Very nice hotel close to metro station. The room was small (general issue in Paris) but very well equipped with almost everything one can need. Design is very stylish, everything is new or at least seems new))) Breakfast is basic (small buffet) but very tasty, served in the small lobby area. But real gem of the place is staff: all super friendly, helpful, smiley and positive. Special thanks to the morning shift Tamuna and guy at the breakfast Nazmul. They are a m a z i n g!!! Overall, good place to stay for couple of days in Paris, especially if you don’t pay much attention to the neighborhood and stuff like that.

I recommend staying elsewhere if you are over 30 and want to feel safe. There are homeless and their nasty mattresses, and SO many sketchy men at every corner. I was scared walking back to the hotel every evening. They also yelled all night long out our window.
I will say the staff were absolutely amazing and so kind, but the location and not feeling safe was NOT worth it.

I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Please read carefully before making the same mistake I did:
1. Misleading photos & tiny rooms, The room you get looks nothing like the photos. Mine had a depressing view onto pipes, was very small, dark, and felt cramped.
2. No amenities whatsoever, There is literally nothing in the room besides a bed, one bottle of water, and towels. No kettle, no coffee/tea service, no toiletries, no minibar. For a so-called “4-star” hotel, this is unacceptable.
3. Unclear deposit policy, They demanded a €100 deposit “in case of damage” to a room that had almost nothing in it. Many guests report they were not informed about this in advance.
4. Unhelpful staff, Morning staff refused to accommodate early check-in, and evening staff withheld my paid room key until I sorted out the deposit. Their attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional.
5. Overpriced, Paying around €150 per night for such poor standards is outrageous. Many guests describe it as “overpriced for what you get.”
6. Unpleasant facilities, The hotel itself feels more like a cage than a boutique property. The so-called lobby/reception/kitchen is the size of a small bedroom.
7. Poor location, the neighborhood feels unsafe at night, noisy, and not pleasant to walk around.
8. Not a real 4-star hotel, this should not be rated as 4 stars. The lack of services, tiny rooms, poor lighting, and misleading photos confirm this.

🌟 Top-Notch Service! 🌟
The hotel staff was truly unforgettable — every team member was polite, attentive, and genuinely caring.
From the very first moment to the last, we felt like we truly mattered.
They were always smiling, ready to help, and paid attention to every little detail, making us feel completely at home.
Such professionalism and warmth are rare to find.
This team is definitely the hotel’s greatest strength — being in their care is a guarantee of comfort and kindness.
Thanks to them, our stay became truly unforgettable.
💯 I’ll definitely come back — first and foremost because of them!
Thank you for everything...
Highly recommended for anyone who values amazing service.

The front desk staff is great and really helpful. However, the hotel needs some work. Lots of pros and cons. The room is fine and the shower was great. Very roomy bathroom. Elevator fits 3-4 people u less they also have bags, but they work quickly and very helpful. The front desk area/bar/breakfast room is very nice. And very secure. However, we found the undergarments of the prior guest in our bathroom upon entering and the surrounding area is very very sketchy. Drug dealers at each corner and little homeless encampments across the street. The rooms were generally quiet and the have air conditioning, but if you open the window, you will hear the metro station that’s about a block away. If you’re staying for a night, maybe two, fine. If you’re planning on staying longer to visit the sites, look for better options.

Nice updated hotel close to all amenities. Got a room last minute (escaping an Airbnb situation) and were overall happy. Only downside is the space - we had a 'Classic' room which was very tight (there's not much floor space so we needed to use the bed to open our luggage). It didn't bother us at all, but if you're planning to stay more than few days, I'd suggest seeing if they have a larger room.

We stayed for one night in September. Room was really small and dark. But that’s fine for one night. However, I was surprised that in 4* hotel there is no soap to wash your hands next to the sink in the bathroom… there was only shower gel under the shower, but it was hitched to the wall… so you couldnt wash your hands as a normal people do without being wet as you used a shower an hour earlier… it’s airbnb standard, not 4* hotel… There was no coffee/tea set (also surprise). Heating wasnt working and when we came downstairs to ask, receptionist said IT MUST BE WORKING but as we said again it’s not, she checked the system and guess what - it was not turned on. But anyway it wasnt working properly still… amazing view from the room on burnt pants.

Captivated my stay and soul with this hotel, which is a stone's throw away from the sacred heart. The atmosphere is warm and the linens are incredible. Many thanks to the staff for their attention and little attention. Can't wait to return!

Very nice room with a large comfortable bed and a very large shower. The sunny balcony is a real treat. The staff are approachable and pleasant.

Very surprised about this hotel! Excellent for an European style hotel, the staff, specially Ariana, were awesome becoming almost friends by the end of our stay. Highly recommend this place for Fer scape days
