The staff work so hard to cater for everything you need and want. Special thanks to Nick from the entertainment team and Grigoris from the catering team. Everyone was great but these two made it that more special

Lovely hotel. Everything you need.We went all inclusive. Huge selection of nice food available every meal. Lots of variety. Beautiful location. Literally metres from the beach. Would definitely stay again

The best experience we ever had. Went for 3nights and 4 days tour and loved every bit of the amazing experience. All inclusive food was amazing as well as the hotel staff. Would love to visit again.

Excellent service from Nikos at the beach bar, always had a smile and checking if things were ok. Spent everyday at the beach and paying for sunbeds is ok, then they are ours all day

Whether it's enjoying a quiet morning coffee by the sea, laughing over a delicious meal, or watching the kids play in the pool, every moment here is a treasure

The resort grounds are very beautiful! The beach area is nicely kept, from there you can see breathtaking sunrises & sunsets

Since not everything is perfect, towards the end of our stay, the room next door got occupied and I could hear them being intimate, so thin the walls are! The cleaning lady filled the shower gel container with water, and did not refill the lotion

The breakfast was good but I was told I could not take my coffee out from the breakfast area - whatever we had had to be consumed there. Bearing in mind the pool can literally be 5 steps away from the breakfast area

When we checked out however the receptionist only asked for me to pay thr €10 tax ( no problem) and did nothing else. Noticeably not asking if we had enjoyed our stay etc etc

I think this may be to dissuade any guests taking the inclusive breakfast foods outside of the restaurant - I don't know - but not very 5* to have such ridiculous rules

I had to send this back - they did not them charge me for this. I just would expect the food to be of much higher quality - to match the environment

Also, there are a lot of activities for kids - kids club, including some activities for while family, playground, playroom, etc. So really recommended for families

I advise families with children, you will not regret it. There are always free sunbeds on the sea and near the pool. The food is excellent and varied. The rooms are decent, no complaints

Everything was really really good. Food is great, always a good choice, maybe not that big choice like in Egypt/Turkey hotels, but the quality is much better

it was a really good and relaxing stay. The hotel is located in a nice place, low and nice buildings with a lot of pools and access to the beach and sea

Very nice staff everywhere; and here special thanks to Inna from animation team - daughter loved her and it was superb. Also, I definitely like their sustainability policy in all aspects

Choice of drinks in all-inclusive package is not so big, but I'd say it's enough. Pools are clean and water is warm

The main point - food was absolutely amazing! There was nothing we didn’t like and we are picky eaters. Loads of choices from meat, fish, veggie, and seasoned perfectly. The local corner was our favourite

We’ve searched for this year holiday for 6 months because one bad review put us off. But decided to spend this year at Caldera and that was the best decision ever

We got the room at the lowest ground which was a bit dark but travelling with a toddler was very handy as we weren’t woken up at the sunrise 😅 and the bushes around the balcony (we complained about them at first) turned out to be very handy at evenings when we sat there during heavy wind

When we landed at the hotel there was an issue with our room so we got moved to the sister hotel over the road for one night which was fine, then they gave us a free massage and late check out also for the inconvenience which wasn't really an issue

We also got use of both hotels bars and restaurants, this was great as we didn't even complain about anything. The massage was fantastic, the food was unbelievable such a massive amount of selections

We got a bus for 20mins about 2euro each to old town and the harbour was beautiful 😍 The rooms were deep cleaned daily which was great 👍 the staff were all pleasant. Overall I'd go back yes but want to try more places

The owner is very kind and gave us a helpful advice regarding the area and places to see during our day. I would recommend this place to anyone, looking for peaceful vacation in Greece

We have been in Oscar Suites for a week. The location is super nice and the apartments are also very good. It's nice they have two pools and a fitness. The employees are very very nice and helpful

The hotel located in the very nice area, the beach is just across the street and there are a lot of great restaurants around

If you needed anything they were there happy to assist. made such a fuss over our little girl that she wants to move to Greece now, very family welcoming

Very welcoming owner and hotel at all. It’s situated in the centre of Agia Marina

The rooms maybe a but outdated but that is in no way an issue when you consider free parking, free air conditioning, decent breakfast and a wonderful service. Definitely choose these folks

The hotel as is ok. We had an apartment below grund which was ok big, but not very cosy. Cleaning was meh, but the people were very nice. Perfect pool for the whole family is one extra star.

We stayed there for our honeymoon for 7 days, and it was INCREDIBLE! Beautiful resort with everything you need, friendly staff, delicious delicious food! We booked the Executive Suite, it is two stories with a hot tub and a big balcony overlooking the pool and sea

We spent four days in the hotel at the end of the season. Accomodations ware great, food is good and the stuff gave us a home like fealing. We rented the big room with jacuzzi and it was great

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Very nice staff. A great pool area and bar, directly at the beach. Surrounded by nice Restaurants nearby, a little bit further up the hill.

