Beautiful and clean rooms in the heart of Chania where we could walk to the main centre and the Port. Breakfast was amazing and the pool was perfect! Had a wonderful stay

I stayed in kriti Hotel for 2 nights. The only problem was the noise from the air system especially during the night. All the hotel staff are very polite, they're always smiling and ready to answer all your questions

Enjoyed my stay here! Clean rooms, enough space for what you need. Great location, 10 mins from the centre, but also a quiet location away from noise. Pleasant staff. Decent breakfast options. Would recommend.

The location of the hotel and the parking spaces around it are worth it. By far one of the best hotels in Chania

We were called forwards at 1420 to check in as rooms ready, where everything was explained to the pools, breakfast, WiFi, and local taxes paid on check out

Staff is great and very helpful. I gave the hotel a 4 for a couple of reasons. There are no additional amenities- no food, bar, pool, or rooftop terrace. Be careful which room you book

The suites with terrace has sunbeds, the suites further down has balconies with room for two chairs overlooking the harbour action

Into the Old Harbour area, by the sea side, an ideal place to spend one's holidays. Easy access to restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and are showered by the sun-light

We had the most wonderful stay here! Moshe, the owner, and the staff were warm and helpful and made us feel at home. Our room, called Fabric, was a real treat

Some rooms are a nice size with a Seaview. When you turn on the bathroom light at night the entire room lights up. Also, you have to walk with suitcases to the city gate across cobble stones

Great doors n windows shut out the noice from the restaurants below when you want down time. 5-6 meters to the ceiling creates an awesome romantic and modern feel

The room was impeccably clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was beautiful and had great water pressure, soundproof terrace doors block out all the street noise, and we were greeted with some sips of Greek spirits and candies

If you’re heading to the beach, they will lend you beach towels as well

The hotel is located near the vibrant street of Chania. They also assisted us in booking trips to Samaria Gorge, Balos & Elafonisi beach (all are highly recommended). The room was clean and staff were very helpful

The hotel facilities are amazing with a gorgeous private pool and free towels for use. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and covid-safe, offering local Greek dishes and other well-made continental breakfast items

Clean, Very good breakfasts, close to the old town and the old port. A taxi from/to the airport is 25-30€. You should know: in the back of the hotel is the central bus station and I'm front the main (?) Street

Very nice hotel! Clean and modern with comfortable beds. Wi-Fi was a bit slow and kept dropping but everything else was excellent. The breakfast is included and there is a small bar/diner on the bottom floor

Stella made sure our stay was great by arranging us a room with pool view (221), which was very quiet given the central location of the hotel. The breakfast was very complete

It might be a typical Greek meat pie or some other fun local dishes. The hotel was neat and clean with very cosy public areas. Hung happily a few hours both at the bar, spoke with great bar staff or by the pool

About 7' walking distance to the beach, the old town and the central bus station. Great option to explore the best of Chania! We managed to rent bicycles at the bike shop nearby

Would pick Akali Hotel again if I would go back to Chania

A really nice hotel near the beach with all the great restaurants and the Venetian harbour in old town. Breakfast buffet included some of the most as well as some surprises every morning

The hotel has an amazing view. The best part is the on-site restaurant and room service. With breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. The hotel offers room service, a pool on the roof, and also free rides to the old port

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, always greeting us with a smile. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options

The nearest supermarket is approx 300 metres down the road. We had meals during the day around the pool and ate 3 times in the restaurant at night. Excellent food inc at breakfast

Great service from friendly efficient staff. An easy walk downhill, 2 miles from the old venetian harbour [keep a look out for the turtles!] - just follow the main road down and turn left

When we arrived we were greeted by Emma and her kindness. She helped us get to our rooms and explained to us a bit about to town. The rooms are clean and beautiful

The restaurant at the top of the hotel was delicious and the service was excellent. 🥰 thank you again the royal sun. Your kindness will not be forgotten

One of the best hotels we have stayed in, with the most wonderful view from our room. The breakfast that we ate by the pool each morning was unbelievable

Sunset views were a highlight! Yes, the hotel is out of town but we knew about this before booking - so please research the area to avoid any disappointment. Besides, the higher up you are, the better the views

We are delighted with our stay at Elektra Hotel (Suites). Positives: Elektra Suites has a separate reception and a swimming pool. We were provided a private parking place in an underground parking lot

The buffet breakfast is excellent - varied and food is of good quality. The room maintenance is worth a special mention with towels being exchanged daily and the room tidied up perfectly

Improvements needed: The wi-fi is weak to almost useless at times. There is no real restaurant in the hotel, just the breakfast area and a pool bar

Clean rooms, room-service every day, the pool (1,5-2,2 m depth, only small area for kids 1,0 m), very rich breakfast and nice staff. Bus stop nearly. But it is next to the old national road....

Clean tidy and spacious room with view of the sea. Great location right next to sea. Pool not too glam as doesn’t really get any sun and basically in reception area. Gym was essentially two treadmills

From the moment I arrived at the entrance to Hyperion City Hotel, I KNEW this would be special. The aroma at the entry way and opportunity to schedule a massage was one of a kind

Just a 2 minutes walk from a beach and a 7 minute walk to the center- so it's close but not too close to all the hustle and bustle of the center. Very clean hotel and beautiful rooms. Will definitely be going back again

We had an issue with our shower and when I told the person at the front desk, she was on the phone to have it fixed before I walked away (it was fixed very quicky). Excellent hotel in a great part of town

Very practical with small kitchenette but very very small shower/ toilet. Could do with some upgrading now and also improve on house keeping. Hotel has a nice pool area and small rocky beach

Very very good restaurant, Corinna Star, buy the pool and inexpensive. Cannot not mention Katerina, the lady at reception working the afternoon shift, great asset to the hotel as well as Yannis, morning shift

Very good food at affordable prices, we paid around 50 euros for 2 persons with one starter, 2 main courses, 2 deserts and drinks. They also bring you one traditional starter with tomatoes and feta.

Fabulously clean and staff very nice. Close proximity to Airport, Chania and Stalos. Beds super comfy. Katerina organized us a taxi from Airport so we didn't have to wait .

Just back from 11 night stay at this hotel. Perfect hotel to explore western Crete from, hotel parking very limited but always managed to park in the street. Had a garden view studio as seaviews were all taken

Liked · The hotel was easy to find. There is a bit of an problem for parking but it was well sorted out by the reception colleagues

The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast that is included to the price is great and can keep you all day full. Everyday they change your towels and clean the room like you are new customer

This was our best vacation, this boutique hotel has the best service ever. The Staff are so so kind. The location was perfect, quiet garden, cleanest rooms ever, and beautiful breakfast in the garden. 6stars :)

The only disadvantage I can think is that is a little overpriced for what the room is, but I guess they charge the extra services that you get. I recommend to stay there for 3-4 days

I've been to many hotels, but this must be one of the best hotels I've meet because of It's staff and cleanness, which I think is very important to have on every hotel. The location is amazing, in the heart of chania

Great service, food, pool, location, big balconies, nice rooms. Putting a mattress with water would be great in this amazing pool. Bit noise coming from outside. Light coming inside the room needs to be improved curtains

And I can’t forget the staff at the cocktail bar by the pool, real good fun and they/George (the general manager) will randomly come around with free shots or drink. This was a very classy touch and much appreciated

We felt like family not guests!! Breakfast was ample with a mixture of hot and cold items, the hotel does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner but you can order food at the cocktail bar next to the pool

Where do I start, this hotel is superb for many reasons! Firstly the location is excellent, right next to the harbour and old town and the only hotel I know of that has a pool in this vicinity

The infinity pool on the roof top is perfect to soak in the sun and enjoy the view whilst having a beer or cocktail, especially the sunset in the evening

The decor is clean and modern and the hotel is spotless. I was worried that the pool and surrounding area may get too crowded but it was perfect

Room on the third floor with Jacuzzi very much. Not hear neither the city nor the neighbors, although not enough balcony with a view. Secluded and isolated room, good for honeymoon couples, or tourists without children

Absolutely fantastic location just steps away from the amazing Venetian Harbour. The staff checked bus schedules, made arrangements to make sure we knew how to get the hotel, just great service all around

- the location is great, you are at a 20 min walk from city center - rooms - are spacious, beds are comfortable, we also had a small balcony with partial sea view - on the last floor, you have a jacuzzi where you can relax (there are certain hours when it works) and also sunbath or drink a glass of wine

After hearing how my Mom was being treated at this establishment, my nerves were greatly eased thanks to the amazing staff who did not hesitate to lend her a helping hand in assisting with her luggage at her late night checking, arranging for taxis, giving her suggestions on where to go and much more

I was arranging for my Mother's summer travel to Crete and came across this beautiful hotel. I couldn't believe how cheap the per night rate was for such a clean modernised hotel in a great location

She's 69 and was travelling on her own after many years of not being able to go abroad. My priority is to make sure everything goes smoothly, from her hotel pickup and drop off to the accommodation

I stayed here one week with two friends: the place is nice, the value for money great and the staff kind, helpful and happy to share excellent advices about what to do in Crete

Every morning we got served breakfast by the lovely Ana and Maria, so accommodating and kind. In the evening, John and Stelios served us delicious food and amazing cocktails

I feel like they gave us extra food and then they even let us view the room before we made our final decision to book it. They gave us their own personal beach towels as we headed to a nearby beach off property

The reason I am writing this review is because the staff went above and beyond to help us. They served us breakfast as they cleaned the room since we were four hours early on our check-in

They gave us complimentary dessert as we checked out and had lunch there because the food was excellent. It was just what we were looking for, as we wanted to be in the Chania city life

The room was like a large condo instead of just a normal hotel room and we even had a full kitchen and three air conditioners that made it very comfortable

We were right in the middle of the city action, as you walk out the front doors that is where all the restaurants, bars, shopping, and action takes place

This was one of our best nights stay on the trip, mainly because the city life was fun and the staff at this hotel made us feel very very welcome!!!!
