Had a lovely 11 days here. Very friendly, helpful staff, we had an issue which was sorted out to our satisfaction. Two nice swimming pools, never overcrowded, always got loungers. Well located hotel run by an excellent team who delivered friendly & efficient service. Immaculately clean with good facilities. We stayed in the new buildings to the rear where we found our room was spacious with new good quality fixtures and fittings.

Service was good. Not 24/7 but when it was open it was on point. Verry helpful. Our room was nice and we had a greta view from or beach front room, Kitchen in room had all the things we needed. Peaceful hotel, right next to the beach, with own sunbeds and umbrellas. The owners were friendly and very helpful in all manners: they helped in organizing our trips to Knossos/Heraklion, Elafonisi, etc. Upon arrival we received all the information what we needed, but we got recommendations as well, when we asked for. I would come back next time, too, and would highly recommend to others as well.

Location was ideal as it was close to shops, bus stop and a stones throw away from the beach. The place was clean and neat when we arrived. The staff is very friendly and always helped me with my requests. The hotel is near a wonderful beach and a bus stop right in front going to Chania. The are so many options to take any activity or tour from this hotel, in good prices. Excellent room cleanliness, beautiful view from our room and very comfortable bed. Nice beach hotel for families just outside Chania Decent hotel, next to a nice beach, just outside of Chania. Clean and proper rooms, ours with a terrace facing the sea, views only partly distracted but the hotel itself and the road just next to it. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Rooms are close to each other, small pool (2 pools), so it gets a bit crowdy and “loud”.

Forum Suites is a nice hotel with a good location near the beach. The rooms are great with a small tea kitchen and fridge. The pool is lovely. The restaurant is really good with great breakfast and dinner and good service. The breakfast bags that you get if you leave before 8 am do not match the rest of the service. They cost the same as a full breakfast and they are a joke. So great room for improvement...

Iolkos was extremely clean and our room was very spacious. It is just a short walk from a beautiful beach, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay near Chania!

We are not guests at this hotel, we were on a walk around 9pm and stumbled across this little gem, live music and very lively. Made to feel welcome and had the best cocktails of our holiday, you don't have to lift a finger the staff bring drinks to your table round the pool area and you settle up once you leave. Definitely worth a visit the staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you.

The bar is nice with occasional live music. You can have cocktails and some standard drinks such as wine and beer. It is not a huge selection but okay.

Hotel is quite small but its only plus in this case. Staff are very nice and helpfull. Car rental via reception went very smoothly without any issues. Large apartment, it just lacks shutters in the room, because to see whoever sleeps there on the sofa is not great, thanks to mat impossible. The apartment has a good location (near the beach, bus stop, two supermarkets and the sea is a 5-minute walk away). There is a washing machine on the top floor that you can use. For the price we paid, it was generally good. On the downside, during our 9 night stay, they changed our bed linen and towels several times and never washed the floor. The kitchen is missing a frying pan.

We loved our stay. Actually, the previous time we were in Chania we also stayed at Emma's, which speaks for itself. The apartments are specious, well equipped, cool. The pool is great for the kids and the bar with food is so convenient.

Wery cosy apartment hotel with a pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good, just 100m to beach, a small shop around the corner and bigger markets 15 min walk away. The breakfast seems to be quite rudimentary, but the rooms have a fully equipped kitchen, so you can make your own breakfast.

Very nice accommodation, cleaned daily, very quiet. All the staff very friendly especially the cleaner Maria and the gardener. Would’ve been nice to have a chance for a firmer and thinner pillow. The pillows in the closet were the same as the ones in bed.

The restaurants head waiter is very kind and polite. As we arrived midnight after 15h travel, we did not have any toilet paper until next day. Luckily we survived. Would have been nice to apologize immidiately and offer some extra as a kind gesture. Just returned from 14 nights in Despina Apartments, our third time, nothing is too much trouble for George, the apartments are spotless, attended to by Valentino, and the surrounding area, by George. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and shops all along the main road, and a short walk to the beach with sunbeds and shades. We are looking to go back again next year and highly recommend this complex

We had a lovely week's stay and were looked after by our host George. The apartments are close to the beach and are various spacious inside and are spotlessly clean. George was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and gave us some great tips in terms of places to go. If we come back to Crete, we would definitely come back and stay at Despina Studios again. We had a delightful stay in a wonderful clean, spacious and cool (air conditioned) suite with spectacular views of the coast. Breakfast by the pool was excellent, and the restaurants on the beach just 5 mins walk away were superb. The host and staff were extremely nice and could not have been more friendly and helpful. Been here 4 or 5 times now and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else when visiting Platanias. Great hosts, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very nice pool area, including a small one for the kids. Highly recommended!
