This is nothing short of a super hotel! The beds are really good, the staff is super helpful and all about the place is top notch. We had super help with booking excursion to Samaria gorge by the receptionist, and at the day they opened the breakfast early for us and gave us and lunch pack as well, just super service. I stayed in kriti Hotel for 2 nights. The room was very good. The only problem was the noise from the air system especially during the night. All the hotel staff are very polite, they're always smiling and ready to answer all your questions. The location of the hotel and the parking spaces around it are worth it. Stayed in the mosaic suite, absolutely stunning, big shower, very comfortable bed ( queen +) Double glazed windows so you don't hear the night life. Staff is great and very helpful. I gave the hotel a 4 for a couple of reasons. There are no additional amenities- no food, bar, pool, or rooftop terrace. Be careful which room you book. Some rooms are a nice size with a Seaview. Others are small or dark. When you turn on the bathroom light at night the entire room lights up. We had the most wonderful stay here! Moshe, the owner, and the staff were warm and helpful and made us feel at home. Our room, called Fabric, was a real treat . Really nice hotel close to the old town. The swimming is a bit crowded during summer peak season but everything else from the room look and feel to the breakfast and the staff is great. They have a very convenient valet service for your car which I recommend you take for 8€ a day because it’s really complicated to find free parking in Chania.

Stella made sure our stay was great by arranging us a room with pool view (221), which was very quiet given the central location of the hotel. The breakfast was very complete. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast that is included to the price is great and can keep you all day full. Everyday they change your towels and clean the room like you are new customer. The only disadvantage I can think is that is a little overpriced for what the room is, but I guess they charge the extra services that you get. I recommend to stay there for 3-4 days.

We had booked the hotel for 2 nights.Unfortunately though we needed to stay only for 1 night.We called then and emailed them in time and they said on the phone that they would help to find a solution on the missed night.All they did is to to charge us as normal for 2 nights although we stayed for 1 and they didn’t even bother to manage our frustration.I’m not coming back to this hotel.

A charming family managed hotel among the olive trees.. a big swimming pool, and kind service. 10 min. drive to Chania city center.. We stayed in a big family room, which was really comfortable. We loved our stay, definitely recommend it!

Nice and clean rooms, great breakfast, superb pool and views. The only minus point is that it suffers from heavy traffic noise out the big road in front of the hotel.

My room was spacious and well-appointed, although a window between my room and the interior hallway (set high, with privacy glass) did mean that there was light coming into the room throughout the night. The best accommodation experience of my 10 day trip in Greece. The staff is absolutely amazing. Very caring, very professional, they treat you like a family member. They helped us organize our day trips, gave us tips on what to bisot, prepared breakfast bags when we had to get up early. We had a maisonette which is very lovely with a very comfortable bed. It was cleaned every day with no exception...

Very nice, 700y old building. Close to everything and still quiet. Good simple breakfast made while eating basicly. Very nice and helpfull people running the hotel. Would come another time.

We had a great time staying at this hotel during our honeymoon. Antonis was so helpful in arranging daily transfers around Chania. The location is excellent as so many shops and restaurants are in walking distance. The rooms are beautiful and ours offered a balcony overlooking the port. The breakfast was also delicious!

We have been in this boutique hotel 2 years ago and we have to admit that that it was the best ever! The rooms are so nicely decorated and really spacious. The hotel itself small but really very charming. The receptionist was very kind and friendly to us. We wish more hotels like this. It is something special thanks ❤️

The rooms were very nice!! Everything was recently refurbished and beautifully done. Service was great the view fantastic and the breakfast too. I definitely recommend it. The reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because it was a little bit noisy and the breakfast area small. I wouldn visit again anyway! Great job

This very cozy hotel in the Center town of Chania is spectacular. The rooms a excellent, the breakfast is fantastic and the location is very good but the best is the attention to the guest from all reception staff. They are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful with any of your enquiries. I strongly recommend this place if you go to Chania

Amazing experience and exceptional service...Joanna was the BEST!!! The hotel is very well situated in the center of the old town and walking distance to everything. Through we were originally put in a smaller room than we'd reserved, the issue was quickly cleared up. The woman who cleans the rooms didn't speak English, but that didn't stop her from being so sweet and caring! Reception was also very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a nice assortment of options, too!
