We stayed in History! The original stonework was kept when rebuilt. Stayed in the mosaic suite, absolutely stunning, big shower, very comfortable bed ( queen +) Double glazed windows so you don't hear the night life. We were half board and would not book as half board again,breakfast is good with wide variety of options however dinner was a total disaster. The Ktel bus station and taxi station are downstairs. If you don't drive, it's very convenient. If you drive, parking costs more than ten euros.

Very clean and tidy business hotel, the hotel is located in the city center, a 10-minute walk to the old town and the port to shoot sunset and sunrise. A very good hotel to stay near Ganya, worth recommending. The only problem is that the hotel's own parking space needs to be booked in advance. If you don't book a nearby parking space, it will cost more than 20 euros per night.

Lovely little B&B in the old town of Chania with waterfront balcony rooms and a very friendly staff! Really quiet and nicely redone rooms offer a great way to view the city center, or just stay all day on the balcony and watch people go by…Room 105 was ideal, and the hotel offered an excellent breakfast which they brought out to the private balcony.

The hotel is beautiful and suits its location on Chania's old city. The stuff are kind and polite, specifically Dora. I would definitely go back the next time I'll visit Chania.

perfect location, beautiful room, staff extremely friendly and helpful

We had booked the hotel for 2 nights.Unfortunately though we needed to stay only for 1 night.We called then and emailed them in time and they said on the phone that they would help to find a solution on the missed night.All they did is to to charge us as normal for 2 nights although we stayed for 1 and they didn’t even bother to manage our frustration.I’m not coming back to this hotel.

The best accommodation experience of my 10 day trip in Greece. The staff is absolutely amazing. Very caring, very professional, they treat you like a family member. They helped us organize our day trips, gave us tips on what to bisot, prepared breakfast bags when we had to get up early. We had a maisonette which is very lovely with a very comfortable bed. Very hospitable place, worth every euro you spend. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The small swimming pool is perfect for winding down your day. Excellent! The 24 hour staff provided us with helpful guidance with anything we requested or needed. We may opt for an ocean view next time and request a fan in the room. The rooms are clean and very modern. I would add photos but they are exactly as shown on the websites when you book. It was nice having a door on the toilet separate from the awesome shower.

We went there during the off-season. There were almost no shops open around on Sundays, but the city center was a half-hour walk away and it was quite lively. The air conditioning in the room did not heat the room, the balcony was large, and there were not many types of breakfast.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast that is included to the price is great and can keep you all day full. Everyday they change your towels and clean the room like you are new customer. The only disadvantage I can think is that is a little overpriced for what the room is, but I guess they charge the extra services that you get. I recommend to stay there for 3-4 days.

Location of the hotel is perfect to all the main attractions. All aspects of the hotel stay was exceptional and memorable - support from the reception went above and beyond and was key in us having a quality time in Chania.

Fantastic experience! The room is amazing, hardwood floors, our own little veranda with private hot tub, excellent mattress and bedlinen. The staff were polite and helpful and catered to our every need. The room was quiet even though the hotel is located in the heart of the old harbour.

It was such a pleasure to stay there. Beautiful apartaments, well designed, situated at the old town. The host (sorry, I don't remember his name) was so unbelievably nice. He offered uś a great great coffee in the morning, yummy cookies and super cold juice
