I have led multiple groups overseas. This is a fantastic hotel. Centrally located. Excellent food rooms are clean and very comfortable. The rooftop restaurant and bar has an unbelievable view of the Acropolis. Highly recommend.

This was the worst hotel we stayed at in Greece. Avoid room 314 at all cost. It was small, smelled like Goodwill and you could feel every coil on the old mattress. Only good thing was location

Even though the hotel is an older one, service was excellent - the staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast and coffee were excellent and the rooftop view was a fabulous one. The elevators are busy in the morning as can be the breakfast bar at around 8 so get to there early!

The hotel location was awesome. The view from.the top floor restaurant was amazing. The breakfast was expansive and delicious. The front entrance is elegant but our room was run down. We had a window that was covered so really did not see daylight until we ventured out. Bed was horrible and shower was challenging.

Reasonably good hotel overall despite some old outlooks and slowness — your elevator in the peak morning hours can easily take 5 minutes to come. The staffs are helpful and friendly and the breakfast area is simply fantastic. The location is pretty awesome. It would’ve been lovely if the room keeping service included the water refill, especially when we stayed for four consecutive nights.

Needs Customer Service Training! The restaurant Maître d' in the evening is abrasive and curt. I had drinks at the bar during the day and enjoyed the rooftop patio views but when I returned later that evening to get some nighttime photos, I was informed that I was not able to access the patio unless I purchased food or drink despite being a paying hotel guest. Overall, the hotel is mediocre and nothing special. I recommend further customer service training for the staff.

First of all, there are rats in the bathroom, the furniture is defective and damaged, the ceiling is about to fall, the internet connection is poor, and the view is of other windows with no discount offered! On top of all this, the hotel parking costs money!!! There's not even a bottle opener, in a word, a total disaster for a 4-STAR hotel!!!! This is Greece, a country that doesn't respect tourists even for money!!!

This hotel has implemented a new policy where paying hotel guests are not allowed to access the rooftop patio unless they are consuming food from the restaurant or bar. We were told that it is upsetting to those dining at the restaurant for non-diners to enjoy the rooftop. After requesting to speak to management, it was explained that this is their new policy. Additionally, half the rooftop is roped off (see pictures). I would think twice before booking here and I would not recommend this hotel. I ultimately made a bar purchase just so that I could access the rooftop patio and the views were in fact spectacular. I recommended to management that they add a disclaimer to the website stating that being a hotel guest does not automatically grant access to the rooftop patio unless you are a patron at their restaurant.

I lowered my initial review because of the experience in the restaurant this afternoon.
It seems the staff was uncoordinated and could not get drinks served to an entire table and the same with lunches. Members of our party of seven waited for lunch while the rest of us were done.
In fact, a check appeared before all of the meals were served.
It was not a good look and not an isolated incident. Hence, the loss of stars.
I spoke with the wait staff and the front desk on this matter.
Two nights here, and we had a good time.
The room was nothing special, just well-ordered and very comfortable. A/C could have been a lot more efficient.
The 11th floor bar was fun. The breakfast buffet was very good.
The location of the hotel was very well situated.
Certainly a good place to stay.

Very nice hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and also provided us with lots of information about Athens at the front desk. The rooms are fairly basic but have all the amenities that one would want. The breakfast, in my opinion, lacked quality. It had a good range of different breakfast foods but didn't have the taste to follow, which left me disappointed. The elevator situation at times were painful as you could be waiting more than 5 minutes for a lift to come as they're always on the move. Overall, it was a good hotel with a very good location but lacked in areas.
