NLH MONASTIRAKI - Neighborhood Lifestyle Hotels

The Hotel is located close to everything. When we first arrived at NLH I was like oh no what did we book because it was in the middle of a city. A city can be intimidating but the hotel was nice The staff was great and after staying and exploring the location was very safe. Felt safe even at night. Close to really good dinning options and historic sites. Rooms were small, but that's the norm in Europe. Breakfast was great. Had a very good experience there and would recommend.

Cozy hotel in Monastiraki, 5 minutes by foot from the square and the metro stop, 10-15 minutes walk from the Acropoli. The staff speaks English very well and was super friendly. Breakfast buffet had plenty options, the room was spacious and comfortable. Being in Monastiraki you also have plenty of options in terms of cafés and restaurants.

My girlfriend and I were in Athens for a better part of a week in Nov '24. The Nlh monastiraki was our base of operations. Firstly, the location of this establishment is top notch, you are literally steps from food and nightlife. However, as I've seen in other reviews I can confirm that there is a nightclub right next to the hotel that is bumping loud music from midnight until the twilight hours. So be aware of that. I booked us the premium suite for our stay, the room was large (by European standards) and well located. However the air-conditioning in the room was a joke, even though it said it was on we couldn't tell the difference between it being on or off. That's my only major gripe with the room however. All in all a good stay, if I ever find myself back in Athens, I'll probably take a good look at the field but it's a respectful establishment.

Location, beauty, taste, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff are the main characteristics of this hotel. Congratulations.

Incredible interior design. Very clean, spacious, everything you need for a couple. The location is perfect. The price is commensurate with the excellent quality of the room. Everything was super!

Very elegant and comfortable hotel. The crew is very helpful and professional. Excellent location in the city center.

The staff was excellent, particularly Desi at the front desk who was extremely helpful with directions, restaurant and beach recommendations and everything else we needed. The gentleman who ran the breakfast was also very helpful and talked with us. The property is very modern and stylish, although our bathroom needed a deep cleaning (grout mold, etc.). The area around the hotel is dirty and dark with lots of grafitti and noise from a dance bar nearby (like most of Athens).

Very nice and clean hotel in the city center. We booked the superior loft and it was value for money. Clean and tidy. Breakfast was also nice. Receptionists could be nicer ( not all of them- but some were not as polite and helpful as expected). That would make our stay perfect.

Amazing location just a stone's throw from all the major attractions. Tons of restaurants around too. We have stayed here during a massive heatwave and only the powerful AC of the hotel made it bearable. Our room was nice and good sized, the amenities in the hotel were new and comfortable. The staff is really nice. There is a large common area with a vending machine for water and various drinks. The roof top bar is gorgeus too, while the coctails are delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Super clean and specious rooms, well maintained and lit.
Great service, front desk and cleaners are great help with anything needed.
Location is in the center of everything, walking distance from everything you want, day or night.
And all of this goodness with a great price...

The only thing not making it perfect is that the rooftop wasn't open for some reason and we couldn't understand why
