Where you get your room in the hotel matters. A lot. At first when we arrived we got rooms that didn't look anything like the pictures in the hotel's website. Our sea view room was on the ground floor with the smallest balcony of all sea view rooms, and the actual sea view was mainly blocked by a restaurant and parked cars. The craziest thing however was, the room literally didn't have a single power...

Very clean, ood beds, very friendly staff, at last the majority of them, and all working in restaurants, cleaning and so on very friendly. The fact that many rooms are under ground level is not mentioned any where, we først received one of those rooms, and request a better room. Next day we were givende the oppertunity to chose between two rooms. Do they did in deed try to satisfy us.

My boyfriend and I decided to go to this 5-star hotel for a week in August. We especially enjoyed the food at the buffets & restaurants in the hotel - the quality is definitely superior than in other hotels we've been to in Greece. Very conveniently located this resort has its own private beach and makes it an amazing place for a great vacation. Where do I even start, we loved everything here. The hotel is connected through a private bridge to another property of theirs which takes you directly to the beach. My husband and I just spent four days here for our 30th anniversary. We walked down the beach and saw other resorts, nothing compares. Everything is uncrowded and first class. The employees were amazingly helpful and nice and the food was truly delicious. We highly recommend it! Minoa Palace is everything you could ask for in a Cretan resort: beautiful well kept grounds with 3 or 4 pools, multiple bars and restaurants and its own beach with umbrellas and beds. Very well behaved international crowd, mostly from Northern and Eastern Europe. Everybody is very much to themselves, but courteous and polite. Staff is great, especially the front desk. We had a very nice stay here. The rooms are clean and with good working airconditioning. They clean it on regular base. The Pool is very nice and clean and the garden looks very neet en maintaind. 5 stars for the garderner. Good breakfast as well.

Very good price for what you get. Outdoor/pool area is amazing and well worth it. Great location and less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Apartments are clean and spacious with great air conditioning.

Really nice hotel. Friendly personell, delicious breakfast, nice pool. Room is clean and the A/C works really good. You can book trips to tourist attractions at the reception.

Stayed for a week last summer and I have nothing to complain about! Had an amazing breakfast buffet and bar menu. The staff was very pleasant. One day it was a lot of fun with a Greek evening where we were able to see Greek dancing, music and food. Highly recommend

Nice hotel lots of bars and food places food is of a good quality at the buffet the entertainment was decent particularly the watch man show beach is clean with lots of loungers the pools have good amount of loungers one complaint the there wasn't many signs telling you where toilets were so it was a case of finding them

The staff and food were amazing. We all sat at the pool and the football coaches were amazing. And the beach was lovely at night, the bar staff were having a good time especially at the pool bar near beach at night and the singer was absolutely outstanding he sang in English which wasn't his 1st language he spoke Dutch, French and English which he spoke him and he was brilliant at guitar singing songs...

We have just returned from a week stay and we had the best time! All the staff from the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful! The restaurant staff were so welcoming and the kids looked forward to dinner time immensely! They loved the games room and all the activities around the hotel! We played tennis and golf! Exceeded my expectations. We arrived late at night at the hotel and were very well received by Nikos who gave all the necessary attention and even with the late check in the hotel offered us a snack. Friendly Hotel. The Hotel is located directly at the beach so you can choose and switch easily between pool and see. Personal is always friendly and willing to help. Very nice holiday.

The hotel was great. Good location , very clean, pleasant place. The staff is super kind, they will pay attention in your requests, give you great tips about what to do, where to eat. They can book your tours. Only good things to say about them.

It can’t get any better than this. Rooms are perfect, with central air (not common in Greece), very clean. The pool is amazing. Across the street there is a park, and 2’ walking from there, you’ll find a nice beach. There is also a bus stop right outside the property. The staff is so nice! This place is worth every penny.

A variety of lovely clean pools. Rooms were spacious and clean with two separate sofa beds for our two children. Big variety of food available at each meal and from the daytime snack bar.

Basic holiday accomodation with very clean and spacious rooms. Nice pool area and staff was friendly. Would have got 4 or 5 stars if not for the food and drinks were of satisfying quality. All inclusive beer, wine and drinks not good. Overall a good place to stay.

Excellent hotel! The rooms spacious with a lovely view of the pool, we could sit outside and relax or swim. 1 minute for the beach. Also the windows were soundproof so no matter the noise or music outside, the rooms were peaceful

We spent four days in the hotel at the end of the season. Accomodations ware great, food is good and the stuff gave us a home like fealing. We rented the big room with jacuzzi and it was great. (A little too big for a couple)

A solid 4 star hotel by virtue of their friendly and hardworking staff. I stayed in a suite at this resort hotel over 10 days. The hotel has most of the facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The bed not too comfortable and the shower is quite weak and their old water tank still gives hot and cold water cycles. So your shower will constantly turn hot and cold which is pretty annoying...

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Very nice staff. A great pool area and bar, directly at the beach. Surrounded by nice Restaurants nearby, a little bit further up the hill.

We stayed there for our honeymoon for 7 days, and it was INCREDIBLE! Beautiful resort with everything you need, friendly staff, delicious delicious food! We booked the Executive Suite, it is two stories with a hot tub and a big balcony overlooking the pool and sea. I have to highlight how polite and nice the staff were. Highly recommended!

Beautiful resort with board (breakfast and dinner). The first front desk employee was great and very helpful. Our room (junior suite) was spacious. The front desk employee in the morning of our departure was not helpful, but she didn't mar the overall experience.

We left Geraniotis today 17 June 2023. This hotel was just perfect! All staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was nice and spacious. Big and comfy bed, massive wardrobe, living room with 2 big sofas, TV with plenty of channels, mini kitchen (which we did not use much cause we had all-inclusive). Big balcony with table and chairs, and a big bathroom. Both rooms (bedroom & living room) had ceiling...

A family run, well oiled machine. Great food and service ian all their facilities. The staff are profficien in english, some in german, norwegian, spanisk and italian. A quiet, beautifil resort worth a try :P

I am very happy to stay in this wonderful place. In addition to the undoubtedly great views, food, rooms and weather, I was also delighted with the hotel staff, restaurant staff, physiotherapy lady and reception staff - especially Mrs. Sofia. We were here 10.2021. Room was fine, I liked general arrangement of hotel, where rooms are modelled as small houses. Pool bar was awesome, same for food included in all inclusive. The best vacation so far :)

Hotel by the sea. Food is nice and service is good. Don't drink Raki if you don't like moonshine.
