Everything, we know it was coming to the end of the season, didn't mind at all. Staff were so welcoming, cleaning lady was great just loved it. Also the food and beer was delicious. Oh and the frappe the best, we won't forget this holiday.

lovely place, with a glorious swimming pool, the staff is superb, ... the only problem was the apartment ... don't get the n.1, because the bedroom tis basically placed almost "into the reception " in front of the courtyard , ground floor , therefore no chance to keep the window open as well as the curtains, it might be a bit noisy during the night ( people and cars which come and go ) walking distance...

A wonderful place near the old town of Chania but still in a quiet street. It was very clean and comfortable, the owner was very helpful with pieces of advice since it was our firt time in Crete. Totally recommend!

Generally, staff are not on site, nor are they very helpful when you do reach them. Rooms are cleaned sparingly, and not upon request - even though the website says they are. The latching mechanism to our door was also broken, and was never addressed by the maintenance team. Making coming and going from the apartment a challenge itself. The rooms were fine, but staff proved to be a challenge.

Had a wonderful time at Chania, Nea Hora and the apartment at arcoria, Fetis was a great host, apartment close to beach and only a 10 minute walk to the Old Town, great restaurants at Nea Hora, you must try 50/50 restaurant by the small harbour lovely food and good service.

A perfectly equipped apartment located in a quiet district of the city, away from the hustle and bustle, close to the old town. Very polite and helpful owner, very welcoming and obliging. The apartment is ideal for a couple but also for a 2 + 2 family. We have already been there twice, we will be there for the third time soon. I highly recommend!

I won't stay anywhere else when I visit Chania! Rena, Socrates, Mado, and Rania have become close friends and I feel like family when I stay with them. I am not alone! Such a great place to stay! The beach is within 5 mins walking, the busy old town/city center is 17 mins away by foot, the building is safe, the room is in good standard and the hosts are wonderful and helpful. They even helped us rent a car at the cheapest price in town. You have lots of restaurants, atm's and a big supermarket nearby. Recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Chania.

Ended up staying as a result of water issue at our original booking. The crew a the Minaret was spectacular in accommodating us under short notice. In addition they saved my bacon by delivering my laptop to the airport when I had forgotten it in the room. Absolutely excellent customer service going above and beyond.

We loved our stay, we extended it twice! Katia, the property manager was warm and friendly! She answered any questions we had. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The location is great! Perfect combination of relaxation in the heart of the city. While busy tourist towns are not our thing, this hotel provided the perfect, quite, luxurious retreat. The room was beautiful, the staff super attentive and the private jacuzzi was exactly what we needed after the Samaria Gorge hike. Highly highly recommended apartment, just a 10 minute walk to the old town and harbour here in Chania. Very clean, with the lovely host Anna simply available 24 hours for any query, small or large, ready to help. Nice restaurants nearby as well. Note it is by a high street so can be a bit loud on balcony in the morning, but it shouldn't bother you indoors.

Very nice place, the room looked modern and the furniture looked new (just like in the pics). Comfy beds and loads of storage. Very friendly stuff. Water in the swimming pool was freezing cold though - colder than the sea. The place is in good location, right on the main road but slightly further back so traffic noise is not an issue (and our apartment was facing the main road). Plenty of parking

I stayed at Magia Apartments last week with my wife for our wedding anniversary. We stayed in Apartment 31 and had a sea view as promised. The room gets the sun in the afternoon and evening, so it's a lovely place to have a sundowner before heading out. Nice location right next to Nea Chora beaches and seafront restaurants. Apartments are a better choice than the studios, particularly better than the (Room 10) garden-view studio. Other studios are a better option. Very friendly owner and staff.

Disappointing The room itself was ok and location was great. Supermarket, bakery and deli was just few metres away. The hotel was not on a beach, it was further down the road and didn’t have sunbeds or any facilities. The bar/restaurant was more like a locals pub. I felt very lonely at the hotel and only ever saw someone on the day of my arrival.

Big and great. A bit frugal with kitchen utensils, we didn't cook ourselves. Lived upstairs with a partial view to the sea. Lovely with a terrace on two of the building's walls.
