Kyriaki Hotel

5 minutes from the beach. 6 minute bus ride or a 40 minute Wallin along the beach to get to Chania Old Town - location was great for us.

The owner is very friendly and accommodating as well as genuine.
The beds were very comfortable, daily room service. Refrigerator works very good which apparently is rare we have come to encounter. Room was nice and clean and a large balcony was also avaliable. Aircondition worked well and we were happy with it. The hotel has a decent sized swimming pool as well as a bar. We didn't use it as we always prefer the beach, that's a personal choice. We were treated very well by the staff and it was nice and quiet. We were satisfied with the price and what we got for it aswell.

Kyriaki hotel is a wonderful family establishment ran by very authentic, genuine and friendly hosts. The main host is a very charismatic and approachable guy who helped us with absolutely everything we asked for.

We didn't try any of the food they were offering at the restaurant but we did enjoy the drinks at the bar a lot. The bartender was also very wholesome and kind. In summary, we had a taste of Greek hospitality where the communication is like talking to distant family members.

The location is 10 mins away from Chania with a car, 15 with a bus and 35 by walking. We personally walked everytime because we enjoyed the waterfront path just make sure you either have a good phone battery for the flashlight or get yourself a headlamp. The bus stop is very close (5min walk).

The beaches nearby were probably the best we saw near Chania and there are several good taverns.

The pool was big enough and there's plenty of sunbeds around. The garden is massive and very well maintained.

Many other reviews state they had issues with the AC but we personally did not experience such a problem but also did not use it too much. We also didn't rely on the WiFi. They clean the rooms everyday. The beds were also very comfortable.

Beautiful swimming pool complex with separate shallow kiddies pool and higher up a jacuzzi pool with glimpses of the white mountains. Main pool depth 1.3m to 2.3m.
Covered but open sided seating area where breakfast and snacks are served. Surrounded by olives, bougainvillea and other lovely Cretean trees and plants.
Located just a 5 minutes walk to the sea and adjacent to the the best restaurant in Chania, the Sterna.

A lovely quiet family run hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a fridge. A lovely pool area,though the jacuzzi pool was not working while we were there. The staff were great,friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We had a great time and would recommend.

Great staff, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is clean and good size. There is a great restaurant across the street. The beach is a few minutes away and a bus stop to Chania is also very close.

We were 2 Friends (2 Guys) and we found Kyriaki hotel spontaneously and booked 6 nights there!
It is a family hotel, and this family is amazing. They are very kind people and they were really helpful. They made sure that we had everything we needed and they were also very helpful in matters outside the hotel! We got to know them and after only two days we already felt at home, as if we were part of the family.
The location of the hotel couldn’t be any better. It’s about 4 mins walk to the beach, and it’s located exactly between Chania City, Agia Marina and Platanias.

U could take the bus to get everywhere, bit to Chania City we always took a Taxi, it’s about 10 mins drive and costs only 10€!
We really loved the Pool area and we highly recommend the Pizza at the Poolbar! It was better than the ones u get in the pizza places :D

(-) We would’ve liked some Pingpong/Pool Table at the Pool area !

Great value for money. Owner is very nice and helpful. Has 3 swimming pools and one of them for kids. Great location. I think it's one of the best ones around the area.
