Really enjoyed my stay at Pandora Suites Hotel. The location is perfect - in the heart of the old town, right on the harbour with magnificent views of the venetian lighthouse.
The cafes, restaurants and shops of the old town are just a short walk from the hotel.
The room, which was cleaned daily, was spacious and had good facilities.
Breakfast on the roof terrace was a fantastic way to start the day!
The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating.

Great hotel very close to the old port Great service The hotel offers a breakfast on the roof overlooking the harbour. It’s a good breakfast but not a lot of choice The owner holds parking spots for guests in front of the hotel We stayed in the Aphroditi room. It offers a balcony overlooking the harbour My only caution is the nightclub area is below the hotel and can be loud until late into the early hours of the morning

Beautifully restored building in old Chania. We were warmly greeted upon arrival by Juliana, and “lucky” to get the one parking spot reserved for/by the hotel. Surprisingly, basic stuff missing: no coffee machine, no laundry, no ice, no blackout curtains, sheets far too short for the bed. Every noise from room above echoed into our room. Bed light switches beyond reach. No robes. Airco remote only works from one side of the room and not from bed. Extremely mediocre breakfast, stale croissants, fruit is limited to apples and rock hard kiwi’s, and if you’re not having breakfast in first 45 minutes then there won’t be any croissants or bread left.
If you want to be in the centre of Chania’s old town, this is a great location. Be warned that the restaurants located within a short walk are significantly more pricey than those in the “New Port”, which is a 25-30 minute walk from Pandora Suites. This is a very very touristy town— far too much so for our liking.

A lovely hotel in a beautifully restored historical building by the harbour in central Chania. The decor and general ambience were in character with the style of building. A real bonus was car parking on the street right outside the hotel. A lovely breakfast was served on the roof top terrace and guests were free to use the terrace at all times of the day and evening. The staff were very very helpful and made many suggestions about places to visit. The Pandora Suites are in a perfect location and a wonderful base for exploring the delights of Crete.

An excellent option when in Chania. Location is excellent, literally a few seconds walk to the marina, with a small supermarket even closer. The hotel itself is immaculately clean, very nice rooms, superb service from all staff and a wonderful rooftop area with fantastic views! Breakfast is really good, too, although, my only feedback about this is the coffee. It really needs upgrading. Very highly recommended!

Excellent location, the personnel were very kind and the decoration of both the reception and the rooms was just amazing. The whole interior design of the building and the yard reminds you of Greece from the beginning of 20th century. The view from some rooms and the terrace , to the old Venetian port was breathtaking. Breakfast on terrace was nice because of the view and of good quality, but not with a lot av variety.
