Spectacular hotel. I had a very spacious and comfortable double room. Superb breakfast. The house is very well located in the old town. The staff is brilliant and very nice. Absolutely a must.

Me and my wife have lived in this hotel for many years. We have tried almost all rooms and I highly appreciate the standard at Casa Delfino. For me working with interior design this is a must-see. The staff is very kind and breakfast at the yard is beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel!

Hyperion hotel was a pleasant surprise. Amazing design rooms super clean with nice view to the sea and old port . Delicious breakfast Including almost everything you imagine and new things every day. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the hotel service and facilities. Very clean and modern rooms. Excellent breakfast, excellent staff and very good location, off center to avoid center buzz but easily reachable on foot.

I had the pleasure of staying two weeks at the Hyperion Hotel and had an excellent time. The staff were very professional and personable. The facilities were of a very high standard with everything you needed for a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic with a short 5 minute walk to the centre. This hotel has been one of the best I have stayed in and will definitely return when I am in Chania again...

Clean tidy and spacious room with view of the sea. Great location right next to sea. Super friendly staff. Pool not too glam as doesn’t really get any sun and basically in reception area. Gym was essentially two treadmills. Very good breakfast, though crowded with queues.

Breakfast was so so but the problem is it didn't give me a clean vibe it looks unwashed. The room was nice but the shower was small and I hardly fitted there. There was no socket in the bathroom and in the room it was only one nearby bed

This is nothing short of a super hotel! The beds are really good, the staff is super helpful and all about the place is top notch. We had super help with booking excursion to Samaria gorge by the receptionist, and at the day they opened the breakfast early for us and gave us and lunch pack as well, just super service. We're definitely coming back to this hotel!

Great place to stay by the port. Walking distance to most everything. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. They even give you a pillow menu, outlining your choice of pillow selections for your comfort. Bottle of Greek liquor and peanuts are complementary in your room, too. I have stayed on two occasions. Highly recommend this hotel.

Spectacular location, room, views, food, drinks and service. The staff and owners (including Ragis the Boston Terrier) really went the extra mile to make sure this part of our honeymoon was extra special. We couldn’t possibly recommend the Lagon strongly enough. The website pictures and description do not do it justice. You will not regret booking this hotel!

One of the best hotels we have stayed in, with the most wonderful view from our room. The breakfast that we ate by the pool each morning was unbelievable. Staff are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to accommodate any request they can. Olympia to be specific made our whole stay just that extra bit special. Super modern rooms with great views. Excellent service with a special mention to front desk Chris. She was incredible and helped to plan our itinerary and addressed all our questions with a smile she was the highlight of the hotel. We stayed in History! The original stonework was kept when rebuilt. Stayed in the mosaic suite, absolutely stunning, big shower, very comfortable bed ( queen +) Double glazed windows so you don't hear the night life. Restaurant underneath for breakfast which was full breakfast, yoghurt, fruit, pastries, eggs, salmon, everything you could need. Staff friendly & caring, full of helpful local places....

Ideal location, very good place, but not worth the extremely high price. Very good service, rooms are spacious and nice, but a couple of things didn’t work well. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Would be 4-5 stars if not quite so expensive.

Staff is great and very helpful. I gave the hotel a 4 for a couple of reasons. There are no additional amenities- no food, bar, pool, or rooftop terrace. Be careful which room you book. Some rooms are a nice size with a Seaview. Others are small or dark. When you turn on the bathroom light at night the entire room lights up. Also, you have to walk with suitcases to the city gate across cobble stones

Located in the old town harbour, you can not be closer to the harbour, without your own ship. Located directly overlooking the water. The suites with terrace has sunbeds, the suites further down has balconies with room for two chairs overlooking the harbour action. You should know: in the back of the hotel is the central bus station and I'm front the main (?) Street. So you will have some noise if you leave the window / door open. Really nice hotel close to the old town. The swimming is a bit crowded during summer peak season but everything else from the room look and feel to the breakfast and the staff is great. They have a very convenient valet service for your car which I recommend you take for 8€ a day because it’s really complicated to find free parking in Chania.

We had booked the hotel for 2 nights.Unfortunately though we needed to stay only for 1 night.We called then and emailed them in time and they said on the phone that they would help to find a solution on the missed night.All they did is to to charge us as normal for 2 nights although we stayed for 1 and they didn’t even bother to manage our frustration.I’m not coming back to this hotel.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast that is included to the price is great and can keep you all day full. Everyday they change your towels and clean the room like you are new customer. The only disadvantage I can think is that is a little overpriced for what the room is, but I guess they charge the extra services that you get. I recommend to stay there for 3-4 days.

Location of the hotel is perfect to all the main attractions. All aspects of the hotel stay was exceptional and memorable - support from the reception went above and beyond and was key in us having a quality time in Chania.

Fantastic experience! The room is amazing, hardwood floors, our own little veranda with private hot tub, excellent mattress and bedlinen. The staff were polite and helpful and catered to our every need. The room was quiet even though the hotel is located in the heart of the old harbour.

Room on the third floor with Jacuzzi very much. Not hear neither the city nor the neighbors, although not enough balcony with a view. Secluded and isolated room, good for honeymoon couples, or tourists without children. Great restaurants right beside the hotel. Suggest Ela Tavern.

The staff were very nice, and they even helped arrange a surprise birthday cake for my girlfriend. Very pleasent stay.

Stella made sure our stay was great by arranging us a room with pool view (221), which was very quiet given the central location of the hotel. The breakfast was very complete. About 7' walking distance to the beach, the old town and the central bus station. Great option to explore the best of Chania! We managed to rent bicycles at the bike shop nearby.

We had a great time staying at this hotel during our honeymoon. Antonis was so helpful in arranging daily transfers around Chania. The location is excellent as so many shops and restaurants are in walking distance. The rooms are beautiful and ours offered a balcony overlooking the port. The breakfast was also delicious!

Fabulously clean and staff very nice. Close proximity to Airport, Chania and Stalos. Beds super comfy. Katerina organized us a taxi from Airport so we didn't have to wait .

Very good food at affordable prices, we paid around 50 euros for 2 persons with one starter, 2 main courses, 2 deserts and drinks. They also bring you one traditional starter with tomatoes and feta.

Had a garden view studio as seaviews were all taken. Very practical with small kitchenette but very very small shower/ toilet. Could do with some upgrading now and also improve on house keeping. The view from this place!!! WOW. And the whole style of the hotel and the rooms was awesome. It was a reconstructed Venetian building so it has this absolutely wonderful charm. We loved this place. The breakfast was to die for.

The view and the balcony are well worth it! A bottle of wine from the hotel to congratulate us on our honeymoon meant a lot! Note you are not able to park at the hotel but there is a free public lot close by and the hotel staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of the city and things to do.

Beautiful authentic Venetian style boutique hotel in the heart of Chania old town. Our room was very spacious and clean and equipped with a/c and mini fridge. Breakfast was different every morning and any special requests were well catered. Lovely place situated right on the harbor. You can’t get a better location than this. Super friendly. Definitely splurge for the suite if you can. Amazing views ! Quick tip: since cars are not allowed in the harbor area, if you’re driving, stop nearby and drop off luggage with one of your party, then go park the car. Saves you time having to wheel luggage a few hundred yards from parking to hotel

Best hotel I've ever stayed at. That's not an exaggeration at all! We've been recommending this place to everyone who has told us they're considering coming to Crete. The heated pool is to die for, the people at reception are unbelievably friendly and respectful and the rooms are like mini palaces.
