This hotel deserves a 5* rating. From the friendly service, welcoming staff, room cleanliness and amenities. Located only 5 minutes away from where the crowd is at night, next to the port. Great hotel, very, very clean, very polite people in the reception, in the parking and in the Cafe and restaurant. It is the only hotel that had a baby Kitt, like a toothbrush and organic shampoos for our 18 months old daughter! We highly recommend it. The location and view it is also great. Very nice hotel! Clean and modern with comfortable beds. Wi-Fi was a bit slow and kept dropping but everything else was excellent. The breakfast is included and there is a small bar/diner on the bottom floor. Staff is very professional and friendly.

Our stay was pleasant. The hotel is located near the vibrant street of Chania. They also assisted us in booking trips to Samaria Gorge, Balos & Elafonisi beach (all are highly recommended). Really nice hotel close to the old town. The swimming is a bit crowded during summer peak season but everything else from the room look and feel to the breakfast and the staff is great. They have a very convenient valet service for your car which I recommend you take for 8€ a day because it’s really complicated to find free parking in Chania.

Stella made sure our stay was great by arranging us a room with pool view (221), which was very quiet given the central location of the hotel. The breakfast was very complete. About 7' walking distance to the beach, the old town and the central bus station. Great option to explore the best of Chania! We managed to rent bicycles at the bike shop nearby.

I enjoyed my stay in this cute and friendly hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet and super friendly and helpful staff. Parking is tough to find but the staff can rent you a space in their private lot for $10-20 per night. Unfortunately I forgot to take a pic of the room but it was small yet very efficient. Hyperion City Hotel was fabulous!! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar had a wide variety of fresh choices. We were able to comfortably walk to the Old Town and to many restaurant choices. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

Very well located hotel. Just a 2 minutes walk from a beach and a 7 minute walk to the center- so it's close but not too close to all the hustle and bustle of the center. Very clean hotel and beautiful rooms. Will definitely be going back again.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast that is included to the price is great and can keep you all day full. Everyday they change your towels and clean the room like you are new customer. The only disadvantage I can think is that is a little overpriced for what the room is, but I guess they charge the extra services that you get. I recommend to stay there for 3-4 days.

This was our best vacation, this boutique hotel has the best service ever. The Staff are so so kind. The location was perfect, quiet garden, cleanest rooms ever, and beautiful breakfast in the garden. 6stars :)

Lovely little B&B in the old town of Chania with waterfront balcony rooms and a very friendly staff! Really quiet and nicely redone rooms offer a great way to view the city center, or just stay all day on the balcony and watch people go by…Room 105 was ideal, and the hotel offered an excellent breakfast which they brought out to the private balcony.

We had booked the hotel for 2 nights.Unfortunately though we needed to stay only for 1 night.We called then and emailed them in time and they said on the phone that they would help to find a solution on the missed night.All they did is to to charge us as normal for 2 nights although we stayed for 1 and they didn’t even bother to manage our frustration.I’m not coming back to this hotel.
