Excellent service from Nikos at the beach bar, always had a smile and checking if things were ok. Spent everyday at the beach and paying for sunbeds is ok, then they are ours all day

Whether it's enjoying a quiet morning coffee by the sea, laughing over a delicious meal, or watching the kids play in the pool, every moment here is a treasure

The resort grounds are very beautiful! The beach area is nicely kept, from there you can see breathtaking sunrises & sunsets

Since not everything is perfect, towards the end of our stay, the room next door got occupied and I could hear them being intimate, so thin the walls are! The cleaning lady filled the shower gel container with water, and did not refill the lotion

The breakfast was good but I was told I could not take my coffee out from the breakfast area - whatever we had had to be consumed there. Bearing in mind the pool can literally be 5 steps away from the breakfast area

When we checked out however the receptionist only asked for me to pay thr €10 tax ( no problem) and did nothing else. Noticeably not asking if we had enjoyed our stay etc etc

I think this may be to dissuade any guests taking the inclusive breakfast foods outside of the restaurant - I don't know - but not very 5* to have such ridiculous rules

I had to send this back - they did not them charge me for this. I just would expect the food to be of much higher quality - to match the environment

Also, there are a lot of activities for kids - kids club, including some activities for while family, playground, playroom, etc. So really recommended for families

I advise families with children, you will not regret it. There are always free sunbeds on the sea and near the pool. The food is excellent and varied. The rooms are decent, no complaints

Everything was really really good. Food is great, always a good choice, maybe not that big choice like in Egypt/Turkey hotels, but the quality is much better

it was a really good and relaxing stay. The hotel is located in a nice place, low and nice buildings with a lot of pools and access to the beach and sea

Very nice staff everywhere; and here special thanks to Inna from animation team - daughter loved her and it was superb. Also, I definitely like their sustainability policy in all aspects

Choice of drinks in all-inclusive package is not so big, but I'd say it's enough. Pools are clean and water is warm

Amazing hotel for families. The new rooms look great. Stayed in a 3-room apt. Very spacious and huge balcony. We’re definitely coming back. Playground is pretty cool and was a favourite amongst our kids.

Stayed here for the last week of the season and have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Staff are lovely, food was great choice and resort was well kept. Def recommend this place :)

The food was delicious, our room was very clean, a very spacious bathroom, comfortable and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Would recommend Sirios Village to anyone!

Dishes at the restaurant are diverse, with cuisines from all over the world, and they are all delicious. The hotel is not too crowded, which I liked very much

What an amazing resort! We have been travelling around Europe for the past 7 weeks and this was our final stop. It was the perfect way to end our vacation

Everything is on site making it perfect for those who are willing just to chill: there's a shop, a pool, sauna and SPA

Nice hotel in Platanias, very close to the beach. The restaurant is next to the beach, you can also overlook the Playground for the kids. There is a great "greek night" with dinner and show once a week

Cons: The beds are a bit to hard for me, as I could feel the springs into my skinny back

Drinks in the hotel bar are way overpriced paid 8€ for a cocktail that was served in a juice cup and was less than half full! In saying that accommodation is adequate, location is good as it's close to everything and bus service to Chania is brilliant at 2

Nice area, clean, wonderful Beach for small children too. Great breakfast in the restaurant. Wonderful view to the sea.

Of the 10 nights we only had dinner twice in the hotel as the food was not of a good standard, this added extra costs to our holiday as we had to pay for dinner elsewhere

The wines list was comprehensive with some superb local and Greek wines, backed up by knowledgeable staff who knew what they were talking about and always had a recommendation

The food at Domes Chania was excellent for all meals, but Dinner was outstanding

Our stay here was for our “Mini-moon” a short stay away after we got married, which we were accommodated for, had some lovely welcoming gifts and some chocolates, flowers and love heart roses on the bed

There was an outdoor gym area also located by Topos which I didn’t get to use but the equipment looked decent. It was sporadic once you stepped outside your room even on the private terrace

This is our third visit to a Domes resort. All visits have been in luxurious facilities, in private areas. Which is what we wanted in our visits

All details of this place have been thoroughly made to match the natural setting. Perfect view from the rooms, good massage at the spa, and outdoors and indoors gym open 24 hours, just enough for basic exercise

We arrived a few days before the start of the holiday season so were disappointed that the on site "Waves Restautant" was closed for dinner for the full 10 days despite their banner advertising the restaurant at the entrance to the hotel

I have nothing negative to say, it is such a great place, excellent service, professional cleaning service, good restaurant, brilliant cocktail bar, very friendly staff, alot of activities to do close by and good rooms with the essentials

The rooms were spacious and clean, beds very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location brilliant, very central on the main road and on the bus route, and near the Platanias bus stop

Area very safe and secure, happy to walk around even late at night. Lots of excellent restaurants and shops very nearby, within easy walking distance. Little 'train trips' very worth doing

If you have a family, it's a great place for you. The beach was RIGHT there! Clean, safe and beautiful. The sea was stunning, you could see the seabed through the water. Lots of activities for kids, day and evening

The food was also very good, breakfast and all. About 35-40 minutes to Chania by bus. You can also rent a car to travel to other parts of the island

750 euros for 7 nights with breakfast, 2 rooms apartment with a balcony and an equipped kitchenette (microwave electric stove fridge coffee machine boiler plates cups forks. Daily cleaning except for Sunday

The rooms (our was a superior studio for 3 people) are quite spacious, bathrooms clean and well kept. The only downside was poor wifi in the room, however, it works better in the pool area

We were the first guests in the season 2021 and enjoyed the pool by ourselves. We changed the position of 2 beds and hope Christos and the cleaning lady were not angry

Lovely hotel. Christoff the owner couldn't do enough for us. He put on a BBQ in the evening for us. He even sorted out a birthday cake for my boyfriend. Hotel is spotless aswell. Can't wait to go back.

