This hotel deserves a 5* rating. From the friendly service, welcoming staff, room cleanliness and amenities. Located only 5 minutes away from where the crowd is at night, next to the port. Breakfast was great and the rooms are so comfortable. Definitely recommended and will definitely book again for my next stay in crete!!

Great location - 4min walk from Old Port Chania and 2min from main shopping street. Away from the buzz of the Port but still close enough! Excellent service all round - highly recommended.

Great hotel, very, very clean, very polite people in the reception, in the parking and in the Cafe and restaurant. It is the only hotel that had a baby Kitt, like a toothbrush and organic shampoos for our 18 months old daughter! We highly recommend it. The location and view it is also great. Clean and very functional rooms. AC was absolutely great to have. Each day they had a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge and a chocolate on the bed. Staff was very warm and helpful. The staff is very great! Friendly and helpful. The location is right there next to everything. The parking is a little odd and small, but they do move the Cars around to accommodate. The beds are not the best. Maybe I'm to picky or to heavy. That's my only real complaint. The daily water they give you is larger than the standard.

The overall experience was fantastic. The only problem was that we found a cockroach one night and the guy on the reception told us he doesn't do well with cockroaches and just gave us a tezza (bug repellent/spray). Other than that, it was a most wonderful experience.

We had booked the hotel for 2 nights.Unfortunately though we needed to stay only for 1 night.We called then and emailed them in time and they said on the phone that they would help to find a solution on the missed night.All they did is to to charge us as normal for 2 nights although we stayed for 1 and they didn’t even bother to manage our frustration.I’m not coming back to this hotel.

Great location for a hotel in Chania if you want to be walking distance from all the busy small streets but still be quiet area. The staff was very nice with their recommendation. They recommended the best meal we had in all of our island trip. They even provided us with beach towels when asked before visiting far beaches. Rooms had very large balcony that you can chill at.

Lovely little B&B in the old town of Chania with waterfront balcony rooms and a very friendly staff! Really quiet and nicely redone rooms offer a great way to view the city center, or just stay all day on the balcony and watch people go by…Room 105 was ideal, and the hotel offered an excellent breakfast which they brought out to the private balcony.

After 2 visits - Really nice place, at a great location with the most friendly and helpful staff. The sea front rooms are just perfect.

The hotel is beautiful and suits its location on Chania's old city. The stuff are kind and polite, specifically Dora. I would definitely go back the next time I'll visit Chania.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast that is included to the price is great and can keep you all day full. Everyday they change your towels and clean the room like you are new customer. The only disadvantage I can think is that is a little overpriced for what the room is, but I guess they charge the extra services that you get. I recommend to stay there for 3-4 days.

Hyperion hotel was a pleasant surprise. Amazing design rooms super clean with nice view to the sea and old port . Delicious breakfast Including almost everything you imagine and new things every day. I had the pleasure of staying two weeks at the Hyperion Hotel and had an excellent time. The staff were very professional and personable. The facilities were of a very high standard with everything you needed for a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic with a short 5 minute walk to the centre. Clean tidy and spacious room with view of the sea. Great location right next to sea. Super friendly staff. Pool not too glam as doesn’t really get any sun and basically in reception area. Gym was essentially two treadmills. Very good breakfast, though crowded with queues.

Just a touch away from the old city (25 min. walk) and room air-conditioning that was difficult to adjust for me. Totally my fault because one can get help from the reception desk 24/7. The staff were very nice, and they even helped arrange a surprise birthday cake for my girlfriend. Very pleasent stay.

Stella made sure our stay was great by arranging us a room with pool view (221), which was very quiet given the central location of the hotel. The breakfast was very complete. About 7' walking distance to the beach, the old town and the central bus station. Great option to explore the best of Chania! We managed to rent bicycles at the bike shop nearby.

The best accommodation experience of my 10 day trip in Greece. The staff is absolutely amazing. Very caring, very professional, they treat you like a family member. Sansal was a phenomenal stay for us to begin our honeymoon in Greece. We spent four nights here, and everything was truly outstanding. The staff were very attentive and kind. Really nice hotel close to the old town. The swimming is a bit crowded during summer peak season but everything else from the room look and feel to the breakfast and the staff is great. They have a very convenient valet service for your car which I recommend you take for 8€ a day because it’s really complicated to find free parking in Chania.

Location of the hotel is perfect to all the main attractions. All aspects of the hotel stay was exceptional and memorable - support from the reception went above and beyond and was key in us having a quality time in Chania.

Fantastic experience! The room is amazing, hardwood floors, our own little veranda with private hot tub, excellent mattress and bedlinen. The staff were polite and helpful and catered to our every need. The room was quiet even though the hotel is located in the heart of the old harbour.
