Lovely hotel the staff are very friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend this hotel. Lots of choice for breakfast.

Absolutely top dollar. Our room was a little small but this was totally overcome by the service, the wonderful, friendly, helpful staff and, excellent food. The staff here work so hard and go over and above all expectations.Close to the beach is a bonus too.

We stayed here for a week during a time of temperamental weather in Santorini and I think the holiday would have been complete write off if it wasn’t for wonderful staff at the Rosebay. They went above and beyond everyday for us and put so many personal touches to the service provided we were really blown away by the whole experience. The place was also immaculate, I never saw a single thing out of place. I would recommend this hotel a million times over for anyone who is looking for value for money in Santorini which from our experience is extremely difficult to find.

The hotel was one of the hotels we stayed in during our tour. It was very clean, looks like a villa. All the staff memebers were very pleasant, courteous, very helpful and accomodating. Excellent service! We loved our stay in this hotel.
The breakfast buffet was very good, with a lot of choices.
Convenient location. 13 min. walk to the bus stop. Not bad, especially if you want to choose the route by the beach. That beach route will take you around 15 min to get to the bus stop. The bus will take you to Fira, Santoroni.

Had Greek lentil soup in my room, as I had requested for a vegetarian soup. A note of appreciation to the staff as it was fresh, delicious, flavorful and tasty. Totally aromatic with bay leaves, cumin, cinnamon and regional herbs.
Later found that it is a Greek dish , highly nutritious and part of a staple Mediterranean diet.
The rooms were nice and the staff hospitable.

reasonable price, quite convenient facility and location, well-trained staff.
i really appreciate for the service smile of reception. they r so helpful and always keep smile even they r so busy and our group made some trouble to them, especially long hair lady reception.

Great pool, although I wish it was open longer. Location is good in terms of being close to the beach, but be advised that Kamari is quite a ways from the main towns. Rooms were fairly small and the shower was not comfortable... Not having the curtain constantly hug you would be nice. The breakfast buffet was quite good, and you can order a la carte eggs, which was nice touch. Beds are OK.

The hotel is very well located and very pretty, only a block from the water. The interior courtyard is superb and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. However I would not stay here again as the rooms are outdated and very uncomfortable: they are small, the shower is in a old bath with a curtain (handheld shower connected to the bath faucet), the mattresses are uncomfortable (I guess it's a matter of taste, but they're extremely stiff),and the bed squeaks everytime you move, but the worst is really the bedding. I don't know how it is possible to get such rough and uncomfortable sheets, it felt like sand paper it was so rough.

We stayed at Rose Bay for 11 days and were very impressed with the service received, meals were excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful the rooms were very clean and tidy. If you like low flying aircraft this is the place for you although we were not troubled. We would highly recommend this place.
