A beautiful modern hotel located on the edge of the old town with a stunning roof top bar where you can watch the sun set. The room we stayed in was spacious with a comfy bed and a nice quiet air-con system

Georgio in particular became the face of the hotel, always smiling, friendly and familiar, what one wants and needs first thing in a very early morning, and last thing after a long day! Amazing apartment like room with two HUGE private rooftop patios. Free morning breakfast was great and easy walking distance to Old Town

Rooms clean and facilities well thought out, breakfast was incredible! But the thing that made our trip was the welcome of all the staff, they couldn't do enough to accommodate us and every single team member was friendly and helpful

Very good city location by walking distance to the Port, Bazaar (Central) and short driving distance to the Hanya Beaches. Excellent and very warm hospitality! Good room with good-brand almost new furnished bathroom

Very expensive for what you get, rooms are adequate at best, pool is small, surrounding area to pool is tight, breakfast was good however. Location is OK, 10-15 mins into old town harbour.

Guest rooms were clean and exactly what they promised, the pool side breakfast and pool area was wonderful and quiet. The meeting space was perfect and the location was so convenient, we could walk everywhere

Because two people couldn't pass. Our balcony only had enough room for a single chair. Lobby is nice spacious with a full bar. The breakfast is ample with hot and cold choices, and you can eat poolside

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect- you can walk to many areas, and I only needed a taxi to and from the airport. The rooms were impressively quiet; I never heard my neighbors once

Kriti hotel and staff service was exceptional! We hosted a small group for a week at the property and everything was so smooth

It may prove difficult to get to because of it's location on a narrow, cobblestone street, but it is well worth the walk! Elevator starts on the first floor as some mentioned, but it had no bearing on us, we just dragged our luggage up one short flight of stairs - it wasn't an issue at all

The breakfasts were just great, with the most delicious freshly squeezed orange juice I have ever tasted. The rooms were spacious and well appointed ( although the bathroom handbasin was a bit "unusual!!!")

This hotel was fabulous! It was one of our best stays during our 2 weeks in Greece

The hotel room we stayed in was HUGE and overlooked the sea/lighthouse, it's in a great location on the harbor and is walking distance from everything! Anita, George and Cristina were SO accommodating, friendly, helpful and just superb hosts

right in the middle of the old town, with literally dozens of restaurants within a stone's throw. All in all a hotel to be highly recommended

The Hotel Porto Veneziano is by far one of the best locations for Chania. The view from our 3rd floor balcony was amazing. Perfect for a glass of wine and the view in the evening

Had a wonderful stay at Porto Veneziano. I had booked a sea view double room with balcony and was upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing

It is easy walking distance to interesting areas of this beautiful town. The staff goes over and above to please the visitors. Friendly bar tender and the included breakfast was delicious

Good location, fine breakfast, friendly staff. Three minutes walk to Venetian Harbor. Parking space can be hard to find, but this is more of a Chania downtown problem.

Ideally place in the old city. In September it was easy to park near the entrance in Talos. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast excellent. The breakfast lady and the two receptionists were adorable

Elia Bettolo Hotel is in an ideal location in the Old Town of Chania. It's walking distance from the bus station, Maritime Museum, the Old Lighthouse, and tons of restaurants

The driver was for these trips was really good, sorry can’t remember his name but he gave lots of information about places we were going past and was very helpful would highly recommend staying here and going on the excursions

I would highly recommend everyone who comes to Chania stays in Elia Hotel. it’s located at the center of the old town and close to everything. The room is spacious, nice and clean

Really nice room and clean. Great location if you want to be in the middle of Old Town Chaina. Be aware that parking is EXTREMELY difficult in this area even on weeknights.

And most of all , the staff are so nice and friendly. I’d like to thank Areti, who helped me find my lost E-Reader at a dessert shop nearby after I checked out and left the city. She helped me find it and kept it for me

We came for dinner on our first night of our holiday. The staff are kind and attentive. The food was glorious. The ocean view was beautiful. I think we will be coming back here again soon!

Akasti hotel is a family business with the most amazing staff. They made our trip the best by giving us all kinds of suggestions of what to do or were to eat in Crete

The pool is a jewel and the propery has a big potential but remains a 2* without any efforts. Staff and owners very very kind

We liked it so much we returned for our last two nights before leaving crete. Our balcony overlooked the lovely beach. Fabulous restaurants close by. Especially Kous Kous and Manos. Recommend the rooms with the Seaview

We are delighted with our stay at Elektra Hotel (Suites). Positives: Elektra Suites has a separate reception and a swimming pool. We were provided a private parking place in an underground parking lot

Great location by the sea, with super great people, such a good atmosphere, feeling warmly welcomed. We stayed in family, 2 adults and 4 kids of 19, 15, 10 and 6 years old. 5 minutes walk from the beach to take a bath

