A small hotel built in traditional style of the island near the popular sandy beach of Kamari. Consists of two-storey buildings located in a cozy area with a large swimming pool and palm trees. The spacious rooms are decorated in a modern style. Here is a good service and a relaxed homely atmosphere. Nearby you will find many Greek taverns, bars and shops.

Stayed for a week at this lovely relaxing hotel.Nothing was too much trouble for the helpful staff who made sure you are looked after. The chef made delicious meals and the bar staff know how to make good cocktails. Nothing to complain about I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you.

Absolutely top dollar. Our room was a little small but this was totally overcome by the service, the wonderful, friendly, helpful staff and, excellent food. The staff here work so hard and go over and above all expectations.Close to the beach is a bonus too.

We stayed here for a week during a time of temperamental weather in Santorini and I think the holiday would have been complete write off if it wasn’t for wonderful staff at the Rosebay. They went above and beyond everyday for us and put so many personal touches to the service provided we were really blown away by the whole experience. The place was also immaculate, I never saw a single thing out of place. I would recommend this hotel a million times over for anyone who is looking for value for money in Santorini which from our experience is extremely difficult to find.

The hotel was one of the hotels we stayed in during our tour. It was very clean, looks like a villa. All the staff memebers were very pleasant, courteous, very helpful and accomodating. Excellent service! We loved our stay in this hotel.
The breakfast buffet was very good, with a lot of choices.
Convenient location. 13 min. walk to the bus stop. Not bad, especially if you want to choose the route by the beach. That beach route will take you around 15 min to get to the bus stop. The bus will take you to Fira, Santoroni.

Had Greek lentil soup in my room, as I had requested for a vegetarian soup. A note of appreciation to the staff as it was fresh, delicious, flavorful and tasty. Totally aromatic with bay leaves, cumin, cinnamon and regional herbs.
Later found that it is a Greek dish , highly nutritious and part of a staple Mediterranean diet.
The rooms were nice and the staff hospitable.

Great pool, although I wish it was open longer. Location is good in terms of being close to the beach, but be advised that Kamari is quite a ways from the main towns. Rooms were fairly small and the shower was not comfortable... Not having the curtain constantly hug you would be nice. The breakfast buffet was quite good, and you can order a la carte eggs, which was nice touch. Beds are OK.

The hotel is very well located and very pretty, only a block from the water. The interior courtyard is superb and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. However I would not stay here again as the rooms are outdated and very uncomfortable: they are small, the shower is in a old bath with a curtain (handheld shower connected to the bath faucet), the mattresses are uncomfortable (I guess it's a matter of taste, but they're extremely stiff),and the bed squeaks everytime you move, but the worst is really the bedding. I don't know how it is possible to get such rough and uncomfortable sheets, it felt like sand paper it was so rough.
