Hotels with sea view in Chania Town

Brother and I stayed in this hotel as part of our Jet2 holidays package with separate rooms with a sea view. We were dropped off early from the transfer shuttles around 1330 way before check-in

That was a super nice touch and started our first ever visit to Crete in an awesome way. We had separate sea view rooms, it was fabulous with the balcony I could sit and appreciate seeing great views

I stayed in kriti Hotel for 2 nights. The only problem was the noise from the air system especially during the night. All the hotel staff are very polite, they're always smiling and ready to answer all your questions

Great hotel. Ideally situated and close to all amenities. Fantastic and friendly staff, including room service, reception, and bar staff. The swimming pool is free to use for hotel guests. Spotlessly clean hotel.

Enjoyed my stay here! Clean rooms, enough space for what you need. Great location, 10 mins from the centre, but also a quiet location away from noise. Pleasant staff. Decent breakfast options. Would recommend.

Once the pool closes, the barman does sort out the things left poolside, where you could chill and really look through the menus before ordering or go back to your room for a shower before eating

Her genuine interest in my well-being and family added a personal touch that is rare to find. She remembered little details from our conversations, which made each interaction feel meaningful and not just part of a job

The food and service are the best! Especially Rena, who works the bar. She makes the best drinks, always has a beautiful smile to greet everyone with, and willing to be helpful to those of us not from Crete.

Rena is not just a bartender; she is the heart of Kydon. From the moment I walked into the bar, she greeted me with warmth and made me feel like I was among friends, even though I was far from home

I recently stayed at Kydon Hotel, and while the accommodations and amenities were excellent, what truly set this hotel apart was the extraordinary service provided by Rena, the bartender

But beyond the drinks, it's her charisma, sense of humor, and kindness that make the bar at Kydon feel like a sanctuary after a long day

She effortlessly creates a welcoming atmosphere for every guest, ensuring everyone feels included and appreciated. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities

Some rooms are a nice size with a Seaview. When you turn on the bathroom light at night the entire room lights up. Also, you have to walk with suitcases to the city gate across cobble stones

Into the Old Harbour area, by the sea side, an ideal place to spend one's holidays. Easy access to restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and are showered by the sun-light

We had the most wonderful stay here! Moshe, the owner, and the staff were warm and helpful and made us feel at home. Our room, called Fabric, was a real treat

Staff is great and very helpful. I gave the hotel a 4 for a couple of reasons. There are no additional amenities- no food, bar, pool, or rooftop terrace. Be careful which room you book

Great doors n windows shut out the noice from the restaurants below when you want down time. 5-6 meters to the ceiling creates an awesome romantic and modern feel

Lots of stairs, limited car access, and parking in the streets around, so be prepared for lots of walking, visiting Chania old town, and ambassador

Really nice hotel close to the old town. The swimming is a bit crowded during summer peak season but everything else from the room look and feel to the breakfast and the staff is great

The room was impeccably clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was beautiful and had great water pressure, soundproof terrace doors block out all the street noise, and we were greeted with some sips of Greek spirits and candies

The hotel facilities are amazing with a gorgeous private pool and free towels for use. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and covid-safe, offering local Greek dishes and other well-made continental breakfast items

The hotel is located near the vibrant street of Chania. They also assisted us in booking trips to Samaria Gorge, Balos & Elafonisi beach (all are highly recommended). The room was clean and staff were very helpful

Clean, Very good breakfasts, close to the old town and the old port. A taxi from/to the airport is 25-30€. You should know: in the back of the hotel is the central bus station and I'm front the main (?) Street

Very nice hotel! Clean and modern with comfortable beds. Wi-Fi was a bit slow and kept dropping but everything else was excellent. The breakfast is included and there is a small bar/diner on the bottom floor

About 7' walking distance to the beach, the old town and the central bus station. Great option to explore the best of Chania! We managed to rent bicycles at the bike shop nearby

Stella made sure our stay was great by arranging us a room with pool view (221), which was very quiet given the central location of the hotel. The breakfast was very complete

Would pick Akali Hotel again if I would go back to Chania

It might be a typical Greek meat pie or some other fun local dishes. The hotel was neat and clean with very cosy public areas. Hung happily a few hours both at the bar, spoke with great bar staff or by the pool

A really nice hotel near the beach with all the great restaurants and the Venetian harbour in old town. Breakfast buffet included some of the most as well as some surprises every morning

Some of them have balconies with a view both on the sea than on the mountain. It provides shuttle service from the hotel to the town center and back (for free)

The hotel has an amazing view. The best part is the on-site restaurant and room service. With breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. The hotel offers room service, a pool on the roof, and also free rides to the old port

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, always greeting us with a smile. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options

Staff was exceptional and the free shuttle service to/from the city centre is simply amazing. Dinner and wine at the restaurant was truly delicious, and I was very satisfied with breakfast options too

When we arrived we were greeted by Emma and her kindness. She helped us get to our rooms and explained to us a bit about to town. The rooms are clean and beautiful

Our stay at the Royal Sun Hotel was exceptional! The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the city and sea

During off-peak season they upgraded my room for free and delivered my breakfast to the room every day free of charge. Just a sublime stay, phenomenal service. Will definitely go again some day.

