Cosy hotel with small territory, surrounded by green. Convenient location. A rich selection of luxury drinks, vintage wines and champagne. Opposite the hotel there is a sandy beach with a length of 14 km, Blue flag UNESCO. Please note that rooms with sea views, possible noise from the road. The hotel is suitable for young people and guests who are interested in evening entertainment in the city and also for families with children.

Good, tasty cuisine.

This was by far the best hotel that we have ever stayed in. The location is excellent- a 25min walk into the old town down the beach, passing shops, cafes and restaurants.
The rooms are lovely, very spacious, very modern, air conditioned and comfortable beds. We had a sea view room which was outstanding. Walking up in a morning to the ocean and the most amazing sunrises that we have ever seen.
The pool area is lovely, 2 big pools, plenty of sun beds (never reserved). Great pool bar, there were even inflatables in the pool for the kids to use.
The staff here are all absolutely lovely, they are so friendly and helpful. They can’t do enough for you and always with a smile. They made my youngest son so happy with their kind gestures and friendliness. The bar staff, restaurant staff, housekeepers, receptionist- all fantastic!
A special mention to Angelina, Christos, Stella and Christina - you are all lovely people doing a fantastic job. Thank you so much for making our stay a truly memorable one.

We enjoyed our stay here. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. We are vegan and could always find healthy options. The staff are very professional and helpful. We also enjoyed the private beach.

The location is good, offering easy access to the charming town of Rethymnon, with its sites and vibrant atmosphere, 30 minutes from Old town by foot. The hotel is situated right on the beachfront, where the crystal-clear waters provide a perfect setting for sunbathing and swimming.
The service and hospitality at Atlantis Beach Hotel are exceptional. The staff are friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth and professionalism, making you feel at home.
The sea view rooms provide a picturesque view of the beautiful Cretan sea; however, it’s important to note that these rooms overlook the road separating the hotel from the beach. While the view is still stunning, the presence of the road may be a consideration for those seeking an uninterrupted beachfront experience.
However, while the hotel delivers in many areas, the buffet left something to be desired. For a hotel that carries a 5-star rating, the variety and quality of food offered at the buffet could be improved. Although the meals were generally satisfying, they did not quite meet the high expectations that come with a luxury hotel experience.

Stayed for 11nights at this wonderful hotel. Where do I start! Reception staff were so helpful. The staff at the restaurant are amazing so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them, Always served with a smile. Breakfast was great there was absolutely anything you wanted. We stayed a few times for dinner at the hotel. Delicious food!! every night is buffet but different food every night. One of the nights we stayed was Chinese which was delicious and the desserts were delicious 😋 too. The beach is literally across the road. Lovely sand but a few stones as you walk in. Not a problem though. Plenty of sun beds. A special thanks to the wonderful Katerina who serves the drinks and food at the beach again always served with a smile. Two big swimming pools and a kids pool. Lots of sun beds never had trouble finding one.The hotel rooms are lovely big enough with a lovely balcony but couldn’t really sit on the balcony during the day as the sun was hitting on it. It was just too hot. Lots of restaurants on the strip but the old town is where you need to go. It’s about 25 minutes walk. Lots of amazing restaurants especially down the little side roads. Well done Atlantic hotel you all work so hard and you all have the biggest smile. nothing is too much trouble for any of you. Can’t wait for my next holiday at the Atlantic. See you all soon Guys.

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff!! We had a wonderful stay in June 2024. The staff go above and beyond for their guests, so friendly and so so helpful and will do anything to ensure your stay is perfect. The hotel is modern, and rooms are beautiful. The food is amazing, which is usually hard to find when booking hotels with board included, but this wasn't the case here, dinner was fantastic every night!! The beach is just across the road, with free beach loungers. It's on a quieter side of Rethymno, which is lovely, as the beach closer to the town is very busy and packed. It's a short 30min walk into the old town. Loved this hotel and will definitely be back.

Nice hotel with good breakfast.
A 5 stars hotel probably needs to save money otherwise it is hard to understand why on the TV the CNN and BBC are blocked and all other TV programs are in Germany.
In the room they give free coffee capsules and water only for the first day and no tea bags at all.
The water in the shower are not hot enough.
Besides all this we enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel though some things could be better. Not all reception staff was helpful or particularly kind, felt a bit rushed. We were told to go out and wait for welcome drinks, after 30 minutes we found out that the bar had never been informed to make these. In addition, I found a long hair from a previous guest in my room on the soap, which hadn't been cleaned properly.

We had such a wonderful time here! The breakfast AND dinner was amazing with the buffet having various kitchens every single day (you'll have to try the traditional pastries!). The beds were really comfortable. Walking up to the beach will only take you one minute. They gave us such wonderful service, the staff was also so kind and focused on making your experience with the hotel as lovely as possible. I would love comming back here! (:
