The plantation inside the hotel is really remarkable. Around the water tubes (yew it has a small waterpark) , the scenery reminds an Asian resort, typically drown by lust vegetation

We had our honeymoon from 20-27. 09 and everything was wonderful. The food, the beach, the staff attitude and the restaurants. We received an upgraded room and a late check-out because of delayed flight for free

The beach has plenty of sunbeds and a bar, and the beach restaurant serves good food. We would definitely stay at this hotel again

I spent 7 nights with my wife and son and this was one of the best vacations I have ever taken. The views are spectacular, the food is great, the staff is very friendly

Unfortunately this is where the positives finish. The pool is dirty with mould on the edges, and the slides are so worn the paint is coming away. Pool towels are not included - these should be included at 4 star level

There was also water in the fridge and a refill point just outside of our room. The view from the hotel was out of this world, beautiful bays and beaches just a walk away

There are 2 lots of music playing at the same time at the pool, and the staff are disinterested. There is minimal snacks, some of the pizza slices were sat around for 5 hours

Nothing around for young couples You can not come here with a wheel chair. The amount of steps you have to climb back upto our room from the pool is madness

We took the bus to heraklion three times in our stay. The food was amazing, there was something different every night and the staff were all really smiley and helpful. From start to finish our holiday was enjoyable

Me and my partner stayed here around a week ago. We arrived late at night and were greeted by smiling faces, they gave us a packed lunch and then were escorted by vehicle to the annex building with our luggage

It also has a large parking area, perfect for those renting a car. The beach is spacious with plenty of sunbeds available at all times, so finding a spot was never an issue

Their warm smiles and positive attitude made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, slightly off the beaten path, which we loved

The location is beautiful and always very clean. The staff go out their way to learn your name and remember what you order. The swimming pool and beach are beautiful to look at or jump in on a hot day

We had an amazing stay at Atlantica Akti Zeus Hotel! The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with regular housekeeping that truly stands out

An excellent hotel, located just outside a beach. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Sunbeds are available for free both at the swimming pool and the beach. If i visit Crete again, i'll come back here for sure

The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options for both sweet and savory dishes. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, something that is rare to find in many other countries

The biggest hit is the avocado restaurant. The fact, that the pool and beach bar close so early is a big let down, but the main bar is opened until 1am. The personal is very friendly and helpful

My best holidays of my life ! The food was amazing; the pools were ok even if one with salty water which might not be ok for everyone; the beach is one step from the hotel, there are beach sport available with sealing ; the proposed trips are so cool with montain 4x4, and a boat trip to Santorini Island; the kid's club is very creative and multi languages

I payed extra for bungalow with pool front. Nice clean room with large balcony. Pools are large and with optimal temperature at least for me. Beach is really nice with sand and pebbles

This hotel has lot of sport facilities and big swimming pool. Also the rooms are very clean

I really enjoyed my stay here. Don't let people complaining about the power station to the right and a river flowing to the sea and the left discourage you. Both are far and you don't really notice

cozy rooms, decent view, very welcoming staff and great breakfast options ! the hotel is about a 2 minute walk to the beach and there's both mini markets and restaurants nearby. Solid 8/10 stay

The lady at the front desk, I think she is the owner, was really nice and we quickly got our room. It is pretty close to Heraklion center and harbor area by car. Disliked · For us the photos looked better than reality

The next house was pretty close and high so the room was pretty dark. That house looked old and had a lot of doves sitting there and making dirt. That dirt was on the little balcony of us too

Great hotel, liked everything, but when you buy a ticket it is better to take seaview TC standards are very different, and from the disadvantages of a small beach the rental can be rented at the reception at Babes)I liked the rest, so 5stars!

Good place to stay, helpful staff and even the fact that the hotel is on a cliff and everywhere lots of stairs does not spoil the overall impression about the hotel

Very good. Hotel Bilisim height difference.. but it's only a plus... Great view of the sea. Annoyed just the lack of dress code for dinners...

The meals are decent though for fussy kids there is very little to go with. Would have been helpful to get some hotdogs and fries in the evening. Missing more traditional Greek food

This hotel is probably 4 stars in global standards. It is exceptionally clean and the crew is great. The front desk should probably be more friendly and less angry

It was a very modern space with plenty of room and a balcony. We had no issues with noise either. The pool bar snacks were great, with fruit pots and fresh rolls each day, there were also crepes and waffles

Lovely hotel! They serve very delicious food. Big variety of seafood like octopus, calamari, mussels, all sorts of tasty fish. We got an amazing room with a seaview. The hotel has 4 big outdoor pools and a baby pool

Check in is through an application but you can use it to book a table in their own restaurant and gives you useful information about the bar, pool and the island itself

We didn't use the pool due we discovered the island and it's unique beaches by our rented car

There is a Shuttle bus service to the nearest beach and 2 shops, one is on site the hotel and the other is 5 minutes walk below the hotel. We will definitely book this hotel again if we come to visit Crete

Our holiday story: we booked a hotel nearby, where they cancelled our booking 3 days before our departure. 4 of our family has been separated into 2 different hotels

The overall atmosphere was great, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our vacation special. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, whether you're travelling alone or with a family

Rooms are air conditioned and clean, you get daily room cleaning and towel replacements. Not the most ideal if you struggle with stairs but not a problem for our group

Dinner and tea times offered plenty of choice with different things each night, basics like chips and pasta were available everyday but there were always different fish, meats and vegetables every day

The food was very good there is always healthy options like salad and fruit and the fresh bread in a morning was perfect. The hotel is only a two minute walk to the beach so is in a great location

On the street at the reception end is a bus stop that has busses to Heraklion every few hours if you are planning an excursion it was only €4 each

We all loved it! It's not one of those large ugly monsterous hotels that looks like some malplaced city office building. The place actually has its own unique charm

Acro Suites is built on rocks, where you gaze at the wild natural beauty! Sunset time was just magical! Τhe staff was willing to serve us in whatever we needed, the chef's dishes were delicious and the F&B manager made us feel like friends of the hotel, not just customers

A fantastic hotel! It was the ideal place to relax, the staff are very friendly and the rooms were great too. There are two pools, one next to the bar playing music and the other being the quieter option

Breakfast was a highlight for me with a wide variety to choose from every day and lunch/drinks by the pool was a treat. Thank you especially to Elena, Angela and Chronis for making me feel so welcome!

You feel so welcome and the pool is never so busy you can’t find a lounger. Only criticism is the lower pool was better when it was kid free

Great Hotel with incredibly cozy rooms and exquisite cusine. Plunge pool was a perfect solution for the weather in mid-summer in Greece. Would recommend to anybody who wants to get some rest from normal life!

The hotel is very impressive and all the rooms benefit from a private swimming pool. During our stay , the staff were very polite and ensured that all our needs were taken care off

Unfortunately no sun on the terrace, only in the pool at the front. The heated pool was constantly cold (september). I would pay attention when booking that the Aquamarine room is NOT as in the photo

Both breakfast and dinner are à la carte and in our opinion certainly worth 5 stars! There is an extensive wine list and the cocktails are also good. We are lucky that we ended up in room number 1203

After which we - despite it already being well past 22:00 - could still join the dinner. In the meantime our suitcases were simply brought to the chosen suite. The luxury hotel is located on a bay

The resort is located in the earth of the hill which fell down to the beautiful Agia Pelagia beach. It is a tipical Cretan wildlife, a quite place where you can stay in a total relax, today a rare place to find

The restaurant was very good too including the breakfast. Bicycles are free or charge which is a nice add on. Because the hotel is between three nice beaches. I really loved it and probably come back
