Does better places exists? Yes Does more exclusive places exists? Yes But compared to the price for the stay its 5 stars hands down The rooms are a food size, the beds are resonable, there was 2 aircon units in our rooms making the rooms a nice 21 degress even when if was 34 outside in the shade and 50+ in the sun The room service came daily and the hotel both in the rooms and on the grounds was...

Pool area were clean and nice. Rooms, restaurants etc were clean. Could defenetely go back! Area was nice and guiet at nights. There was a lot children families

But as we had most of our food on top rated restaurant via trip advisor outside of the hotel it was not a problem for us we only had lunch on the hotel twice for the reasons above There are so many good places to eat in Agia Marina so no need to settle for pre-heated food at premium prices All in all we would come again and recommend this hotel to others

So I have given this hotel 5 stars based on value for money

Kambos Willage je velmi pěkně umístěný resort se třemi bazény obklopenými dvoupodlažními řadami apartmánů s prostorným balkonem s výhledem na bazén i moře. Klidné okolí bazénů s krásnou vodou, barem a dostatkem lehátek

Bohatá snídaně u bazénu byl velmi příjemný začátek každého dne. V okolí i u moře je spousta restaurací s příjemnou obsluhou

We had same overboiled eggs, cereal, ham, cheese and bread every morning for a week. A big advantage was fresh orange juice and hot sandwich pan though. To sum up the best two star hotel I have ever stayed at!

We visited in may so we were surounded by a very nice smell of blooming flowers. The only thing I would see as an improvement is a wider choice of food for breakfast

And the staff was extremely friendly and helpfull. The hotel does not have a restaurant or a bar but that is not an issue as there is a variety of tavernas near by

I was here a year ago. All rooms is small, but for holiday is good. One room with kitchen, AC, bed and bathroom. Owner was really helpful and hospitable. This hotel is close to the beatch and shop.

Clean, peaceful, not far from Beach, Market. But breakfast are the same all days, haven't lunch and dinner opportunities and WiFi is not perfect. It wasn't working in our room at all

Unfortunately, hotel guests "reserve" the sunbeds in the morning, so it often happened that although there was no one in the pools and around them, we still couldn't find a free sunbed

We had the most wonderful vacation in years! The hotel is spotless and well-organized, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. Our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided every day

Pools are very cold apart from one which is heated. Beach is on the doorstep but you have to pay for the beds and drinks. If you’re a white wine drinker, find something else, it’s not nice

The sea-view rooms are spacious and have a kitchenette. Their terraces open onto the hotel's beach or a small fishing port. There are also rooms overlooking the pools or the main road or in quieter corners of the hotel

The beach resort is lovely, clean and the rooms are clean and can be cleaned daily. The food is lovely but it’s the same things every night with a very small variation so does get a bit boring by day 5-6

We did use it one day and as the resort was shut there was only one other family there, only downside was we couldn’t use the shop as it had closed down for the season but the main rd is very close

Wonderful, in every way! Close to the beach, Clean sandy beach and sea. The pool area is also nice and clean. Fits for couples and families, for anyone actually. The room were big enough and the bed was very comfortable

Martin from the animation/entertainment team was great! We all really enjoyed the daily darts game! Theodora (training captain) in the buffet restaurant was amazing, my 10 month old daughter absolutely loved her

Even outside the resort the local businesses were so friendly and not pushy for sales, in fact they gave us free drinks and gifts for our children! Can not recommend this resort and the area enough!

She went out of her way every time to help us. All the staff were so friendly and lovely which made our stay extremely memorable

A marvellous understated hotel , amazing location in the town , with beautiful views. The restaurant downstairs serves breakfast. The staff can't do enough for you - lovely eggs each morning

In the evenings , they serve a selection of excellent steaks. Staff are well informed , and really on it. Our first time in Chania , but it won't be the last

Even though the harbor was very crowded and busy late into the evening we did not hear a thing. It is in a pedestrian only zone so be prepared to walk a block or so upon arrival

We absolutely loved our stay in the fabulous ceramic suite and we will be back for sure. stunning views and great bars and restaurants. if you have never been to Chania