The buffet breakfast is excellent - varied and food is of good quality. The room maintenance is worth a special mention with towels being exchanged daily and the room tidied up perfectly

Improvements needed: The wi-fi is weak to almost useless at times. There is no real restaurant in the hotel, just the breakfast area and a pool bar

As i sat in the middle of the three rooms looking around with the view on the mediterranean sea i was imagining where to put my secretaire bookcase and other furniture

We had a wonderful stay at Doma Hotel! Waking up to the sea view every morning was such a peaceful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were unbelievably sweet – truly the highlight of our stay

Every day they helped us find taxis without hesitation, always with a smile. The breakfast was also lovely, and the ladies working there were especially kind and warm

The location is also perfect – just a beautiful 10-minute walk along the seaside takes you right into the center of Chania

Very practical with small kitchenette but very very small shower/ toilet. Could do with some upgrading now and also improve on house keeping. Hotel has a nice pool area and small rocky beach

Just back from 11 night stay at this hotel. Perfect hotel to explore western Crete from, hotel parking very limited but always managed to park in the street. Had a garden view studio as seaviews were all taken

Very very good restaurant, Corinna Star, buy the pool and inexpensive. Cannot not mention Katerina, the lady at reception working the afternoon shift, great asset to the hotel as well as Yannis, morning shift

Very good food at affordable prices, we paid around 50 euros for 2 persons with one starter, 2 main courses, 2 deserts and drinks. They also bring you one traditional starter with tomatoes and feta.

Fabulously clean and staff very nice. Close proximity to Airport, Chania and Stalos. Beds super comfy. Katerina organized us a taxi from Airport so we didn't have to wait .

Liked · The hotel was easy to find. There is a bit of an problem for parking but it was well sorted out by the reception colleagues

It is situated close to the beach, it's not that beautiful but it is nice. It's also a 100m from bus stop, so it is extremely easy to get to to neighbouring cities

Great location, close to the beach, close to the shop with the most necessary articles, restaurants nearby where you can eat local meals, not for millions, close to the bus stop to the center of Chania, close to the pharmacy and on foot you can go to other beaches and Lidl as it is need

The hotel offers a free parasol for one room, and mattresses for swimming. Very close to the beach and in the vicinity of 100 meters all the necessary shops and pubs

The hotel is kindly staffed, it is not big, the rooms are sufficient for mine, they are practically cleaned every day, the towels and all bed linen were changed once a week

Great complex not far from the beach and Chania. The rooms were clean and it was cleaned thoroughly every day

And for the location 4 stars as it is right on a fairly noisy street but it didn't bother us that much. The breakfast are also 4 stars as it is plentiful and fresh. One star off because it's pretty simple

Everything worked fine The hotel was clean, all the communal areas and my room and the restaurant. The staff could not be better. Friendly and welcoming and there to help if you needed anything at all

Klinakis Hotel is a perfect place to stay in Chania. Everything was clean and comfortable. Hotel crew was helpful and nice. Breakfast was tasty and eating while watching the sea is a big plus

The staff bends over backwards for their guests even allowing us to store our bags for the day and offering us a shower before our evening flight out (all AFTER we'd checked out!)

The hotel has a unique location, as it is right by the water, yet still offers peace and quiet. If you're looking for more activity, it's just a 10-minute walk down the beach to reach various hotels and restaurants

The hotel is in the most convenient location in the old town of Chania. The balcony was beautiful and it overlooked the port and restaurants. What a view!!! The rooms were spotless and beds comfortable

Couldn’t get a better location, right in the heart of Old Town Chania. You cannot drive up to the hotel, so parking is the only issue, but we found some free about 5-10 min walk away

The hotel was outstanding the only issue was that it is difficult to get to with luggage as there is no car access and no parking near the hotel. But everything else is outstanding

Booking the room with the balcony was a great, love the view and nice place to chill. Everything was clean and neat. The breakfast buffet was also terrific!

The reception was in the house next door. If you drive, you can park on Talos square for free. It is very convenient to walk to the port in about 7 minutes. Many restaurants were closed at the end of December

If you come by car, the landmark is Sklavenitis. There are many roadside parking lots in the alleys nearby. If you are worried about your car being hit, it would be safer to find a parking lot

Superb location. We upgraded to a suite with a spa bath. Lovely view overlooking the harbour. Free water in the fridge. Very spacious room. Breakfast was very good. A lot of choice.

Beautifully appointed room, only complaint was location of toilet behind the bathroom door, not ideal for a large person. Aratee’s recommendation for Tamara restaurant was great

The location is excellent and quiet. It is within a ten-minute walk from the bus center. Next door is a restaurant highly recognized by locals, which is not expensive
