My son forced me to write this review and provide 5 stars but I have to say that I agree completely. Great view from its balcony, the bathroom is the most modern one ive ever seen, the room was very clean, a very spacious double bed. Also the apartment is situated literally on the main street of chania where are situated all the restaurants, shops, etc, and the staff is extremely friendly. A family hotel close to city center of Chania. Rooms are clean most of the time. It totally needs renovation (old furniture,AC,etc). The noisy street outside might get annoying early in the morning.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the town center and has an underground parking lot. It is a quit place in the centre of the town. Our room was perfect and, pretty clean. The view from the balcony is amazing. The managers of the hotel are really welcome and helpful. Also there is a kiosk across the street. Definitely I recommend it.

The hotel is located very close to the old harbor (walking distance). During high season, parking can be a problem. The rooms are a bit old and very basic but the staff is VERY polite, friendly and helpful. Considering the price (I paid 61€ a night for a double in August), so I would say it's value for money.