Staff is great and very helpful. I gave the hotel a 4 for a couple of reasons. There are no additional amenities- no food, bar, pool, or rooftop terrace. Be careful which room you book

This property has ruined it for all the other hotels! Best service, the staff is beyond friendly and helpful!! You feel completely spoiled! The room was beautiful! They thought of everything to make your stay elevated!! We can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the people who work there

Amazing property! Best all inclusive food by far and staff was great! From the front desk to the be and buffet everyone was pleasure. 10-12 min drive to the Old Port and some good restaurants within walking distance

If you’re looking for a place with multiple pools and plenty of areas to hang out, look no more. We had the room with our a semi private pool as soon as you walked out the back door

The pool and dining area views are great, and there are plenty of loungers around the pool, so it’s never packed, even when the hotel is full

Me and my mum stayed here for a week. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, the food and drinks available on the all inclusive option are varied and of good quality

Great service, food, pool, location, big balconies, nice rooms. Putting a mattress with water would be great in this amazing pool. Bit noise coming from outside. Light coming inside the room needs to be improved curtains

SanSal and the employees provides exceptional service. The rooms and the view where clean and modern. The food at the pool bar was very reasonable and tasty. I will definitely be back to this hotel.

The swimming pool on the roof of the 7th floor is also very beautiful with great views. The breakfast is rich in content, and you can taste many of Crete's special snacks

Motorcycles and cars turn and accelerate here. I can't fall asleep until 12 o'clock in the evening. I can also be woken up at 5 o'clock in the morning. The noise of the accelerating car is too loud

I would especially like to mention Rena from the bar on the first floor — she truly made our stay unforgettable! Also, a big thank you to Elena, Anna, and Ioanna, who made sure every morning at breakfast was perfect and that we had everything we needed

I highly recommend that if you are coming to Crete that you look her up. Another amazing worker is Katerina. She was great to interact with. Her upbeat attitude was amazing. I really appreciate all of the staff at Kydon

We had a fantastic time at Kydon Hotel! It’s definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at so far. The location is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained

View from upper floor of the old city is stunning. Located just 5min walk from the old port which offers many restaurants and tourists shops. Very nice breakfast with many options. Valet parking is a big plus.

She is amazing at everything she does. I really appreciate her welcoming attitude. I have never been more welcomed at any other location. Being an outsider I really appreciate being involved in her day to day

The food and service are the best! Especially Rena, who works the bar. She makes the best drinks, always has a beautiful smile to greet everyone with, and willing to be helpful to those of us not from Crete.

We stayed at Samaria Hotel for four nights as a couple with a toddler, and the experience was simply wonderful. The hotel is charming with a perfect location, everything is spotless and sparkling clean

When it came to parking the valet service was amazing. again our team's hours were out of the ordinary and well outside of the staff's hours. When the team lead explained, again, the staff accommodated our needs

Rooms clean and facilities well thought out, breakfast was incredible! But the thing that made our trip was the welcome of all the staff, they couldn't do enough to accommodate us and every single team member was friendly and helpful

Food was fresh made with an amazing selection of both hot and cold options, fresh fruit was obviously cut that morning, eggs were hot, not dried out with meats and pastry options galore

It may prove difficult to get to because of it's location on a narrow, cobblestone street, but it is well worth the walk! Elevator starts on the first floor as some mentioned, but it had no bearing on us, we just dragged our luggage up one short flight of stairs - it wasn't an issue at all

The breakfasts were just great, with the most delicious freshly squeezed orange juice I have ever tasted. The rooms were spacious and well appointed ( although the bathroom handbasin was a bit "unusual!!!")

