We had a great time staying at this hotel during our honeymoon. Antonis was so helpful in arranging daily transfers around Chania. Great place to stay by the port. Walking distance to most everything. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. They even give you a pillow menu, outlining your choice of pillow selections for your comfort. Beautiful, clean and romantic hotel overlooking the old port of Chania. We stayed in room no 1 on the first floor which has a double iron bed and a large TV. From the bed you can see the lighthouse.

This is a pretty nice hotel but it is not 4-star. From what I understand it used to be 3-star in which case I’d give it a better rating but at this time it is overpriced. (Especially with a 7€/day tax since it’s officially 4-star).

A very nice hotel next to a park. It was close enough to walk to the old town but without all the noise of the busy area. Plus there is parking and a lovely breakfast.

Lovely rooms and delicious breakfast with tasty little Greek pastries and mountain tea! Close to the beautiful old town and we had a great view from our balcony. Clean and airy. Only thing I would say could be improved is having a toilet on the same floor as the dining/breakfast area 🙈 also the underground parking feels very tight to get in and out of if you’re not used to it!!

Through we were originally put in a smaller room than we'd reserved, the issue was quickly cleared up. The woman who cleans the rooms didn't speak English, but that didn't stop her from being so sweet and caring! Reception was also very helpful and friendly. Beautiful accomodation in great spot. In the middle of the city, next to all the shops and sights of Chania, with mesmerizing view to the church of Agios Nikolaos. The building is a restored old manor which fits perfectly in with the beauty of the city. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Nice place. Location is great. However, the power tripped a number of times in our apartment one evening so we had move to the hotel until the issue was resolved. Also, you are charged to use the room safe at €20/25 per week (I can't remember the exact amount) which should be included in the price of your booking. The view from this place!!! WOW. And the whole style of the hotel and the rooms was awesome. It was a reconstructed Venetian building so it has this absolutely wonderful charm. We loved this place. The breakfast was to die for.

The view and the balcony are well worth it! A bottle of wine from the hotel to congratulate us on our honeymoon meant a lot! Note you are not able to park at the hotel but there is a free public lot close by and the hotel staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of the city and things to do.

Beautiful authentic Venetian style boutique hotel in the heart of Chania old town. Our room was very spacious and clean and equipped with a/c and mini fridge. Lovely place situated right on the harbor. You can’t get a better location than this. Super friendly. Definitely splurge for the suite if you can. Amazing views ! Quick tip: since cars are not allowed in the harbor area, if you’re driving, stop nearby and drop off luggage with one of your party, then go park the car. Best hotel I've ever stayed at. That's not an exaggeration at all! We've been recommending this place to everyone who has told us they're considering coming to Crete. The heated pool is to die for, the people at reception are unbelievably friendly and respectful and the rooms are like mini palaces.

We stayed here for 5 nights, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is insanely central, everywhere in the city centre is within walking distance. We had a view of the old port which was incredible, and the room was clean and looked new and renovated. We stayed 3 nights here. The place is in a very good location with amazing views of the old town and parking just outside the hotel. The beds could’ve been better and bigger since we were two people, but is really compensated with the service that they give. The owner helps us and guide us about the activities we could do and the best places to eat, and always was available for anything we need.
