Wonderful, in every way! Close to the beach, Clean sandy beach and sea. The pool area is also nice and clean. Fits for couples and families, for anyone actually. The room were big enough and the bed was very comfortable. Very good room service. Food was great too. Special thanks to George and Xanthi at the pool bar! You guys are amazing and unforgettable ❤😍

Hotel apt was clean and comfortable and staff is alwas nice and ready to help. Be aware the beach is not for children , it is really deep right after you step in the water. The beach is the gravel type!!! We had to travel 8 km towards Chania everyday where is sandy beach and calm water!!!

If you are there more than 7 days you will get tired of the breakfastbuffé let alone 7 days the juice ia barely juice and tastes very synthetic. We had a nice spacey room with sea view. We stayed there for one night, which was quite expensive, but for a family with kids this is definitely a place to visit. Very good bathroom and shower and good quality beds.

The best part of the hotel was it's view. We took a sea view room and it was perfect. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff was courteous. Just checked out from this hotel following a stay for two weeks. Stayed the first it was only us (2 adults and a 2 year old), but the 2nd week my parents joined us as well. Arrived very late and reception was closed but rang the phone number and manager arrived to show us to our room. Large apartment, 2 storey with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 3 balconies. 2 double beds and air con in each room including the lounge area. We stayed here a week with four Kids. So nice small hotel. Poolbar had good and quite good prizes. You could eat in the bar or in your room/balcony. Good location, quiet road on the side. Super market just other side of the road. Pool were nice, kids could play with balls and other toys. If we go again to Platanias, we will get here again

Very fine little condo for a family of 4. With all the basics. There is a small balkony with dry hanger and good amount of electric sockets. It’s been a few years since our visit but we spent 2 weeks and liked it so we’re heading to Mariliana for 3 weeks this summer. The hotel is very clean, the beds are good, there are enough utensils to cook and the balcony also has decent furniture instead of plastic chairs. Location great close to amenities but quiet location. The pool is clean and of a suitable size.

We spent a week at Mariliana hotel in August 2021. It was our first time at Mariliana and we absolutely fell in love with this delightful little hotel. The apartment has a good location (near the beach, bus stop, two supermarkets and the sea is a 5-minute walk away). There is a washing machine on the top floor that you can use. For the price we paid, it was generally good. On the downside, during our 9 night stay, they changed our bed linen and towels several times and never washed the floor. The kitchen is missing a frying pan.

Very nice accommodation, cleaned daily, very quiet. All the staff very friendly especially the cleaner Maria and the gardener. Just spent a week with wife in this hotel and everything which you need for vacation works. Hotel and rooms are clean and cleaned six times per week. Towels change every third day. Pool area is small like hotel itself but again clean and comfortable. Pool bar was not open at all during our stay. Aircondition was in both rooms; living and bed rooms, and worked well. We had a delightful stay in a wonderful clean, spacious and cool (air conditioned) suite with spectacular views of the coast. Very nice to spend all day on the beach. There is a bar and restaurant, they cook very nice and tasty.. The staff care all day, very friendly... For 2 sunbeds and an umbrella you pay 6 EUR/all day. Till you have a lunch there, they dont count it. Really reccomend this place.

The biggest advantage of Sun City is the family that runs the hotel. I have never met such kind people who are like family after first encounter already. I felt so comfortable and welcomed here. It is an amazing family running this place and they make you feel like you are family. I came solo and I felt safe and at peace.
