The hotel- if you can really call it that, as the property is actually an 18th century Venetian mansion refurbished as a modern hotel with 24 beautiful and unique rooms- is located just steps away from the Old Town harbor and nestled within The rustic Old Town area

I have just come from a spa experience at Casa Delfino and just had to come review. I had a massage and food treatment together. My amazing masseuse Sofia was fantastic

Casa Delfino is pure elegance, style and class! Wonderful, informative and efficient hospitality team. Highly recommended - an tranquil oasis nestled in the streets of the "picture postcard" old town of Chania.

The spa is peaceful, the service outstanding and Sofia gave me one of the best spa experiences ever overseas. I am trying to find a time to come back in the next week

A classic place to stay in Chania. A building renovated to modern charm. The service is great and the location perfect. Certainly no complaints.

Staff are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to accommodate any request they can. Olympia to be specific made our whole stay just that extra bit special. We will absolutely be staying again

Sunset views were a highlight! Yes, the hotel is out of town but we knew about this before booking - so please research the area to avoid any disappointment. Besides, the higher up you are, the better the views

Spectacular location, room, views, food, drinks and service. The staff and owners (including Ragis the Boston Terrier) really went the extra mile to make sure this part of our honeymoon was extra special

We stayed in a room with beach view at the Hyperion for a two week vacation and it was fabulous. The room was quite lovely, although the balcony and that direct view of the ocean and sunset were the real star

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, clean pools, scenic view to the sea, good breakfast (buffet), perfect place to stay some days and relax. Only the bathrooms are not good enough for this kind of hotel standard

First class service from the minute we arrived. Little things from the hotel staff such as offering a blanket to my partner when it was cold at the restaurant made the stay enjoyable

Very good food at affordable prices, we paid around 50 euros for 2 persons with one starter, 2 main courses, 2 deserts and drinks. They also bring you one traditional starter with tomatoes and feta.

Fabulously clean and staff very nice. Close proximity to Airport, Chania and Stalos. Beds super comfy. Katerina organized us a taxi from Airport so we didn't have to wait .

- breakfast- you had almost everything and you can eat it on the terrace, which is very nice - you also have gym facilities - you have parking My only suggestions would be: - room coffee - you can facilitate each room with a small coffee machine - maybe have a better coffee for breakfast?😊 I know that we also have the possibility to buy instead of drinking that one, so in the end it was fine, but just...

- the location is great, you are at a 20 min walk from city center - rooms - are spacious, beds are comfortable, we also had a small balcony with partial sea view - on the last floor, you have a jacuzzi where you can relax (there are certain hours when it works) and also sunbath or drink a glass of wine

After hearing how my Mom was being treated at this establishment, my nerves were greatly eased thanks to the amazing staff who did not hesitate to lend her a helping hand in assisting with her luggage at her late night checking, arranging for taxis, giving her suggestions on where to go and much more

I was arranging for my Mother's summer travel to Crete and came across this beautiful hotel. I couldn't believe how cheap the per night rate was for such a clean modernised hotel in a great location

She's 69 and was travelling on her own after many years of not being able to go abroad. My priority is to make sure everything goes smoothly, from her hotel pickup and drop off to the accommodation

We stayed 7 nights at this hotel and everything was very good, starting with the staff (very kind and helpful!!) and ending with the rooms

Everything worked fine The hotel was clean, all the communal areas and my room and the restaurant. The staff could not be better. Friendly and welcoming and there to help if you needed anything at all

Small beach at the bottom of hotel steps and 4 mins to Neo Chora Food was great. Cereal, toast, fruit,yoghurt hot food selection and many cakes or cookies

Review of restaurant: very classy and elegant. Great food and lovely staff which are overshadowed by the incredible building itself. Just go use the toilets- you will be stunned by the architecture and design

I asked in advance for birthday candles on the desert of my girlfriend, which they first forgot but then we received a second desert with the candles on the house. The atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely

The staff was incredibly nice, the food was good (I would say cretian with a twist) and the location itself was quite unique and very tranquil, especially compared to the overall buzz in the city

When visiting Chania, you need to have dinner here! Such an elegant and unique venue, an old Venetian building remodeled with great taste. Both food and service were excellent.

The price is slightly higher than in other places we went, but suited with the quality and overall experience, and still very affordable. Very happy that we found this gem!

We would have loved a little bit more choices in terms of wines by the glass, but that is something that we noticed almost everywhere

Quirky. But, the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom clean and well set out. Fridge kettle in the room. Fabulous view from the room. Very reasonably priced. Will stay there again
