfast had a great selection. Location was so convenient and the hotel was close to lots of attractions. I highly recommend.
