There are not many rooms in the hotel, but each one is very clean. You can see part of the sea view standing on the balcony. The hotel has free WIFI with fast speed. The overall feeling is pretty good

We stayed one night, they took care of our luggage while we explored the city. Good room, big, a little old, the bathroom needs to have some shelves / bigger counter to put your items or clothes

The uncle at the front desk was very nice, and we respected each other. When I asked to print my boarding pass before leaving, the uncle was very responsible and printed one for me, and printed it twice

If I felt the first one was not good, he would not charge me. This is really rare in Europe

The location is good, but the facilities are average and simple. The air conditioner was broken when I went there, so my experience was not very good. However, the price is very cheap and suitable for budget travel

Good, central, clean and cheap. Been there before. This time I stayed at the lower floors. Second floor. Much more noise from staff and guests this time. But total experience is ok for short stays.

The hotel is literally only minutes walk away from the Attiki metro and gives access to the Greater Athens Area. You can see the Acropolis at night from your balcony if you are on the top floor

A good place to relax with family and friends. Went to Athens last week for vacation and decided to stay here. Very polite staff.

Whenever we needed something (print out something, book a taxi, ask for a plaster, even ask for the name of a song I'd heard on the street), they were more than happy to help, and also spoke great English! Apart from that, the hotel is only a couple of minutes away from Omonia square and within walking distance to Syntagma Square

The room might be a bit dated, but it is clean and provides all the amenities you will need. I opted for a room at the side of the busy street, since I sleep with earplugs anyway. Did not have any problems with that

Some might say the neighbourhood doesn't look that great. I found out that most of Athens doesn't look that great and had no problems walking to the hotel at night (even taking the smaller streets nearby)

Ikaros is a nice and comfortable hotel. The owners are wonderful people, they are kind and warm. The hotel is close to several beaches. And the tram station is across the street

Stayed overnight 2-11am just for a sleep. Very good hotel for arrivals to ATH, though a gap between the two mattresses is not convenient for a romantic sleep.

I came from Patras for 3 days in Athens. I chose this hotel on the recommendation of a close friend. I was completely satisfied with both the service and the facilities

Passing traffic is a little heavy but the double glazing pretty much blocks it out though crossing the road is always a seat of the pants adventure

The only downside for us was a lack of kettle in the room , you have to order coffee which comes from the Theoxenia Palace Hotel about 50m away

Finally, the location was ideal for my work travel, but also being so close to Kifisia Avenue it is very convenient for commuting back and forth to the center of the city (if not bothered by the traffic jam or driving at night)

Room prices are really cheap but the hotel could use some improvements (light bulb in the room was busted and had to replace it myself, also had to buy my own toilet paper and the window was broken & couldn't be opened)

This little hotel is cheap and,a bit run down but safe, clean enough and bed was excellent. Only the bathroom lets it down. Just one on the second floor shared by 12 rooms. The shower is hot but gets the floor wet

The neighbourhood was the most awkward thing: it was dirty, loud and full of men from the Middle East and Pakistan/India. The walls are full of ugly graffiti and the hotel is hard to find without navigation

Hotel's location is good, close to the city center, but it's also situated in a shady neighbourhood where heroin and crack addicts reside (got this info from a tour guide)

The location was amazing! Many good restaurants and shops are nearby. Acropolis is easily accessible by foot. Shopping district is very close too. The apartment/room is very straight forward

The only small inconvenience is that the metro station is like 8 minutes away but the walk to the station is easy and it should’t cause any trouble. The stay there was one of the highlights of my trip to Athens