This hotel was fabulous! It was one of our best stays during our 2 weeks in Greece

The hotel room we stayed in was HUGE and overlooked the sea/lighthouse, it's in a great location on the harbor and is walking distance from everything! Anita, George and Cristina were SO accommodating, friendly, helpful and just superb hosts

right in the middle of the old town, with literally dozens of restaurants within a stone's throw. All in all a hotel to be highly recommended

As many people mentioned, rooms are not as great as on the website, however it's not a tragedy! Our double bed was huge with fresh bedding every day, the room was cleaned daily and new towels were left in the bathroom

Lots of delicious and fully-fresh variety selections of breakfast everyday

The reason I am writing this review is because the staff went above and beyond to help us. They served us breakfast as they cleaned the room since we were four hours early on our check-in

I feel like they gave us extra food and then they even let us view the room before we made our final decision to book it. They gave us their own personal beach towels as we headed to a nearby beach off property

The meal we had at the restaurant was very good and a real healthy portion. If we hadn’t found this gem so late in our holiday we would have eaten there again. Great value and the service was very good

The rooms were clean, they would change bedding regularly. When we had early excursions around 6. 30 am, Les Denis and his team would prepare early take away breakfast for us

We stay at Odos Onerion for 7 nights and had the best customer service from the friendly team. They would go out of the way to ensure we had an amazing experience

We stayed in Room 9, which we learned belonged to Captain Delfino several generations prior. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the room was beautifully decorated and in line with the history of the hotel

What truly stood out were the extra touches: arranging a private ride to Samaria Gorge even after our checkout, transferring our luggage directly to our next hotel room, and securing last-minute dinner reservations

Stayed here in 2017 but have a look every time I’m in Chania. The rooms have this insane period wood paneling which is like art. Views of Chania’s Venetian harbor are chefs kiss

They offered helpful local tips, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was preparing a delicious breakfast or recommending a hidden gem nearby, they always had our comfort in mind

The owners and staff were incredibly warm, (Georgia, Sandy, Maria to name some) welcoming, and genuinely caring by the end of our stay, it felt like we were part of the family. The hospitality was heartfelt and personal

The included breakfast was fantastic. We would come back and I can recommend this place without any hesitation. One tip was that I didn't realize you can ask them to help you with your bags and coordinate where to meet

So specious, Clean, Nice location (only 3~5mins by walk to the bus central, 10mins to the city center) Staff Samantha is very friendly. (Other staffs are also so nice, friendly too) Nothing to complain !

The location is excellent and travel is very convenient. The bus station is within a 3-minute walk. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. But the rooms facing the street are a bit noisy

They recommended the best meal we had in all of our island trip. They even provided us with beach towels when asked before visiting far beaches. Rooms had very large balcony that you can chill at

I enjoyed my stay in this cute and friendly hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet and super friendly and helpful staff. Parking is tough to find but the staff can rent you a space in their private lot for $10-20 per night

Hotel area is very convenient easy walk to old town Chania about 15 minutes. Two supermarket on either side of the hotel. Bakery ( Red Jane) is around the corner. I would like to mention the reception staff are awesome

Just a 2 minutes walk from a beach and a 7 minute walk to the center- so it's close but not too close to all the hustle and bustle of the center. Very clean hotel and beautiful rooms. Will definitely be going back again

The location is very convenient, it took us about 30 minutes, leisurely walk, to get to the Old Venetian Port, were you'll find lots of restaurants and shops. A couple of small supermarkets are just a block away

Excellent! The 24 hour staff provided us with helpful guidance with anything we requested or needed. We may opt for an ocean view next time and request a fan in the room. The rooms are clean and very modern

Lovely little B&B in the old town of Chania with waterfront balcony rooms and a very friendly staff! Really quiet and nicely redone rooms offer a great way to view the city center, or just stay all day on the balcony and watch people go by…Room 105 was ideal, and the hotel offered an excellent breakfast which they brought out to the private balcony

The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast that is included to the price is great and can keep you all day full. Everyday they change your towels and clean the room like you are new customer

This was our best vacation, this boutique hotel has the best service ever. The Staff are so so kind. The location was perfect, quiet garden, cleanest rooms ever, and beautiful breakfast in the garden. 6stars :)

The only disadvantage I can think is that is a little overpriced for what the room is, but I guess they charge the extra services that you get. I recommend to stay there for 3-4 days

Beautiful property close to airport, Old Town and Harbour. The breakfast was amazing and delivered right to your room at your specified time. We booked a room with a private pool amd the sunsets were simply breathtaking
