A marvellous understated hotel , amazing location in the town , with beautiful views . The restaurant downstairs serves breakfast . The staff can't do enough for you - lovely eggs each morning . In the evenings , they serve a selection of excellent steaks . Staff are well informed , and really on it . Our first time in Chania , but it won't be the last .

We stayed in History! The original stonework was kept when rebuilt. Stayed in the mosaic suite, absolutely stunning, big shower, very comfortable bed ( queen +) Double glazed windows so you don't hear the night life. No matter the room size, facilities or hotel service, they are all excellent

This is the worst hotel in Greece from Athens all the way to Heraklion in Crete to Chania. If you were in a three-star hotel for 1,000 a night, I would think you were pretty good, but if you said that you were in a five-star hotel for 2,400 a night, I would find it ridiculous. The view from the outdoor areas was stunning and countered the dates indoor facilities especially the rooms. This is clearly not a 5 star hotel. The meals are all buffet style and the layout makes it difficult to navigate and work out what to select. Stayed here in 2017 but have a look every time I’m in Chania. The rooms have this insane period wood paneling which is like art. Views of Chania’s Venetian harbor are chefs kiss. Finally the breakfasts are varied, local and and clever

Very clean and tidy business hotel, the hotel is located in the city center, a 10-minute walk to the old town and the port to shoot sunset and sunrise. A very good hotel to stay near Ganya, worth recommending. The only problem is that the hotel's own parking space needs to be booked in advance. If you don't book a nearby parking space, it will cost more than 20 euros per night.

Excellent! The 24 hour staff provided us with helpful guidance with anything we requested or needed. We may opt for an ocean view next time and request a fan in the room. We went there during the off-season. There were almost no shops open around on Sundays, but the city center was a half-hour walk away and it was quite lively. The air conditioning in the room did not heat the room, the balcony was large, and there were not many types of breakfast.

Lovely little B&B in the old town of Chania with waterfront balcony rooms and a very friendly staff! Really quiet and nicely redone rooms offer a great way to view the city center, or just stay all day on the balcony and watch people go by…Room 105 was ideal, and the hotel offered an excellent breakfast which they brought out to the private balcony.

The hotel is beautiful and suits its location on Chania's old city. The stuff are kind and polite, specifically Dora. I would definitely go back the next time I'll visit Chania.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast that is included to the price is great and can keep you all day full. Everyday they change your towels and clean the room like you are new customer. The only disadvantage I can think is that is a little overpriced for what the room is, but I guess they charge the extra services that you get. I recommend to stay there for 3-4 days.

We had booked the hotel for 2 nights.Unfortunately though we needed to stay only for 1 night.We called then and emailed them in time and they said on the phone that they would help to find a solution on the missed night.All they did is to to charge us as normal for 2 nights although we stayed for 1 and they didn’t even bother to manage our frustration.I’m not coming back to this hotel.

This was one of the coolest hotels we have stayed in. It is a 500 year old castle. The rooms are huge, with very comfortable beds and the best rain shower.