Beautiful resort with board (breakfast and dinner). The first front desk employee was great and very helpful. Our room (junior suite) was spacious

Nice, friendly and easy. Good location close to everything. Nice view from the balcony. Not crowded when we visited in May. Don't forget ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Regular cleaning and functioning AC. What makes me lower my rating was the bitter attitude from the staff and the route you had to take to get to the restaurant/beach

All-inclusive was perfect with a great variety of foods and drinks (hats off to the chefs). Pool bar was the best at evenings with bartender Mr

We were here 10.2021. Room was fine, I liked general arrangement of hotel, where rooms are modelled as small houses. Pool bar was awesome, same for food included in all inclusive. The best vacation so far :)

We left Geraniotis today 17 June 2023. This hotel was just perfect! All staff were super friendly and helpful

Big and comfy bed, massive wardrobe, living room with 2 big sofas, TV with plenty of channels, mini kitchen (which we did not use much cause we had all-inclusive). Big balcony with table and chairs, and a big bathroom

A family run, well oiled machine. Great food and service ian all their facilities. The staff are profficien in english, some in german, norwegian, spanisk and italian. A quiet, beautifil resort worth a try :P

Nice hotel in Platanias, very close to the beach. The restaurant is next to the beach, you can also overlook the Playground for the kids. There is a great "greek night" with dinner and show once a week

Cons: The beds are a bit to hard for me, as I could feel the springs into my skinny back

Drinks in the hotel bar are way overpriced paid 8€ for a cocktail that was served in a juice cup and was less than half full! In saying that accommodation is adequate, location is good as it's close to everything and bus service to Chania is brilliant at 2

Of the 10 nights we only had dinner twice in the hotel as the food was not of a good standard, this added extra costs to our holiday as we had to pay for dinner elsewhere

Located very close to platanias city centre and right next to the sea. The hotel is built Cozy and easy to access sea and swimming pool

We arrived a few days before the start of the holiday season so were disappointed that the on site "Waves Restautant" was closed for dinner for the full 10 days despite their banner advertising the restaurant at the entrance to the hotel

I have nothing negative to say, it is such a great place, excellent service, professional cleaning service, good restaurant, brilliant cocktail bar, very friendly staff, alot of activities to do close by and good rooms with the essentials

The rooms were spacious and clean, beds very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location brilliant, very central on the main road and on the bus route, and near the Platanias bus stop

Area very safe and secure, happy to walk around even late at night. Lots of excellent restaurants and shops very nearby, within easy walking distance. Little 'train trips' very worth doing

Hotel apt was clean and comfortable and staff is alwas nice and ready to help. Be aware the beach is not for children , it is really deep right after you step in the water

Excellent food in the restaurant, a lot of dietary dishes for children, a variety of the diet were changed every day. Two nice pools with sea views. All the amenities in a walking distance. Will definitely go here again!

Perfect place for a family holiday, the hotel on the first line, 20 meters from the beautiful sea, the magnificent sandy beach

We had a nice spacey room with sea view. We stayed there for one night, which was quite expensive, but for a family with kids this is definitely a place to visit. Very good bathroom and shower and good quality beds.

Quiet hotel with helpful staff, all our requests were quickly fulfilled, despite the fact that it is a three star hotel

The beach is the gravel type!!! We had to travel 8 km towards Chania everyday where is sandy beach and calm water!!!

Nice hotel, excellent placed by the sea. Only missed aircon in the gym, otherwise everything was perfectly fittet for a couples vacation, or a family trip with older children as well

We broke our never return rule for the Blue Dome. It really does have everything we want. Every room within a 2 minute walk of the beach

My complaints about this hotel are mainly due to the staff and bar/restaurant amenities. Everything at the hotel, including the pool, bar, restaurant, lobby, everything, is completely shut down by 9pm

The staff shut down the food service earlier than was posted with no notice. The bar stopped servings snacks/food by 3:30pm

While it was a great location and family friendly, I don't know if we would return due to the food/bar service issues

The great staff is very service minded, and great rooms with an amazing atmosphere. The place is located just a few meters from the beach whereas the hotel have their own place with different options for beach beds

Cute aparthotel on the beach, simple furnished rooms but very comfortable and clean. Amazing staff and great prices for the drinks. I felt very welcomed and relaxed there, will definitely return!

If you are looking for a nice place to explore the island of Crete, this is definitely the best one! Excellent central location - it is very convenient and close to everything (bus stop, beach, main street with restaurants)

Taxi transfer can be arranged from the Chania airport. Sparkling cleanliness - the room was cleaned every day perfectly and smelled nicely refreshing. Pool area - very clean, well maintained and pleasant to stay

Nice affordable all inclusive hotel to stay in Crete. We especially enjoyed interaction&welcoming from the staff working afternoon-evening shift. The split level apartment was nice & comfy with 2 full bathrooms