Me and my wife have lived in this hotel for many years. We have tried almost all rooms and I highly appreciate the standard at Casa Delfino. For me working with interior design this is a must-see

The hotel- if you can really call it that, as the property is actually an 18th century Venetian mansion refurbished as a modern hotel with 24 beautiful and unique rooms- is located just steps away from the Old Town harbor and nestled within The rustic Old Town area

I have just come from a spa experience at Casa Delfino and just had to come review. I had a massage and food treatment together. My amazing masseuse Sofia was fantastic

The spa is peaceful, the service outstanding and Sofia gave me one of the best spa experiences ever overseas. I am trying to find a time to come back in the next week

Sunset views were a highlight! Yes, the hotel is out of town but we knew about this before booking - so please research the area to avoid any disappointment. Besides, the higher up you are, the better the views

We are delighted with our stay at Elektra Hotel (Suites). Positives: Elektra Suites has a separate reception and a swimming pool. We were provided a private parking place in an underground parking lot

Hotel staff are great people - welcoming, efficient and professional. A small problem with the room safe was solved immediately and the staff followed up with us after completing the task

Clean tidy and spacious room with view of the sea. Great location right next to sea. Pool not too glam as doesn’t really get any sun and basically in reception area. Gym was essentially two treadmills

Just a 2 minutes walk from a beach and a 7 minute walk to the center- so it's close but not too close to all the hustle and bustle of the center. Very clean hotel and beautiful rooms. Will definitely be going back again

We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the hotel service and facilities. Very clean and modern rooms. Excellent breakfast, excellent staff and very good location, off center to avoid center buzz but easily reachable on foot.

The pool was gorgeous and the sea lovely. It was easy to catch a bus into Chania in the evenings

First class service from the minute we arrived. Little things from the hotel staff such as offering a blanket to my partner when it was cold at the restaurant made the stay enjoyable

Very good food at affordable prices, we paid around 50 euros for 2 persons with one starter, 2 main courses, 2 deserts and drinks. They also bring you one traditional starter with tomatoes and feta.

Just back from 11 night stay at this hotel. Perfect hotel to explore western Crete from, hotel parking very limited but always managed to park in the street. Had a garden view studio as seaviews were all taken

Lovely little B&B in the old town of Chania with waterfront balcony rooms and a very friendly staff! Really quiet and nicely redone rooms offer a great way to view the city center, or just stay all day on the balcony and watch people go by…Room 105 was ideal, and the hotel offered an excellent breakfast which they brought out to the private balcony

The hotel is beautiful and suits its location on Chania's old city. The stuff are kind and polite, specifically Dora. I would definitely go back the next time I'll visit Chania.

However the most impressive part is the staff, they are all lovely and willing to do anything for you. The hospitality is some of the best I’ve come across and I’ve stayed in many nice hotels all over the world

The staff at the hotel are all friendly and welcoming and always have a smile on their face. The rooms are to die for! We had a room overlooking the sea and harbour - the view was amazing and it was impeccably clean

Where do I start, this hotel is superb for many reasons! Firstly the location is excellent, right next to the harbour and old town and the only hotel I know of that has a pool in this vicinity

We were offered a delicious juice on the rocks, a set of recommendations for our stay, and sent off to our sea-view room with fantastic sleep awaiting us

And I can’t forget the staff at the cocktail bar by the pool, real good fun and they/George (the general manager) will randomly come around with free shots or drink. This was a very classy touch and much appreciated

We had the sea view room which I cannot recommend more! You get a room right on the ocean, which is amazing

With our two suitcases there was not much space left to walk about! The place is very old and that is fine but don’t give a couple a room that has little more than 2sqm of useable floor space apart from the bed! And the view was supposed to be of the walled garden but all you could see was another wall!! You will see from the photos The breakfast was ok but why offer a “plain omelette” when adding...

Our room had view to the port and even though it was small we had a very nice time there. The room on the other hand was spacious with a modern bathroom and it was more than enough for our small family of three

Alcanea Boutique Hotel not only met expectations, it exceeded them. This boutique property is ideally located along Chania’s Old Venetian Harbor, offering sweeping views of the sea and the Venetian Lighthouse

This place is lovely... Not accessible! It's such an old building... Superb location, beautiful spacious room and modern bathroom... Great breakfast all fresh and delicious... Highly recommended

Our room was enormously spacious with impressive high ceilings and large windows. It felt like my husband and I were sleeping in a palace from another era, which made for a truly special stay

Walking on 400-500 year old floor boards warn smooth from the years. The staff was warm, courteous staff made us feel more than welcome. The price was right and the hotel was beautiful

The bathroom was modern and exceptionally clean, with strong water pressure in the shower. The Wi-Fi worked great and was reliable. The upstairs terrace has beautiful views over the town