I stayed here for 10 days, what i liked most about the hotel is that it's close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkeds, training area! And not to forget that the hotel manger and the staff were angles, i'll definitely come again

The hotel has a very peaceful vibe and warm feeling provided by the exquisite care of the owners - Christos and his wife. The pool area and the view from our room was quite appealing and lovely

Stayed for a week last summer and I have nothing to complain about! Had an amazing breakfast buffet and bar menu. One day it was a lot of fun with a Greek evening where we were able to see Greek dancing, music and food

Lovely staff, stayed here for 5 nights and they were very helpful. All the breakfast reviews weren't jokes. it really is as good as they say. Breakfast tables in the garden so you have a great view of the pool

Very good price for what you get. Outdoor/pool area is amazing and well worth it. Great location and less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Apartments are clean and spacious with great air conditioning.

The rooms are clean and with good working airconditioning. They clean it on regular base. The Pool is very nice and clean and the garden looks very neet en maintaind

Perfect place for a family holiday, the hotel on the first line, 20 meters from the beautiful sea, the magnificent sandy beach

We had a nice spacey room with sea view. We stayed there for one night, which was quite expensive, but for a family with kids this is definitely a place to visit. Very good bathroom and shower and good quality beds.

Quiet hotel with helpful staff, all our requests were quickly fulfilled, despite the fact that it is a three star hotel

The beach is the gravel type!!! We had to travel 8 km towards Chania everyday where is sandy beach and calm water!!!

We just spend 2 weeks at the hotel the staff was absolutely amazing and so friendly Stella, Katarina at the bar and at the restaurant was so kind all the other waiter was amazing the cleaning staff EVERYBODY WAS so kind, the hotel is close to the beach and there is so many shops I will definitely recommend this place and see u all soon again

Nice and clean. Decent morning buffet. All inclusive not worth it. Close to a myriad of decently priced restaurants with everything from burgers to local Greek cousine. Friendly staff and right at the beach.

Pleasant "on the beach" location, and a fine Hotel. No disturbing traffic or nightlife. Close to the shops at the city center.

The breakfast area is lovely next to the pool or the roof terrace which over looks the beach, it’s a nice way to start off the day. It’s just off the Main Street but is so quiet. The staff can’t do enough for you

Nice pool-area with a good variety of drinks and food in the bar&restaurant. Drinks come very quick after order in restaurant. Food also come quite fast, despite many people in the restaurant

Very close to 3 beaches and a bus stop that leads to Chania. Food was wonderful and staff is very kind and friendly. Rooms are small but they have everything you need. For the price you pay you get a great deal

Friendly and service minded staff. Wi-Fi was a bit slow but fine compared to other places on Crete. Ok Continental breakfast with little specialities. Dinner buffet was fine but not amazing

You will eat better at the local restaurant or in Chania. It’s possible to walk to Chania aprox. Agia apostoli is a fine base for exploring Chania and north/west Crete

The hotel as is ok. We had an apartment below grund which was ok big, but not very cosy. Cleaning was meh, but the people were very nice. Perfect pool for the whole family is one extra star.

Perfect location,amazing large updated rooms,very clean,excellent breakfast with many different options every day,the pool is fantastic very large and clean,option to rent a car (we did and the car was a brand new Toyota Yaris)and value of money for what you get,and the most important the manager of the hotel Niko is very friendly and helpful for what ever you need about the accommodation and also...

They welcomed us and gave ice-cold water, that was beneficial :D We had a car all the time, but we can say the complex is stated on a hill, so be prepared for a little hike, especially from the beach and main road

600 meters from the beach, and it is very close to numerous taverns with delicious local food. It is also a nice starting point for car trips. I’m sure we’re going to come back the next time we’ll be in Crete

Very well-administrated complex, we can totally recommend it! Garden, swimming pool and a whole space around hotel in overall is cleaned everyday, same with rooms. You can see that the staff cares :)

Great place to be. Really my first small hotel and what a charm to live in. Breakfast was delicious. They offer car rental as well, no hustle and fair price. Cannot recommend enough.

We stayed there for our honeymoon for 7 days, and it was INCREDIBLE! Beautiful resort with everything you need, friendly staff, delicious delicious food! We booked the Executive Suite, it is two stories with a hot tub and a big balcony overlooking the pool and sea

We spent four days in the hotel at the end of the season. Accomodations ware great, food is good and the stuff gave us a home like fealing. We rented the big room with jacuzzi and it was great

Nice, friendly and easy. Good location close to everything. Nice view from the balcony. Not crowded when we visited in May. Don't forget ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.
